    Those two injures reduced his effectiveness and he didn't want to admit it. His shooting is sometimes there, but his defense suffered greatly, although in his mind he was 100%. His final yr was toxic, similar to Pooles final yr. So toxic it was obvious it was making the team's chemistry worse.

    IMHO, and I don't do this very often, Klay should have gutted it out with the dubs and worked on his game. His shooting accuracy has always been his strength. At GS, he would have been in the perfect position to start or come off the bench, providing GS with a solid role player while they search for someone like Jimmy Buckets. Just sayin'. Sometimes, you got to stomp on that ego and do the rational thing. Peace.

    I do not understand how ANYONE believes this was Nico’s decision! Do you honestly believe ANYONE wealthy enough to own a NBA team would allow “the help” to determine or negatively impact their future earnings and profits by trading away their STAR player? To make the decision that impacts the ENTIRE LEAGUE? This Nico hate is ridiculous and I don’t understand why the OWNERS, the actual decision makers are not the villains in this story.

    Nico isnt the master mind he is the fall guy, he is just following orders… His boss wants to move the Mavs to Vegas, and needs fans to fallout with the team which will give him motivation to do that, also Texas laws on betting have affected the owners bottom-line so doing this is like a big F you from him

    As a Dubs fan I hate that Klay left but I am glad he isn't on the Warriors. His attitude became too toxic to keep him around and you can't hold your team hostage placating to Klay's demands.
