I think Steve Pratt endorses this idea as well, via Mike Austin whip swing. Also, has anyone done any research into creating more useful levers by bending and then unbending the left arm just a little bit in one's swing? Look at Jake Knapp's swing, as well as some long hitter's swing. They all bend their left arm and keep it relatively bent at impact.
