  1. The right and left leg are mirrors of each other? I can see the difference. When done correctly, the body stays centered without trying to stay centered. I will explore this concept or motion.

  2. Sometimes I think of the right handed swing as a left handed swing and vice versa. Helps with continuous motion

  3. I'm having issue with releasing the club. Right now I'm slicing the ball a lot. I film my swing and my right hand maintains the position at impact throughout follow through, which results in sort of a sideway scoop (like a bicep curl where the right hand is pointing left). Which part of the body should I be focusing on when I want to release? If it's not the wrist then should I at least feel some force in the wrist? I don't know why I won't release T.T I'm trying to let everything go but I'm still getting the same result. Also this injures my left shoulder after impact because I almost have to shrug my shoulders.

Great session by the way! Vince already seems like a great player. So amazing how he's gained further distance from this!
