The West Coast Swing concludes at The Genesis Invitational. However, this year, out of respect for the victims of the recent wildfires in the Greater Los Angeles Area in January, the South Course at Torrey Pines Golf Course serves as the temporary stage for the third Signature Event of the season, which hosted The Farmer’s Insurance Open a few weeks ago. Japan’s Hideki Matsuyama returns to defend his title from 2024 where he stormed back Sunday with a 9-under 62 after starting six shots off the lead. World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler will be competing, along with Rory McIlroy, who is coming off his win at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. Other big names playing include Collin Morikawa, Wyndham Clark and Sweden’s Ludvig Åberg.

  1. Every major tournament should have one group with a 20 handicap, 15 handicap, 10 handicap, and 5 handicap golfer playing the same tees as the pros so that we can all see just how bad we would be on the course and how good the pros really are

  2. Very surprised they were able to finish. It rained all day out here. Glad the course was playable

  3. Courses like this on days like this make for boring golf as expressed by one of the commentators. I could not agree more!
