Still not sure HOW to hinge properly
Yeah your first swing is much slower. 2nd swing was much quicker.
dont get the person on the ground issue. the thumbs up could be interpreted as the wrong example too
My nice shiny new titleist irons get me 150 carry . Sadly every driver I try barely gets me 200. Might that be caused by poor wrist hinge?
My argument is that if you hinge consciously, actually use your muscles to hinge it will be inaccurate and totally unrepeatable. Instead RELAX your wrists and allow the weight of the club plus gravity and turning forces to hinge them wherever they want to. These forces are the same (providing your larger muscles repeat the same movements) every time and are much more controllable.
I don’t even think about wrist hinge. One swing thought, keep my head central to my swing. Set up, get comfortable and swing. I just concentrate on keeping my head still. When I do it I hit great shots with every club
