I used the Clock Putting Drill drill as one of about 5 or 6 short game drills/games to drop my handicap from about an 11 to a 5.6 over the course of about 3 months a little less than 8 years ago.

It builds your routine, confidence, and green reading ability on 3 foot puts, those just outside of gimme.

Perform this drill and you will never fear short putts again…pretty much.
