Showing a non-bias comparison between the newest Lie Angle Balanced/Zero Torque technology in putting against conventional putter on a ExPutt Putting Simulator to see exact face angles at impact.
You can’t simply can’t pick up a low torque, no torque putter and expect it to be better. It doesn’t work that way. You are use to the manipulations in your hands required to make your gamer work for you. Adjusting to a low torque/ no torque takes a little time. Once you figure out how to let the low/no torque putter flow, they absolutely do what they report. That stated, some are very good at controlling their hands and will not like a no/low torque putter.
Were you custom fit for this LAB DF3? makes a world of a difference if you just pick one of the shelf so to speak. The key to a LAB is getting it custom fit for your own lie angle. I was remotely custom fit at 72 deg. lie angle. Good point on ball position, I've seen the exact description on LAB's website >> the shaft has to be lined up in the center of your stance.
You can never overlook or underestimate the importance of how a putter looks as you stand over it. If it don't look good or looks weird to your eye then your mind will inevitably have that logged and your feel (the most important part pf great putting), and stroke will be affected. I know, I know people claim that "who cares how it looks if the ball goes in the hole?!" That is nonsense cuz those people don't care how it looks in the first place. I have used mallet and blade style. Looks matter. Results reflect it for my game. Even grip size dramatically affects feel. Don't matter of "analytics" say a fatter grip maintains face angle better and prevents excess face rotation, yada yada. If it costs feel then it is a detriment to your stroke. Marry look, feel then stats.

The numbers with your gamer were just as good as both of those, it shows that the biggest influence is the golfer.
Thanks for the video. Really appreciate your summary comments. Great seeing ExPutts in use
Good stuff

Great video
I want to get the PXG because I am always trying to manipulate the putter face during my stroke so not having to worry about that will be big!
I have heard that LAB is harder to adapt to. Any comments about this?
