Blows my mind… I'd expect this guy to sell me a beer, but no, that's the head coach. This guy looks like the type of guy that his team probably picked on in high school and I'm sure they keep it professional now, but it's unsaid, in the back of every player's mind… I don't know how he commands respect in a locker room. I just don't get it. He clearly knows football enough to deserve a management job, but does it have to be the guy who leads alpha male jocks? I just don't see it.

i mean. any player, great or not….needs to be ineligable for a year if they do this….first off from day one as lil kids were taught about this being a team player, second off this is hour job, a very very very VERY high paying job at that. you cant just walk off a job and expect to just keep it.
