"Trust the process" excellent point Skip!
I’d like to see you guys compare JP’s U/L frequency/volume methodology with John Meadows U/L frequency/volume methodology. John has a program called Warlock. Ex. John’s program is around 10-20 sets per day. JP is somewhere in the the same range, hitting close to 20 work sets per session.
I hope you guys know, how appreciated your knowledge always is… and we all acknowledge the level of professionalism you guys show
Salt condiment only gang tap in!
The one person I’m dying to train with is Skip! I’ve worked with him, and continue to work with him, and that’s one thing I’ve always wanted to do!
I love how Skip always thinks outside the box
175 bucks for a day pass?!?! Fuck that noise!
That’s funny. I’m using condiments to reverse nothing in prep.
You ever had a bananas foster waffle skip?
Skip you are in great hands with Justin Harris! One of the most professional, attentive coaches I’ve ever worked with.
I would love to have had a workout session with Vince Gironda and Author Jones!
Great episode! Can we get Justin Harris on at some point before it starts or early on to hear his ideas on the coaching partnership with Skip?
The one time I ran a Pct / utilized clomid I had deja vu a few times and felt like I could cry cause the sky was blue lol staying on trt for life
I've been doing my homework..reading alot of Dogg Pound on IM and dante talks alot about putting ourselves in better mechanical positions. What are some examples of that or tips you guys can give. Thanks boys
Depending on the country and port, customs can/may use handheld or desktop mass spectrometers for field identification of unknown substances, do what you want with that knowledge.
What’s funny is as one of Skips clients, I don’t use condiments ever….only salt and pepper always lol 😂 😊
My 2 condiments are salt and soy sauce
Stop mixing your drink
Thanks guys. Always a great show
Thanks for the podcast.. love it. Watching from Australia.
I do prefer Ron and dusty just a little bit more tho.. I like Ron’s stories.. haha.
i dropped my frequency AND volume by half this spring, nothing but progress since. gear couldnt even compensate for it.
Great show! Making my cardio sessions a breeze 😂.
Got a question for the next show, what are your top 3 memorable moments as coaches regarding your clients successes.
I've had a lot of success in the past two years with Fortitude Training approach low volume high frequency. Like Dr. Scott says… Earn it!!!
Good bless you guys
Love from UK
12:10 "contention" quality vocab game from Andrew B
What was that about using BPC 157 before competition to reduce inflammation? How would one utilize it? @TEAMSKIP
I train a 4day split 4days/wk and have been debating doing more frequency. But I'm thinking I'll first try raising intensity instead, add dropsets to lagging bodyparts, and assess results. Everything has been to mechanical failure already but no added intensity techniques like dropsets, rest pause, loaded stretching, etc.
Looking forward to the Justin episode drop!! 🔥
Question for you guys: I have access to all the generic GH I want for free. Everything else from this guy has been spot on, so I have confidence that it’s real. Only thing is, I’ve always felt like generic GH is a waste of time. What do you guys think? Keep in mind it’s free.
Is Skip turning into a black dude? Damn hes looking dark! 😂
this episode haha skips on one and berry with his straw haha
Training frequency (I'm with Skip on Intensity – although many ways to get it)
In 40 years I've trained this a simplified summation:
Either
3 way split training 4 x week
or
4 way split training 5 x week
If you are a drug-free lifter, frequency is going to matter tremendously. Before drugs, the biggest guys trained full body three times a week minimum. Frequency matters because you have to stimulate the muscle more often. In a drug-free lifter, muscle atrophy starts after just three days. So, if you only train a body part once a week, you’re going to go backwards before you train that body part again. In enhanced lifters, the drugs make them anabolic 2/7, so they can do body part splits where they only train a body part once a week.
Andrew calling out muscle potential trunks 😂😂
