While doing workouts at home you need to trust the people teaching. I am a physiotherapist with 20 years experience which I bring to my online pilates teaching. This is a safe method of pilates at Intermediate level (along as you do it sensibly and listen to your body). There is lots of stretching ideal for home workers and anyone needing to ease tension and improve posture.
