Welcome back, simply ladies, to yet another live. This one is going to be a little bit different because it is for our Maybrights capsule, which is all about bringing some bright summery pops into your wardrobe in pieces that you guys already know and love. We’re going to be doing it a little bit differently because it’s just going to be you and I. Today, I’m going to show you all the new pieces and all the new colors. And then I’m going to show you how to style them into your current wardrobe using pieces you probably already have in your closet and pieces that are still available online in limited quantity. The first piece we’re going to start with is what I’m wearing right now. I am wearing the Weekender top in our new lavender as well as the Weekender short in white. We released this top a couple times, but the last time was in the resort wear. We had it in navy, this top, and you guys loved it so much that we brought it back. What is so amazing about this top? Well, one is the beautiful chic deep V- neckline, as well as this collar. It’s not your classic collar. The way it’s shaped is a little bit wider. It adds a little bit more of a fashion touch to it. And for our first look, we paired the Breeze easy shirt in white with the Weekender short in white. We’ve just popped on a hat and a little side bag with some sneakers. And I feel like this look could take you off the cruise, shopping around any towns you visit. It could take you on errands, out and about, just anytime that it’s a little bit warm and you want to stay cool but still look put together. This is the top for you and the shorts for you. It is a swoop back so that you do have a lot of coverage in the back. And I’ve just pulled the sleeves up. So the sleeves are long sleeve and we do have a little button closure. And I just tugged that up just because I like how that looks. And we do have a full button closure as well, which you could easily open up and wear with a tank underneath. If it is hot and you think you’re just going to be wanting to wear a tank top, you could easily do that as well. And together, I just feel like the cotton gauze with the white jersey, it just looks so chic. And you could pair it so many different ways. You could change your hat, you could wear a ball hat, you can make it look a little bit more sporty depending on where you’re wearing it. It’s just a very versatile look. For this look, we paired the Breeze Sharktail shirt in white with the Weekender short in white. We thought this was a really fun way to show you how you can just play with this Shark Tail shirt because you can actually wear it open. So, I’ve actually put a tank underneath so I can show you what it looks like open, but even closed, it almost kind of looks like a little dress, but you still have the coverage because you have the weekender short underneath. I feel like having a white short is so key for your summer wardrobe because it is so chic and it’s going to match with almost any color you have in your wardrobe. And when you pair it with a shark tail shirt, you look so chic. You could go on a brunch. You could go shopping. I feel like this just looks it’s a little bit edgy, but in a really cool way that’s not like too bold where we have the button detail down the back, which just adds a little bit of simply interest. And we do have the buttoned cuff as well. So you can undo this and have a full long sleeve if you’d like. And I just feel like this look paired together, you could change into a sandal or even a colored sneaker to totally change up the look. I feel like it’s just so chic. And I’m going to show you what it looks like open because that’s definitely a way that you can wear this as well. So open we just have a little bit more of a breezy, more relaxed look. I felt like when it was closed, we looked a little bit more chic and stylish, ready to go on a brunch date with our girls. But this is more maybe like touring a city. Maybe you’re going on a little trip. You’re going off your boat from your cruise and you’re going to tour the little town. This is a very relaxed look with it open. And then it also gives you the nice ability to take this off if you are getting a little bit hot and just wear the white-on-white look. Or even if you had a different colored, you could put the lavender top under here or you could put the aqua top if you wanted that pop of color. I just feel like the shark tail shirt is very underrated and it’s kind of it’s different. So some people might get a little bit scared of all the different features of it and the way it hangs, but it is so flattering. I loved that when it was shut it almost kind of looked like a dress. I know I’m going to be adding it to my wardrobe because I just feel like there’s so many ways I could style this. So, so pretty. I feel like this look could easily take you touring around on vacation when you’re somewhere warm. It could take you to the beach. It could take you shopping outside if it’s really hot. It is a little bit of a cuff sleeve. You’ll also notice it’s cut on a slant which just adds a little bit of interest to the piece as well as a pocket on the side which you could pop some belongings into, but it also just adds a little fun detailing. We also have the pleat in the back. That is another little detail that elevates this piece. Our cotton gauze is so durable. It’s going to keep its shape and that’s why I am obsessed with cotton gauze. Even with the shark tail shirt that you saw before that is also very limited stock. I just find that cotton gauze is the fabric for the summer. And just so you know, these shorts are in jersey, which make them great for traveling because they are breathable. And I feel like pairing the white-on-white with the stone blue just adds enough of color for the summer, but you still look very chic in your all-white look. Now, we’ve paired the white weekender short with our white honeycomb boxy top, as well as our white go-to tank short beneath. I’ve just popped on a little hat. I’ve done a little side tuck with my sunglasses. Add a little platform sandal. And I feel like this is like elevated poolside dining. You look very chic. Again, if you want to look chic, the easiest way to do it is just wear all white. I feel like this look really elevates the honeycomb mesh. The honeycomb mesh has been such a popular fabric as well because it adds a little bit of depth, texture, some detail to your outfit. You get a little bit of coverage without the warmth. Especially when you’re out somewhere really hot, you don’t want to be adding all these hot layers on top. I love the little jersey detailing down the side as well as jersey on the cuff. It just adds another little element of interest to this piece. And we do have a jersey trim along the bottom and an open sid slit on the side as well to always keep this piece very flowy and movable. And I’ll just show you what it looks like untucked because I know not every lady likes to tuck their stuff. I personally love a tuck, but you can also leave it out and then just pop your sunglasses on and you could be like, “Margarita, please.” And this look will take you anywhere warm really. I feel like this is such a good way to elevate the mesh. It looks so chic and so stylish. And I want to know, do you guys own any honeycomb mesh? Because honeycomb mesh has been such a popular piece. And I want to show you also what this would look like with our navy because we do have a honeycomb navy boxy top. So I’ll quickly do a little swap just so you can see what that looks like. I feel like whenever you pair the navy with the white, you’re always going to look a little bit nautical, which is great for if you’re going on a resort vacation, you look like you should be by the ocean in this outfit. This is again just the honeycomb mesh boxy top. We have the same beautiful detailing you saw in the white version, just with the navy. And I’ve tucked it, but I’ll show you what it’s like untucked. And again, I just feel like you can’t go wrong with a white weekender short. If you guys are putting a list together and you’re finding your list of items you want to get is too long and you’re trying to whittle it down, I would say one item you definitely need is the white weekender short. Because when we were putting all these looks together, the easiest thing to pair with basically anything was the white weekender short. So, if you’re trying to figure it out, that’s my recommendation. But I’m going to move on now because you’ve seen a bunch of looks with the white short. Now, let’s show you a bunch of looks with the aqua short. For the first look with the aqua short, I just wanted to show you a different variation of how to pair these shorts with the honeycomb boxy top again in white. We have on the aqua weekender short. And I have the go-to tank relax short in white underneath. And this is just a different way to style it. I feel like when you add the aqua short, you get a little bit more spunky, a little bit more fun. So you can add a little fun sneaker, make it a little bit more tury, like maybe you’re going out for brunch with the girls or you’re on vacation and you want to be a little bit more relaxed, a little bit more tropical. The aqua short is going to do just that because it is just so bright and fun. And I want to know so far, what is your favorite short? I’ve shown you the white and I’ve shown you just started to show you the aqua, but what do you think between the two? Are you more likely to gravitate towards the white or do you like the aqua as well? So let’s move on to the next look with the aqua short. The next version, we just paired the Aqua Go-To Tank short relax underneath. So, you could see what it looks like with a little bit more pop. If you love playing with colors, you’re going to love all these May brights because you mix and match them. And the honeycomb is the perfect pairing because you can add the fun colors underneath. And that’s the whole purpose of the mesh is that you can add a fun colors and make it pop and totally change the whole energy of the look. Now, we have a very aqua moment. I love it with a fun sneaker. It’s just a very tropical energy that you can take on vacation with you. Or even if you’re not on vacation and maybe you just want to bring the tropics to you, this is a great way to do it. It’s also just a very fun, vibrant color. It’s impossible to not feel happy when you’re wearing aqua. It’s just such a fun pop for the summer. And I feel like the mesh is the perfect pairing to go with aqua. So now you’ve seen the honeycomb mesh boxy top with a few different looks. We’ve seen it all white. We’ve seen it with white and aqua and now we’ve seen it with aqua aqua. What is your favorite? Do you like to add a bold pop and make your mesh stand out or are you more chic and wanting the monotone white? And for this look, I paired the breeze buttonback top in white with the aqua weekender short. And I wanted to talk a little bit about this top because in the last live when we showed it, we had some ladies asking on various ways you can wear it. So I’m going to show you some various ways. But first, let’s talk about the details. We do have a very nice high low hem in the front, which means it’s a little bit higher and then it swoops down the sides, which really gives a woman a nice feminine curve. We have the thick band. It’s just the way it’s stitched. It’s like um it’s harder here. So, it really does hold its shape in the sleeves as well as around the neckline. We do have that structure in the base as well. And just to show you the high low detailing on the side. It’s just so fun and playful. It’s a little bit playful, a little bit flirty. And then the pista resistance, the buttons all the way down the back. It’s just so cute. Such a fun little detail. And I do have the go-to tank relax underneath because I wanted to show you. The last time we styled this and showed you guys in the breeze live, we had some ladies asking if you could wear it as a cover or if you could wear it reverse. So, I quickly want to show you different ways that you could actually style this. The first question we got asked was, can you wear this top reverse? So, I quickly just spun it around so that the buttons are in the front. And from the front, you can see it looks just as cute. A little buttonfront top. Just one key piece to know that if you wear it this way, you will have the high detail in the back. So, it does come higher in the back, you could still pull it off, but it is a piece to know because I know some ladies wouldn’t like that higher detail in the back like that. And then we had some ladies asking, can you wear it undone? So, let me just show you what it would look like if you wore it as a t-shirt open. And this is what it would look like if you wore it as just an open a little cover. You could keep it closed with the buttons like that or you could just let it drape. And again, keep in mind that we do have the higher detail in the back. If you don’t like that, you could just tug it back a little bit, but it would take a little bit of adjusting. So, it’s just a piece to know that you could definitely wear it like this, but it would take a little bit of adjusting, but it does look really cute closed. I just love that. All right, and let’s go on to the next look. We have moved on to the Poppy Weekender short. For the first look, I paired the Poppy Goto Tank Relax short with the Poppy weekender short and the black honeycomb kimono, which elevates any piece. Just change up your shoes. Whatever your vibe is, this piece really elevates and changes the entire look. Such a cute pairing. I love how the honeycomb kimono does have that big swoop in the back so it hangs a lot lower. That’s part of the reason why it looks so the way I describe it is regal, but also the sleeves, the kimono sleeves are just so pretty. This is a lovely look. But let’s go on and show you another pairing with these Poppy weekender shorts. For the next look, I’m wearing basically the exact same look you saw before, but this one has sleeves cuz I know a lot of ladies are all about their arm coverage. So, this is the Go-To Tank Relax 3/4 sleeve. I just swapped out the tank. So, before I was wearing the GoTo Tank short. This is the Go-To Tank Relax 3/4 sleeve with the kimono. I also popped on a hat, which I thought made it look a little bit more stylish and chic if I was going shopping. I also like pulling out the arm a little bit, just so it pops a little bit underneath the kimono sleeve. I like how we see the red underneath the kimono sleeve as well with the 3/4 sleeve. So, even if you aren’t all about the arm coverage, that little detail in itself is really pretty. And then I just changed in a gold bangle and I added the hat and changed the shoes. Basically the same look just revised, which is partly what I love about Simply is that it’s so versatile to your personal taste. Whether you want sleeveless or you like arm coverage and whatever jewelry and hats and accessories you want to throw on, you could totally change the vibe of a look. For this look, we’ve paired the same tea and the same weekender short, both in poppy, with one of our favorites you’ve seen a lot because we love styling with stuff. This is the pop cropped core vest. It is the popcorn waffle fabric with the jersey lapel and the fun drape pockets and the step hem just meaning that it steps down like that. I find that playing with the length is just so cool. The way this cuts off at the small of the waist and then you see the drape of the tea underneath. It’s just so pretty and red is so on trend right now. I feel like the pop cropped corst is the piece for the lady that loves to stand out. for the lady that always gets asked where she gets her clothes from because it is so fun and different with the fabric and the shape. It’s one of those pieces that is always going to look cool and never go out of style just because it does have so many different elements of details and interest to it. And I find that this is just a fun way to elevate a very basic base. We just have the go-to classic tea relax and the weekender short, which you could totally wear on your own as well without the pop crop vest. But if you wanted to add some more texture and dimension and a little bit more fun, this is a great way to do just that. All right, and we’re going to move on to one last look with the Poppy Weekender Shorts. The last look we’re going to show you with the Poppy Weekender Short is this one. I find this one, originally when I heard that we are going to pair the lavender with the Poppy, I was a little apprehensive, but surprisingly it actually looks really good together. And I find when you look out on the streets today, a lot of people are wearing fun, funky colors that you wouldn’t always think match that well together. This is just a fun way to stand out. And it also does look really good, which is it’s so strange that Poppy and Lavender look awesome together. I’ve just paired a little bangle with some flip-flops, but you could style this so many different ways. You could add a hat, a really cute side bag, or even a backpack and a ball hat if you’re going out to run around the city, run some errands, maybe meet some friends for brunch. It is such a versatile piece that’s a little bit of a pop. It just shows that you’re super stylish and on trend, but not afraid to mix colors and to stand out. And I just I’m so blown away by this look. I didn’t think I’d like it, but I kind of love it. All right, so now we’re going to go on to a few new pieces that we haven’t talked about. the narrow lantern pant in some fun new colors. So, let’s not make you wait. Let’s hop in. I’m now showing you the new narrow lantern pants in white paired with the aqua go-to tank relaxed shorts and the navy honeycomb great cardigan. I feel like this look is very laid-back and effortless. You could run errands in this look. You could lounge around your house in this look. You could host a backyard event in this look. I feel like because of the pops of color, you do feel very summery. The honeycomb gray cardigan just adds some nice coverage for any ladies that do want their arms to be covered, but you could easily wear this on its own, too, if you didn’t want the extra layer. It looks so fun and summery with all these colors. I feel like the navy and the aqua just looks so good together. It feels so summery. And I want to show you what this might look like if we flip the aqua and the white. So, let’s go do that just to show you an alternate version of the same look. And I’ve just done a quick flip and reverse. I put on a white go-to tank short and changed into the new aqua narrow lantern pant just to kind of flip the look on its head. Curious which one did you prefer? Did you prefer when I had the aqua on top and the white on bottom? Or do you like with the white on top and the aqua on bottom? I know that it’s basically the same look, but it also does play with dimensions a little bit. I feel like wherever you add the pop of color is where your eyes are going to go more so. But the nice thing about the aqua narrow lantern pant is that our narrow lantern pant is just so flattering and it drapes in such a beautiful way that it really doesn’t matter what your body shape is, it’s going to look good on you. We do have the amazing wide yolk waistband which you cannot go wrong with. We have the deep side pockets and of course the very flattering lantern shape pant at the bottom which gives this pant its name. And then again the honeycomb great cardigan in navy paired on top just for some arm coverage. And if you do like to have your full arm covered, say you don’t like to have a tank, you could easily wear a go-to tank relax instead. So, we did show you that we do have the aqua go-to tank relax. So, you could play with your coloring options here, but with the narrow lantern pant, the new colors we’re bringing out are the white, the aqua, and going to show you the next one. It’s lavender, and it’s so pretty. So, let’s go on to the next look. All right, ladies. I had to put my sunglasses on for this one cuz I am just feeling this look. This is by far my favorite of the day. I have the new narrow lantern pants on in lavender paired with the lavender go-to tank short and one of my other favorite pieces, the shark tail shirt, the cotton gauze shark tail shirt, which just has all the fun details and the buttons in the back and paired with the lavender. It’s just such a sweet complimentary color scheme we have here. And even if I take the sunglasses off cuz I I know you can kind of see the reflection there. I just feel like this look it’s a little bit arty. It’s a little bit sty a lot of bit stylish. I’m obsessed with it. It’s just so easy and breezy. But again, this shark tail shirt is very low stock.
