Thank you, your instruction has helped me understand the sequence at transition. My shoulders are waiting their turn allowing me to not be so steep over the top and actually show some lag angle at impact. Time to work on the hips….
I found that when I start my downswing kind of like a speed skater, compressing into my trail foot, it squares my hips to the ball, and helps drop the club right into the slot. Then it's easy to move my weight onto my front foot. As long as I continue my rotation I've never hit it better. Would love to hear your thoughts about it.
Craig with the release pattern of flexi on and extension of the wrist does it favour a fade and can you play a draw. I’m 59 now so I need to favour a draw as I lose speed
If your built just like the teacher, I would think that would help alittle, although I’m left handed. 🙃

Absolute brilliant video. The last drill is going to feel very foreign to most amateurs, but is absolutely crucial to implement.
Side note, I love when a pro hits a shot and admires it unscripted (10:15). No matter the playing level, we all love a well struck shot.
Nice video Craig. I now only watch two channels on YouTube. One is yours and the other is Paddy’s. You are both consistent in what you teach. So nice to see a compilation of the 2. I really like the recentering drill. Tried that this morning and really helps to train a lot of good moves into the swing.
Good drill, this is my #1 drill, like the emphasis on the initial weight shift — good reminder for me. Thank You!

2:30 PGA average is between 10 and 14 degrees that's a fact. Like my birth date October 14. That makes it easy to remember for me, anyways magic happens.
