We join DPWT Star Tom McKibbin out in Dubai as he gets custom-fit for his new Elyte Triple Diamond Driver, with the aim of helping Tom reduce his driver spin from around 2700+ RPM to around the 2000 – 2300 RPM mark.
Callaway Tour Representative Scott Pudney works with Tom, going through various options of shaft and cog setting to get the optimum launch angle, best ball speed and spin rate to match.
Tom’s fitting shows the importance of custom fitting as he sees a huge gain in yardage from the start of the fitting to the end!
