  1. If you can start each swing on the right path, keeping the club in a good position early on, there’s a much greater chance that the rest of your backswing will follow that correct path. This, in turn, will promote a proper downswing and result in a solid, straight strike on the golf ball.

    – The clubhead should cover the view of your hands.
    – When viewed down the line, the leading edge of the club should be parallel to your spine angle.
