  1. You don't like the Kirkland sig v3, but you say pxg Xtreme is good has good distance. They are the SAME golfball made in the same factory! So which is it?

  2. You certainly have changed the way I think of golf balls! I'm looking forward to playing my new Seed SD-15 Country Mile Jacks soon!

  3. Pro v1, X and left dash are the most helpful balls for any skill set period. The only turnoff is price and that in no way affects performance. An “unforgiving” ball is one that comprises performance on well struck shots. Everyone hits good shots occasionally. Wouldn’t you want to know if you did?

  4. Great video. How much fun is this? The use of actual sales figures really drives home how huge these top brands are. That Vice is even on here is a testament to them. TaylorMade, Callaway, and Titleist just are monoliths in the Golf community aren't they?

The recommendations are all excellent. And can save so much money to the average golfer.

  5. Precept laddie extreme is king because of your review you found us a hidden gem i have a idea for you you can take me and all the other laddie extreme fans and label us the golf ball addict laddies lol keep up the great work

  6. Is there a reason you don’t do affiliate links? I’m new to this channel and love your work but would love to buy balls through your link.

  7. Interesting video. But in all my testing, the Supersoft is longest off the tee for this 16 handicap. And that distance is #1 in importance for my slower swing. Will see how the 2025 version goes for you.

  8. New to your channel. I have question about the Wilson Zip. Several times I’ve heard you say that you’re looking for a replacement for it. I don’t understand why you are saying that because I still see that it is available. What’s going on? Did Wilson change it or did they discontinued making it and the supply will run out? Thanks

  9. I’m a 12 handicap with a relatively quick swing speed I use Titleist true feel what would you reccomend me try

  10. I just bought srixon q-star and wilson triad golf balls. Im going to decide which ball the best one i like and im a high handicap golfer and struggle to find the right golf ball to use. Do you think one of these is a good golf ball to use for a high handicap with a slow to mid swing speed?

  11. Thanks Nick! I agree on the Laddie being a less expensive and even superior ball to the SuperSoft. I also picked up some bulk balls on Marketplace that included a number of Pinnacle Rush and Soft and will give them a run. I went to look up details on the website and wasn’t finding them anymore and seeing the focus be on the Pinnacle Distance. Will you be rating the new Distance? Thanks for all your efforts in supporting the community!

  12. I'm surprised the Wilson Duo Soft or Optix isn't on this list. I like playing it early in the season when I'm getting back into playing. the golf store that i go to, usually has them on sale for 3 for 40$ or 6 for 70 type of deal.

  13. great video. thanks for the honest reaction to the Amazon list and your alternate recommendations. of the alternatives you mentioned, which would you suggest for a senior with an 80 mph swing, currently playing Speedsoft but wiuld like more distance and a urethane cover? i can afford balls but appreciate good value.

  14. The Legato is a good ball as is the Tour Response and Chrome Soft. The Precept Laddie is great for the $$ and I use them in my shag bag and keep some in the bag for risky shots. Supersoft sells so well because of the number of old guys playing golf. I bought a box of them just for fun and the ball feels like a marshmallow although it does fly straight. I can see this ball working really well for those who swing incredibly slow.

  15. Nick, the reason people like the Supersoft so much is that it performs very well for slower swing speed golfers. At your swing speed you are seriously over compressing the ball. I think you know that. But if your swing speed is lower than 80 mph it flies off the driver better than almost anything else. I play the matte supersofts on occasion and like them a lot. My favorite balls after extensive testing are:

    1. Calloway Superfast matte green
    2. Titliest True Feel matte red
    3. Calloway Supersoft matte green or orange
    4. Maxfli softfli matte green
5 Laddie Xtreme (I wish the laddie would come in a matte color. I’d play it more often.)
    6. Wilson Zip. (Would be 1 or 2 on my list if it came in colors.)

I have difficulty seeing white balls against the clouds or overcast skies. That’s why I like the colored balls. I’m 72 years old with a driver swing speed between 85 – 90 mph. Occasionally, I can reach 100 – 105 but it’s not often, maybe once every 25 – 30 swings on the simulator. Keep up the good reviews!

  16. I think if you’re going to do your “battle royal” bring in some people with slower and faster swing speeds. I love my Callaway Supersoft balls. As a senior player I get the advantage from that ball!

  17. There is nothing more overrated than Taylor Made and Titleist. That's not to say they're bad, it's just to say that they aren't as good as the company, and so many suckers, would have you believe. People need to get outta those 2 brands and branch out.

  18. I'm trying the Trufeel after having used the Supersoft for a year. Really nice around the greens and distance is close.

  19. I bought the vice pro air today on your recommendation. Thank you so much bro! I have only been playing golf not even a year yet. And today went out and got my first par on hole 15 today at my local course playing the pro air. I was so pumped! Thank you

  20. Great video idea. The vice pro air could have also been an alternative along with seed country mile. Hit both long for me and straight even on mishits. They are the longest balls I've tried to date. Have tried lot of balls that you have reviewed looking for the right one. Senior speed
