  1. In this video, you’ll see something that changes how advanced players strike the ball.

It’s not just about getting the club behind the body—it’s how the right elbow stays close, the hands drop, and the whole body gets behind the shot.

    That’s a game-changer.

Because when your body drives the movement—not just your hands—you engage bigger muscles. You create more power and control, without extra effort.

Most amateurs are too inconsistent at impact—especially with their wrists.

But here, you see rotation, side bend, and connection—all working together.

Now, should you copy this swing exactly? No.
His downswing only works because of a very specific backswing.

But here’s what you can take away:
The shape at impact. The body position. The way the core and trail side are engaged.

And no—it’s not about looking perfect.

The real goal is to improve step by step.
If you skip steps, the training won’t feel right—something will always be off.
And that’s when it stops being fun.

That’s why having a clear plan matters.

Here’s a great drill you can do without a ball:
Start at the top of the backswing—position 4.
Then simply drop your hands to about thigh-high, near your right leg.
From there, swing through—slowly, in slow motion.
It’s not about speed—it’s about feeling the movement and exaggerating the motion.

Do this every day for five minutes, and gradually build it up.
After a week or two, you can start trying it with short pitch shots—still very slowly, and with a ball.
    Just take your time.
Focus on feeling that compact movement and start to gently blend it into your normal swing.
Progress week by week—no stress, no rush.

    That’s how real improvement begins.
