Sorry bro. Your left tricep is close to irrelevant with little use, unless you bend and extend your arm. You use your shoulder. Front and rear and your back. Basic anatomy of which I teach.
It's actually quite easy,to throw the right arm, as long as you keep turning through the shit. In fact,the simple motion of trying to initiate a throw from the top, you will find, that it's the best way to get your body moving left into a re-centreing position. Remember they use to call it the Smmy Snead sit down position 👍

Rear delt. Not tricep. The tricep extends the arm. The deltoids rotate and stabilize the arm.
