Organizing the ams and club can be tricky endeavor, but if you understand movement and sequencing it makes the map easier to move the arm and club into delivery effectively!

you’re like here at like P3 is to finish off the back swing lead arm is going to lift but while it’s lifting this Trail arm is going to supinate and the trail elbow is trying to get across the navl so it’s in here it’s going to move the golf club move the shaft in here so it’s perpendicular to your spine angle and then you can just work those arms right across you so the exercise would be three lead arm lift Trail arm in hand boom hit lead arm Trail arm hit face on we go here lead arm Trail arm hit see how the golf club gets in here so now I can just work these arms across and just thump it here there and that’s the head

  1. Well with the external rotation of the right upper arm/elbow, we're keeping the tension reguired to support the club shaft which is the whole deal. Once external rotation is achieved the arm cant go any further because of physiology but jesus internally rotating it can go 180 degrees. Thats alot of room for error. So its kind of a locked in feeling with the upper arm but thats good because now we're forced to rotate and side bend to get to the ball versus the internal rotation throwing the club shaft at the ball all arms style.

  2. The feeling of leading the downswing the the trail arm doesn’t feel as right as using my body and honestly having dead arms but my hands is where my feel is

  3. Easier to to tell the player that they need to “flex” or put their lead wrist into a flexion position. As they are doing that from P4.5-P7 keep their hips and shoulders closed to the target.

  4. Why not just take it back on plane like bryson so you do not.need to make such a complex shallowing move?

  5. The grip end and club head follow the same line to your target, no matter what it takes to understand this and feel this, it has to happen to play consistent.

  6. Would more depth in the hands during the back swing help? I was always instructed to try to keep it aligned with the heel
