I think the Falcons are actually working this on a slider the more cap space you take on his contract the smaller the pick you give the falcons would be. The more cap the falcons eat the higher pick you give. Also what people don't understand is if we cut cousins next year whatever a new team signs him for eats into the cap we owe him next year. So if they sign him for 20+ mil we owe him literally nothing next year. So it's not really a big loss either way.
