  1. I remember ryan after 2022 Olympia, He posted a story saying that he was at his best but he was saying people have better genetics and there's nothing he can do, yet next year he became mr O. Hardwork can beat talent sometimes

  2. Trust me, every professional athletes definitely used some filters/adobe or what photoshops to help enhance the picture even more majestic. No big deals, Olympia stage is the key to determine whether the physique able to translate on stage or it remains just an Instagram physique.

  3. Man that Isai kesek kid is going to be a game changer. I’ve been following him on instagram for a long time. I use to comment on hart McGrath videos to do a review on him. Kid genetics is crazy! He can get super shredded. My only issue is that this prep he’s kinda too big. I mean I get it he still has 3 weeks to downsize but idk I think after awhile he might have to go to classic because he keeps growing

  4. I retired at the age of 53, therefore I am in my early 60s. Many others resisted me because they couldn't understand the idea of not working if it wasn't necessary. I saw phases in my life. I've worked very hard to achieve what I have now, but in my last years, I owe it to myself to "stop and smell the roses." In my instance, I retired and moved to Latin America. It made it possible for me to appreciate my new surroundings while escaping all the bad things that were happening in America. Nobody that I know of regrets retiring has yet to come of age.
