  3. Marcus, this short video makes perfect sense and has completely changed the way I think about beginning the swing. It really puts a different perspective on the 1, 2, 3 sequence. I’m sure it’s different for everyone, but this is one of those ah ha moment’s for me. Never thought of it as “swinging “ the club back but it really makes sense. Thanks for sharing your experience.

  4. Nicklaus starts his swing with a slight lateral shift to get the club moving back. Just enough without having to lift with the arms. If you look at his videos you will see this but it’s very subtle.
