  1. Whoa. I tried just standing on my carpet and driving my right foot forward, and left back, and it automatically turned my hips into perfect position. Then reversed the feeling to initiate the down swing and it feels incredible

  2. It helps your move correctly but really it gets you to feel how your supposed to use the ground to initiate the back swing. If you do the same with the other side, it's how you use the ground for power.
