  1. He was lining Walsh up whether he had the ball or not. Most likely they were looking for an opportunity to hit him . Which level are they going on about- downward ?

  2. Nothing wrong with the tackle whatsoever. Stop the video just before contact and Walsh has dropped his head down to about navel high and his feet have slid out at a 45 degree angle PRIOR to contact.
Between the send off and 'welcome to country' crap I didn't bother to watch anything after that.

  3. They try but they canโ€™t kill origin. Collins throws a shitty pass and they get six again for unknown reasons. Sualii gets sent off for not a lot. NRL. A billion dollar product with two dollar refs.

  4. When you have Player's reacting like a weak commentator too a obvious Red Card โ™ฆ๏ธ and Ban ,,, you've got problems , Big Problems. I hopes the player that got nearly decapitated , is ok . Shockingly Cowardly.

  5. What was JS expected to do here?He was already committed in the tackle and RW was slipping.Sin bin at best but not a sent off offense considering aggravating factors.

  6. Let that be a lesson to him.. next time he needs to go into the tackle with the intent of taking the players head off.. in this instance he would have missed him completely because his head dropped right before impact.

  7. Lucky it wasnโ€™t serious – Sualii would no longer exist in any code ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ˜น๏ธ and all commentary will be apologizing to keep their jobs in this woke generation

  8. I have never watched AFL, but I think I will have to start, cause at least they never send anyone off no matter what they do. They deal with it at the tribunal after the game. Rugby league has sadly been ruined by people worried about lawsuits. It is no longer the game I loved to watch growing up. The womens game has become a better product than the mens.

  9. Sickening head knock. I know it happens some times thats part of the game, but its still bad. I feel bad for young fella Reece Walsh. That can have lifelong consequences… ๐Ÿ™

  10. If we don't have send offs for dangerous contact like this it sets a very dangerous precedent. Suaalii wanted to have an impact on the game and got it wrong. I don't think he was intentionally trying to take his head off, he's not that kind of player. I don't think NSW players were instructed to go out and end Walsh's night. However, you can't deny that they weren't told to put as much pressure on him as possible – surely any coach is going to try to shut down one of the most dangerous players in the game right now. It was the correct decision for an unfortunate mistake. Both players are champions and will move on.

  11. Walsh was hit, move on. Its origin ๐Ÿคฃ ๐Ÿคฃ ๐Ÿคฃ ๐Ÿคฃ qlders cry him a river.. walsh stood up after klein'der sent off the Boogeyman. Walsh and Mam do Hollywood proud ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

  12. "IF THAT SAME TACKLE HAPPENED TO SUAALII, WOULD NSW STILL THINK IT IS OK FOR THAT TYPE OF TACKLE TO HAPPEN AND SAY THAT IT RUINED THE GAME OF STATE OF ORIGIN BECAUSE OF THAT TACKLE. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHETHER IT HAPPENED IN A AN NRL REGULAR GAME OR A SOO GAME, THE PROTECTION OF THE PLAYER SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT FOR THE PROTECTION AND INTEGRITY OF THE GAME"

  13. This game has gone soft. These guys are gonna be playing touch footy pretty soon. Walsh clearly slipped into the tackle which resulted in his head contacting the shoulder. Yes it was unfortunate, but deliberate, i dont think so. Footy is a rough sport, incidents like this happen all the time yet for some reason its a big deal now cos its Reece Walsh. If players think they can run around with the ball without the potential consequence of getting smashed, then its not rugby league. Putting that fear in the opposition is part of the game, and if you take that part out then its not league anymore. These players get paid a lot of money, for their skill, and because they put their bodies on the line every game. You cant change the game to suit certain players. They know the risks when they sign the contract. From a loyal Qld supporter.

  14. Yes but itโ€™s simple. Might not be easy. You canโ€™t lead with your shoulder (and look the other way) in a higher tackle anymore. Has to be an arms led ball and all type tackle or nothing at all. Even potato head Carroll knows it!
