  1. MCG conditions, Gill sitting out, RS at 3 and Washy at 7 looks best option. Hope GG reads this.

  2. In war, you have good days and bad days, if you have a bad day and lose the battle but can come back another day to win the war, that’s fine. That’s why India was happy, nothing wrong with that

  3. I don't see India winning at Melbourne. The worst thing that happened in this game was Jadeja scoring runs as this confirms his inclusion for the Boxing Day test. Ashwin is the better bowler for the remaining two tests but he's retired. Simply put, I don't see India having the bowling attack to take 20 aussie wickets. The main difference between the sides during the series is the fact that Australia's top 3 have the ability to take the shine off the new ball by playing the waiting game early on unlike their Indian counterparts. An appearance in the WTC final awaits the defending champs.

  4. Jaiswal
    Rohit
    Rahul (gives solidity feeling here)
    Virat
    Pant
    Jadeja
    Reddy/Washiii
    Akashdeep
    Harshit/Prasidh
    Bumrah
    Siraj/Prasidh

Better would have been in RS was dropped considering Gill is better than him but he is Captain so it can't be…

  5. Australia had carefully doctored the series to be up 3-0 going into the Boxing Day test. It's a massive achievement by India for the series to still be at 1-1. Ofcourse India are going to celebrate the draw.

  6. On the subject of greats being dropped, what about Steve Waugh, the hero of the 1989 Ashes triumph.
Dropped for his brother Mark, who then proceeded to score a century on debut, making Steve's road back in that much harder, as Mark had taken his chance and was safely in the side.
He forced his way back in and they then played together for Australia for a long time.

  7. If at all, India should've removed Rohit Sharma, kept Ashwin. Rohit is a big weak link, affects the whole Indian Team really.

  8. Konstas best goona score 30 facing 40 balls. Ball will be still new, Travis and Marsh are gonna face demons for the first time.

  9. Brad Haddin is the Rashid Latif of Aus, always trying to look for conspiracy theories and mystery everywhere. If Aus was serious abt a result in Gabba, they should have declared after scoring 300 & allowed Ind bat earlier. They carried on for the longest time and then wasted the opportunity of getting a result in their favor. Its plain and simple strategic blunder from the Aussie management.

  10. Haddin always think australia win everything . He is so biased . . Just be logical mate. Your predictions always shit

  11. Bumrah is great, but if he has an off day or the Indian batters fail, that’s the game and possibly the series in Melbourne.

  12. I can’t believe that Willow talk or any unbiased observer of the game would casually brush aside dropping of a young talent – Nathan Mcsweeny – after 3 tests, while not standout where is the persisting and giving an entire series to prove himself. I am no McSweeny fan but these two might as well call this show “ACB Talk”. So, if Sam Konstas does not click in the next 2 tests, who will ACB bring in?

  13. Jaiswal
    Rohit (play fearless attacking game)
Rahul (Anchor innings from one side)
    Gill
    Kohli
    Pant
    Jadeja
    Reddy/Sundar
    Bumrah
    Siraj/Sundar
    Akashdeep

  14. Its funny they just skipped through the T20 world cup win by India very quickly as if that was just a fluke.

  15. Before making any assessment, you must know how many are fit in thr playing XI and how many have niggles and still in the playing XI for both the team

  16. has konstas played much test cricket ???? if in trying to put pressure on bumrah he tries t20 stuff boom boom will gobble him up…..
