[Music] Michael, 6 months into dating, I asked you a seemingly innocent question. Hypothetically, would you ever want to get married? From the moment you showed me what life together could be, I never looked back. I’m so thankful for the path that has led me to you. You’ve given me the gift of belonging, showing me that I am seen, loved, and valued exactly as I am, and never asking me to be anything else. Today I give you my heart fully and without reservation. And I promise to laugh with you in times of joy. And I will comfort you in times of sorrow, offering you a safe place to grieve and heal. I will share in your dreams, standing by your side as you strive to achieve your goals, no matter how big or small. As time moves on and life changes, these promises will be the constant, the foundation of everything we build together. And as we walk this path forward, I will remain yours completely and without hesitation. I will love you, respect you, and cherish you today and all the days that follow always. On May 20th, 2019, I could not have imagined how much my life was going to change for the better. I had just graduated college and was starting this new chapter in my life, my first day of full-time employment, and I was anxious. I wasn’t sure if I knew what it took to join the real world. However, much like a book, you don’t know what the next page entails. And luckily for me, the next chapter was not titled my new job. It was titled Tessa. I promise to love and support you in every chapter of life. I promise to continue to grow with you and be ever reaching of new life goals. And of course, I promise to support our sweet treat endeavors after a long week. And I won’t even mention how often those weeks might occur. I love this life we have built together. I love our Nugget and Ellie who are at home celebrating. and I love you. I am ready for the rest of this life’s chapter book, the sequels and the spin-offs. As long as you are right next to me, I feel like we could accomplish anything. I love you, Tessa Rose. [Music] I’m overfilled with joy to have witnessed their love for each other grow and to be a part of this special day celebrating their union. Many people reference marriage as an end goal, but I would argue that it’s just the beginning.
