  1. When I have done that in the past I have gotten immediate results however over time focusing on pulling with the left has caused my swing to go very south n lead to other problems

  4. Sorry bro. Your left tricep is close to irrelevant with little use, unless you bend and extend your arm. You use your shoulder. Front and rear and your back. Basic anatomy of which I teach.

  5. It's actually quite easy,to throw the right arm, as long as you keep turning through the shit.
    In fact,the simple motion of trying to initiate a throw from the top, you will find, that it's the best way to get your body moving left into a re-centreing position.
    Remember they use to call it the Smmy Snead sit down position 👍

  7. Haha you people need to google isometric contraction. Just becasue a muscle doesnt shorten or extend doesnt mean its not being used

    Its like saying quads arent important when standing upright
