  3. Hi coach, your fan from South Africa here. I generally don't eat much fat, ever since my dietitian explained this same concept to me in 2020. Even if I have a piece of fatty meat, I've always cut the fat off of it. Not for dietary reasons, but because I just don't like fat. So The only fat I usually have is full cream milk. I only have milk in my 2 cups of coffee, or once in a blue moon when I have cereal. So my question is, can I still continue to enjoy my full cream milk, or do I need to go back to fat free milk? Thanks.

  4. I drink coffee first thing because I hit the gym first thing. Although I'd rather do it later in the day its pretty much the only time i have without any interruptions and work responsibilities throughout the day. So that's my reason for coffee first thing in the morning.

  5. The "move more" part is what sucks for me. I do fine on the nutrition end, but I hate exercise. I haven't yet found something that I either like to do, or can tolerate. I've tried many things, too! Idk if it's my ADHD or what but I don't seem to get the same feel good hormones from it. Feels like torture lol.

  7. I love teaching macros and calories because I eat so much more than I normally would and I lose weight. Our body needs food.

  10. Greg, i can stick to my diet all the time except when i come home after work. I go to work twice a week. When i arrive home at about 4pm I feel like I want to eat some Burger King which is across the street. 50% of the time i beat the urge. How can i beat the urge 100% of the time?

Actually, more than 25 kg, but I gained some of it back because I had to eat a lot and frequently because I developed acid reflux and acidity because of my diet.
