Taylor gu has done the amazing where he seems like everybody hates him like even people who like that’s in this golf world it’s pretty easy it’s pretty easy at this time in the golf world to have 50% of the people hate you he has accomplished 100% all right four play pres by baral Sports Pro by great friends at Chevy Chevrolet the old Chevy Blazer EV which we love fantastic vehicle Motor Trend loves it big thanks to Chevy we got the whole Squad back together I feel like it’s been a while since we’ve had the whole squad on the show it’s been a long time I probably over a month I would say I think Alex Bush was saying there was the Masters recap was the last time all four of us were together W which is crazy that’s that’s something and we’re gonna have a major championship next week uh nice to see everybody nice to get everybody back together we got uh a lot kind of going on in the golf world as things spice up heat up here we got videos coming out are our Bob the sports videos coming out this week start this week today today so we got the first one out today we’ve got what three total that right two we’ve got two and they’ve got one so we got three videos total coming out from the entire thing um obviously I think I think the most viewed video we’ve ever put on our page outside of maybe tiger is the original bobda Sports match that we did uh out in California like three years ago is that right I think that might be number one the tiger video has hit like a wall that no one anticipated seeing I don’t know what happened to it it gets like 3,000 views a day for the last six months so bizarre to 2 million views in 40 8 hours and it’s at like 2.1 it’s so crazy there’s really nothing you can say about it like it’s not the Channel’s fault it’s not I mean the video is great it’s Tiger Woods it was on the literally it did literally 2 million views in 48 hours and then just stopped Bob does is the second most viewed I bet one’s Rory oh Rory yep Rory’s at 4.1 and Bob does at 3.5 yeah man Rory maroy moves the needle you sure does he sure does so does Bob do Sports meets Fourplay so we got we got great videos coming out great MCH matches cool formats the whole deal going down there a couple weeks ago in Palm Beach with those guys it was great they’re [ __ ] riot I love hanging with them we’re obviously going to do more with them going forward but everywhere all platforms wherever you find videos obviously those videos are are out coming out so go check those [Music] out this episode is presented by Chevy with golf season in full swing Chevy wants to help you make the most of every Drive the all electric blazing ev’s bold design and dynamic performance make it the perfect electric vehicle to get you to the course in style and comfort uh we have to remind you that Blazer Eevee has earned the very prestigious honor of being named Motor Trends 2024 SUV of the Year Motor Trend judged big small gas hybrid electric vehicles luxury SUVs Blazer EV beat them all boys and for good reason you know for good reason they don’t take that stuff lightly you you said against that kind of competition they’re taking everything into account but the Chevy the bow tie it Reigns Supreme it is the um you know the leader in americanmade and now electric just just Vehicles man it’s America Chevy is America you think of it you see it and now the fact that they’re they’re innovating they’re they’re the the electric um field I would call it the electric field for what 10 years now is that what we usually say oh yeah somewhere around there we’ll say it sure they’ve also got uh they help you get the distance that you’re looking for with an available EPA estimated 324 miles a range on a full charge the all electric Blazer EV offers incredible views with an expansive 17.7 inch standard diagonal display screen no other competitor offers a larger screen head over to chevy.com Blazer to check out lease offers and amazing deals chevy.com Blazer EV Chevy together let’s [Music] drive all right we’ve got a choke jop I guess is the best way to say golf golf kind of um golf doesn’t really outside of the massive tournaments we have the PLAYERS Championship where things heated up the the Masters obviously all that stuff but golf doesn’t necessarily transcend all the time and when you see Dave pornoy tweeting about you know something uh going on in the in the CJ cup uh event you know it’s just kind of it’s got to be something special and it was it was Ben Kohl’s who’s one of our guys interviewed him and talked to him during the corn fairy Tour event last year he was I think number one at points at the time and number one on the list so we were doing a lot with him uh trying to get his first Tour event I think he was like minus 850 or something going into 18 to win the event there was no other bogey from anyone in the entire field on the par five18 toll and he just flubs a chip fails to get up and down makes B and loses the event in an incredible Fashion After making Birdie on 17 is just so much worse like you drill 16 too didn’t he I believe so but 17 was to take the outright lead and he like walked it in crowds going nuts let’s go baby it’s your first chance ever and then yeah I mean I got a text from Dave ptoy and he just said did you just see that chip and I was like I I saw it I can’t believe I can’t believe you saw it what what’s happening he goes biggest choke job I’ve ever seen I’m like this guy was dialed in to the CJ cup I like it I this is something that I would do or or like a normal I feel like we don’t see this enough like choke jobs in golf I think should happen more I’m really really really surprised that they don’t but if I were on 18 and I had a chance to win a golf tournament no way am I walking off that 18th green with a win there’s just no [ __ ] chance it’s too much pressure it’s too big of a deal he was crying afterwards I’d be balling my eyes out having a chip like that up and down win the golf tournament no chance I do it the other thing is that there’s such a big difference between winning and finishing second on tour like finishing second is great obviously and you make a lot of money and you get a lot of points but you don’t get the guarantees of two years you don’t get into the Masters and you don’t get into all of those Signature Events so especially for a guy like Ben cooh so yeah especially for a guy like Ben Kohl’s who I think he only had one other top 10 this year like a win would have basically given him job security for two years it would have gotten him into the Masters and it would have gotten him into all of these Signature Events which is you know as web Simpson knows guaranteed you don’t have to make the cut we can talk about that in a second too because this the the the I just sounded like Frank there a little bit the sponsor invites into these uh Signature Events are laugh out loud funny but yeah so and now he gets second place which is nice he’ll get the points but there’s no guarantee and he was that close to basically at 35 years old this guy’s been on the PJ tour went back down back to the PJ tour back down this would have been the biggest win of his career it would have put all of those anxieties to rest he would have just had the Happy Days for the rest of the year and instead he gets a lot of FedEx Cup points and he’s still stressing about keeping his job tough chip by the way yeah tough chip for sure there’s really not that much room you have to go high over the bunker it’s a tough chip man I mean obviously if you’re leading a professional golf tournament you’re capable of just getting that ball up onto the green but um he to he completely desell on it if you watch it it’s like the most desel on a chip I’ve seen since like the bad fixing like the fixing Frankie days where where people just couldn’t believe I couldn’t come through the golf ball and it’s like there’s a mental block in there somewhere you got to hope that this doesn’t set this guy back because when you have something that disastrous of a of a choke job of a collapse um this could take a toll on you the wife was there with the kid I’m pretty sure was that that was her at the end of on the other side 18 she had like the black eye under the sunglasses like everything it was just it’s a tough scene tough and you don’t get e in in sports in general but go you don’t get like a clear single moment to choke that we actually get where a guy chokes that often like even if you miss a six-footer or something the odds are not you know whatever it lips out it was like close maybe you choked a little bit or maybe you hit not a great drive you find it you hit not a great approach you kind of leak a little bit this was like one of the maybe since Meo Pereira I can remember just a very single clear choke moment where like that swing for Meo per was unlike any golf swing I’ve ever seen a professional golfer make and that was like oh in that single moment he just he just lost the ability to do it which like Trent said I like it too it’s something this happens to us all the time I mean we do this uh anybody whoever ever plays the game pretty much has stood on a tea before you can feel like two people behind you watching you and for some reason you’re insanely nervous you lose the ability to do it you choke whatever it might be so watching somebody of his skill level do it in that moment it kind of transcended I felt horrific for him I did the family being there and all that them having the camera of the wife horrible um yet I mean dramatic you know it’s kind of like you couldn’t you couldn’t stop watching it uh so that was tough that was very ter very tough to watch um and yeah it’s just he just choked there’s really no other way to say the other one that came to mind was I feel like that the biggest chokes I’ve seen recently was Mito perea and then remember Danny Willet when Max hom chipped in uh in Napa and then Danny will three putted from like five feet that was that was the other one that popped into my mind but yeah I mean look when the Finish Line gets ins sight these guys start to [ __ ] their pants especially if they’ve never done it before barcel Trent on the 18th hole at Colonial Springs for some people certainly mine I saw um on the on golf Reddit um there was a story that a guy was teeing off he very new to golf and he saw he was by himself and a forsome pulled up right behind him and he got super nervous and just like completely slices one off the tea goes into a pond and one of the older guys behind him goes hey kid you want a golf tip and the guy’s like sure I’ll take anything he goes find a new hobby and they all just drove away laughing just worst feeling of all time on the first de just find a new hobby um so yeah I mean listen it’s hard to be the guy when it comes down to it it’s it’s what separates the winners from the losers and at that moment he became a loser it’s just is what it is second place still a great week still a great tournament but [ __ ] man that is uh that’s a tough one we’ll be very curious to see where it goes from here it’s either the start of an incredible redemption or we just never hear from this guy ever again you know team sports there’s so much opportunity for people to pick you up that it doesn’t happen as much I’m thinking of like pitchers that get a reputation of just choking and they can’t perform in the playoffs or Rick and ke just couldn’t throw the ball home I mean it’s just that was tough legit check knock there’s guys that just get The Yips well also and kind of what you said earlier rig’s like if this happens on the fourth hole people are like oh that was a bad chip but it it doesn’t stand out the way that it did when you’re leading the tournament and trying to win it cuz this can happen on Thursday on Friday it’s just and people are like yeah he didn’t play that hole that well but when it happens on the 18th hole the 72nd hole and you’re in a position to win that’s when people are like damn this happened to me in a golf match with my buddies I missed a three put 18 to lose a match and I’m like you’re sitting there thinking how the [ __ ] did I just do that right you a three-foot putt you just push it then you think back like on 17 I bladed one over the green on 16 I missed the green I easily could have made a four like there’s so many other chances but 18s to one where like they’re giggling and they’re running to the cart and you just lost the match it’s like that’s the Moment Like You Gotta the the problem is at that moment regardless of what happened up until that putt it all didn’t matter because if you just make the putt no one gives a [ __ ] agre so like you have that chance to ruin or to fix everything that you had done prior and you don’t it’s tough we did we did that Dominican video at Kasa Deo and I legitimately missed like a one and a half foot putt to win the match on the last hole of that nine person sham or I remember that I and I remember thinking after was like obviously I completely choked but then I also was like I also played the hole better than anyone else on my team hit a great chip under pressure and nobody’s talking about that I just missed the putt but you’re like yeah you have to make the [ __ ] putt you just have to make it that’s the good news the good news for Kohl’s is he’s into uh Quail Hollow this week because he finished second in the Aon swing five but he was 154th in the FedEx Cup entering this week and he’s now 67th and you’ll remember there’s 70 guys who make the playoffs so he’s in for a battle he’s just in for an Absolut battle for the rest of the year it’s time to prove it let’s see I I will be following that very closely that’s tough man I like him he’s a great dude I felt horrible for him but you also I mean you just people like to watch other people choke and huge moments like that that clip went everywhere was all over the place uh you know real quick you know what I found on the floor look how good this is you know these little mini te’s mhm mpcc oh have an elite logo that is an elite logo look at this little T how good is that part three 11th hole oh like when you show up to a golf course you go into that little box and they have the the the par three T’s in there that is special like this is this the craftsmanship that goes into this little tea is amazing I agree beautiful thing I agree uh you know where another place has great te’s Pinehurst Tiger Woods got got an exemption into the US open at Pinehurst uh obviously everybody knew that was going to happen he’s getting in a war I think what what award is he getting Dan he’s getting an award like Wednesday night of the event I can’t remember exactly what he’s getting but he’s being presented with something that night um there’s like the Hall of Fame is kind of come back there the USG head could it be what could they be giving him what are they giving tiger you know what is it I I want now I another huge check are they just GNA write him another loyalty check I what what is tiger getting that he hasn’t gotten in the past like he’s just a guy who’s gotten everything you know what tiger needs that he hasn’t had in the past and this was I’m I’m a Q&A version of the Monday rap column and this made me laugh a roast how good would a TIG if he ever came around to doing it a Tiger Woods roast would be unfuckingbelievable with Phil in the mix are you kidding me yeah it would be good and I I’ll be honest I am like it’s like me and Brandon Walker I think the only people in America who didn’t know that the Tom Brady Rose was happening and I just missed it but I saw a lot of the clips and I saw a lot cultural cultural absolutely cultural I I didn’t know there like if you had asked me yesterday at 4:00 like is Tom Brady getting roasted in today or in anytime in the future I’d say no I haven’t heard nothing about like you just from 8:00 until 11 you just like didn’t have a chance to watch any of it I watched parts of it after the fact but I was honestly caught up I kind of got into a Star Wars kick over the weekend so I was watching a lot of Star Wars I um I saw I saw like Tony hinchcliff I saw a few of them but I in real time I just didn’t watch Tony was out of control Hernandez joke was very funny there are I mean there’s a lot of them he I don’t think there’s one thing he said that wasn’t funny and the risk in that like to go that hard on live Netflix is uh it either hits or it doesn’t and it hit but like I can’t imagine the balls it takes to go up there knowing like obviously in the in the comedy world that works like getting dirty getting as as as pushing the line as you possibly can Towing the line is like what good comedy is especially Rose but on Flix though and like with a millions of people watching some of the things he was saying it was like I I was so happy that they hit but like you it could have went South fast get a good crowd out there for sure I gotta go back and watch the whole thing because people are talking about big time oh yeah it was I mean Bill bich murdered absolutely murdered it was awesome it was great it got good from the beginning it got better it was three hours long and like the last hour was the best part was crazy but tiger I don’t think he’d be able to handle it uh that’s the thing is like he’s never participated in anything about his own life he was supposed to write a book called back about his back surgery and about his comeback and then the accident happened and that thing completely went on hold and went goodbye there was the book that came out yeah that thing flew off the road and then there there was a a book uh a very famous book that that the HBO series was based on um by Arman Kayan and Jeff Benedict that was also unauthorized so he’s never I think if he like came around it would have few weeks called I think it’s just called Tiger Woods isn’t it just Tiger Woods okay I I think so why that’s the one that’s about Tiger Woods I’ve always thought that’s just a great title name for a book about Tiger Woods yeah you just call it Tiger Woods he is like probably in his room somewhere yeah he’s a guy it’s also and I don’t know I don’t know why anyone would it would make no sense in any interview context but just nobody talks about his life like there’s to him specifically like nobody asks him questions about it nobody says anything cuz you’ll obviously get ostracized and you’ll never be allowed in a press room that he is in ever again but this guy has had the most interesting life in sports of the last 30 years almost no competition at all I’m sure you could probably think of a couple but he’s still number one and nobody ever asks him like [ __ ] that was pretty crazy what you went through Nobody Does that like he kind of um not kind of he very hardcore basically has treated everything since like the apology I feel like like none of it ever happen so fascinating like when you know he had some comment the other day about his daughter Sam and he was like you know to be honest you like she had a real negative connotation to like go and I in my head I was like oh is he gonna go here come comes here comes the whole where he talks about it it’s like gee I wonder why his daughter has a negative connotation of the game of golf whoa and then he just I mean he was like you know I’d be on the road so much for those impressionable parts of her life where tournament after tournament she just Daddy was away so she didn’t like golf so it was like it’s not even on his mind that he would address the elephant situation and so I started it got me thinking like he never even pretends or encroaches upon it like ever even having happen and so I don’t know how you could do a roast like I feel like he would just look at people like what are you alluding to in this what are you talking about who’s who’s this fella you guys keep talking about because I got no memory of that guy ah so I agree I I don’t think a roast can happen because you need and I saw some clips of Brady like being uncomfortable but that’s also part of when you get roasted but there are and I saw clips of that people referring to things that he probably wouldn’t want them to refer to and I just don’t know how Tiger Woods would handle any of that well the one massage joke he hated which was did you saw that clip he like don’t [ __ ] say that again whoa and that was in the beginning of the night so we were like in for a bad one and I’m so glad everyone else didn’t you thought everyone pumped the brakes after that but they didn’t tiger wouldn’t be able to handle it it it cuz if they don’t bring up the stuff that we want them to bring up it’ be the [ __ ] biggest softball marshmallow thing of all time you get you get people like Dave Porto being like this sucks like they’re afraid of them why are we even doing it um you referenced that um that video with um Carson Daly and I know a lot of people are talking about it I mean Tiger Woods on like Good Morning America gave like the most indepth interview of his career I would say like in nine minutes you learn more about like what Tiger’s feeling about the game of golf his upbringing his dad like stories about his mom Sunday red why he wears red like these are incredible incredible insights and stories Carson I guess grew up playing with him in California so he had that connection with him but tiger was so calm and like into it and really wanted to let people know about without him he let them in I mean I know he didn’t get in depth about you know [ __ ] hookers and [ __ ] I mean I’m sorry like he didn’t say that on the on Good Morning America but um he he he was pretty open like that was as as open as I’ve seen him I think it’s got to be a Carson situation like I think tiger 97% of the time he just goes into walls up Media mode you know clinical answers and then when he’s got like I honestly think that’s why we’ve been able to get some really cool stuff out of him when we talk cuz he’s just kind of like shooting the [ __ ] with people that he that he trusts for whatever reason I think that was all Caron de dude him just being able to Pride out of him I’m with you like when he talked about that stuff with Sam even though he didn’t go there there I thought he might I think he alluded to it and then like Carson kind of gave him a little beat to like expand on that and then he was like you know I just wasn’t home like what’s he gonna say yeah he’s going to be like all those times I cheated on his wife on his on his incredible no but he was alluding to that like you could tell go watch it again with that that’s what I was thinking and that’s why I legit I ripped my chair like man what is he going to say yeah because he was at the [ __ ] at the at the Genesis like at the tournament like it was because he ruined his family that’s why and what he said about what he said about Scotty too in that interview was was probably the most praise I’ve ever seen him oh yeah like give anybody any other golfer he said afterwards you know you just look at ballf flight you stand back there look at ballf flight and he said he works it both ways and he said when he putts well he blows out Fields when he putts decently he wins and when he putts poorly he contends and to hear that from from Tiger Woods about Scotty Sheffer who’s not playing this week I guess that baby finally came Frankie but to hear but to hear tiger say that uh he I don’t recall him saying all that about Rory or about spe like that’s that’s incredible stamp of approval very high praise the highest praise I agree that I think I’ve ever heard him give and a even if he ever wanted to give somebody else that type of Praise over the last 20 years he never would because he likes that Competitive Edge that’s why he’s standing on the [ __ ] green on 12 while those other guys are trying to find their ball in the water in 2019 like he lives for having that mental Edge so yeah him dropping that about Scotty he also he almost kind of has to too like Scotty that’s exactly spot on like if he when he putts terribly he contends and almost wins tournaments and anything above that he obviously just wins uh but yeah that’s a great clip if people haven’t heard it that that nine minutes or whatever it was Tiger was great um he’s playing in the US Open which is you know I I go back to when he finished uh the Masters when we were kind of stunned at his interview he was like yep I’m going to start getting ready and do practice rounds at bahala and then practice rounds for the US Open at these venues uh because it just didn’t feel over the weekend like he was a guy that could uh be a lock to go play all these Majors but things continue to move forward he’s goingon to play you know I guess next week at Valhalla uh in a month at Pinehurst which is very exciting um so yeah hopefully tiger plays plays well with Carson Daly I think I think it was Carson because he was on so many shows tiger um I can’t remember which one it was but he said oh Carson was like Oh I thought you were going to play once a month and then tiger was like yeah you know I’m playing like this month next month it’s coming it’s like once a month and I think tiger looked at his schedule when tiger said that he looked at his schedule and at one point in his year he was gonna play once a month for like a three-month stretch you know what I mean and then he was like oh yeah I’m gonna play I’m gonna play once a month like okay for three months but yeah okay I guess you’re telling the truth at some point he will be playing once a month during the months when the majors start tiger WS will be playing once a month dude he said that kind of to Carson like laughed he’s like you know I got the Masters got the PGA got the it’s like okay you’re right you are playing once a mon he just didn’t express it correctly people like all right 12 tournaments that’s going to be awesome he’s like Carson you know those months like are back to back to back right what the what’s wrong with you uh yeah I’m pumped to see him Piner obviously we love Pinehurst I love Pinehurst uh having photos of him being there one more time at least is going to be very very very cool so I’m excited that they gave him the exemption I think everybody knew they were going [Music] to did you know uh the New York Liberty ladies and gentlemen are hosting the fever oh I Championship invited Taylor G next week uh he’ll be playing he had like no chance right outside of like no chance no chance at all because he hasn’t played any events unlike walking and he hasn’t played any events for world ranking points he’s played two non-li events since he joined live so his ranking is like in the toilet Taylor gu has done the he has done the amazing where he seems like everybody hates him like even people who like that’s in this golf world it’s pretty easy it’s pretty easy at this time in the golf world to have 50% of the people hate you he has accomplished 100% cuz he’s just he gets these exemptions and people are like you don’t deserve it and he doesn’t try to get them and even the Liv fans are like what’s this guy doing he’s kind of an embarrassment he really has done something special in terms of the way people feel about him it’s incredible to me he had a another tough one in in their little Liv team presser this last weekend where they were talking with his teammates about playing in the qualifiers for the US Open and it was like Gran mcdal and then who was it like leean and these guys were talking about like what they’re going to do and they play it and then he just jumped in like really completely for no reason at the end goes I’m not playing it like yeah he took he took his ball and went home you know Brook Brooks was on that stage too yeah it was Brooks it was smash so it was Brooks gr McDow and uh and Jason kokra and they’re like yeah I’m going to this event I’m going to that event and he’s like I’m not doing it but you know now now he’s in he’s in the position of like right at the end dude it was wild it was like the whole thing was over and everyone had mentally moved on to the next reporter’s question which was about to come and then he just goes I’m not playing I’m like yeah all right now missing the mark on what he thinks is going to get a great reaction from like the live crowd and everyone like he thinks people are going to go who like oh my God you’re sticking it to the man it’s like no dude everyone else is just playing in big golf tournaments and you’re not now right yeah and now so he gets into this one which is what he wanted he did not get the invite into the US Open but now he’s in a position where he’s kind of he kind of has to play well oh because if you make all that noise and then you miss the cut that’s going to be a tough one to swallow um Brooks kka he won over on the old Liv tour I think this is what his fourth win on Liv something like that fourth win first guy to win uh first guy to win four times on the live tour so you know watch out Sam Sneed he’s he’s heating up he’s we got the PJ next week which he’s won what three times he’s won the PGA Championship at this point three time winner uh going to Valla which is just a classic PGA Championship type of course for for a guy like Brooks kka who wins these things all the time good form playing well uh it was a little surprising you know I think a lot of people kind of had him for the Masters um and he’s such a he’s such a bizarre one to Peg going into these big events because you almost just throw current form out the window you’re like he’s just a major type guy then he goes to the Masters doesn’t play well then he wins and now he’s going to the PJ playing well so he almost feels like he should be um a lock to be you know a top three favorite or whatever it is for the event top five favorite um going in and then uh in other kind of news around golf uh NBC announced their their coverage I think there’s a lot of people were curious about was going to happen mostly with Kevin kizner who’s in Myrtle Beach here this week actually and then Kim and Alistar playing a practice around tomorrow together um but no kid for the NBC lineup I’m sure he’s goingon to try to qualify and play you know in US Open qualifier for the tournament but they’re gonna have brandle and Brad Faxon as kind of their lead analyst uh bones is back uh obviously he and JT split up whatever that was like a month ago did we ever find out any juice about that Dan never never heard a single thing I asked so many people at the Masters and everyone was just quiet about it so I don’t know if it was just needing a new but yeah never heard any any te on that one we got Roger mpy will be an on course reporter Gary kooch as an analyst so um a lot of names that we’ve heard it’ll be nice to have bones back in there and then you got a little I’m sure people just boring dude it’s the same like do something yeah I know they’re we’ve talked about it for months now but they’re kind of in a weird spot and kid is in a weird spot with it I don’t who should they go with well kiz apparently doesn’t want to do it right because like if he and he actually said this on the golf diges podcast or GD I should say podcast they asked him and he was like you know I uh he wanted a golf dig podcast by the way I don’t know if you want to have a word with him but he said that uh he said he said he doesn’t want to go out like this like he doesn’t you know he he feels like he can still do it and he doesn’t want to basically limp away he wants to prove to himself that he can still do it he said if he wins one more time he might hang it up because that would prove to himself so it seems like he probably had the offer but yeah I mean no one really the other guys who tried out Luke Donald great Ridder Cup captain little bit less great of a color commentator Paul McGinley I guess didn’t make a big Mark and then they had not beay on there for one week you know I don’t think he quite had the juice either so there’s just no I guess there’s just no good option uh not be gay cracks me up dude he might be my favorite person he he feels like he’s just trying not to blow it at the whole time I feel like when they cut to him like he’s just like come on man get this sentence over the Finish Line come on and then it’s just like two straight hours of that every single time and then finally they cut to him and they’re like oh yeah Nota it feels like you know you’re buddy Tiger Woods and then he’s like all right I made it to this part we did it Dr we got to the part what you hired me for let’s do it and then he [ __ ] Nails it he was like in Tiger’s living room last week and tiger was like you know moving and stretching like he wouldn’t believe he doing back flips it was unbelievable you wouldn’t believe what this guy was doing oh and he just delivers and then he goes right back like [ __ ] hour later they cut to him to talk about like Scotty sheffer’s putting and he’s like you know his putting it really could be at some point if you’re thinking about it like a golfer like a athlete better but not as bad you know you’re just like what the [ __ ] is this guy saying so yeah he’s he’s not the guy I would have guessed would have gotten the uh the N for the main seat at the end of it um but brandle Brand’s on there I don’t think I love brandle I’ve been a big brandle um defender on here forever and I think he’s he’s fine at it he’s clearly in my opinion like the best when it comes to sitting there and debating with other people and coming in with his hot takes and doing all the prep work terms of live play by play I don’t know that he’s going to be like the permanent guy necessarily for NBC’s also it’s also that he’s he been so um and I respect this and I think it makes for good television in the right uh Arena or the right setting but he’s been so vocally anti- live like so like vehemently anti- live that I think that’s kind of the rap on him now is this guy hates Liv And I think they’re going to be a lot of people who tune into the this US Open who are not they’re not really looking for that so I’m sure they’ll have him be a little bit more down the middle but the reaction that you’re seeing online and again golf Twitter is a small place it’s not real life but the reaction you’re seeing is like why is this guy who has Tak a very strong stance a moral stance on this issue why is he broadcasting the United States open you know we it’d be like them putting like Stephen A Smith almost on like the NBA Finals broadcast right like it’s uh yeah like Brooks kepka putts out on the 18th hole at PIR and he’s like with blood on his hands would with blood on his hands man it really would be that’s how that’s how he would say it it is a dicey that’s dice I agree with you you can’t have was it worth it you know just I just don’t know who like who is in the pipeline we don’t have like kizner is obviously the guy we’ve talked about but like there’s not like a young cool smile with it would been the guy Smiley’s great Phil would be great Phil would be really good Phil Phil come out with the quote saying like uh I’m like nearing my end yeah he said in a live interview he’s like I’m 53 it’s near the end which you know it’s another interesting wrinkle that’s coming up here a lot of these live contracts were three years I think most of them were and so this is the end of a three-year cycle at the end of this year and there’s going to be a whole you know a bit of a there going to be some [Music] turnover what are you getting pops for Father’s Day this year did you know G4 is dropping a collection especially for him their Father’s Day capsule has everything he could ever want for life on or off the course whether he’s traditional modern or just wants something fun and new for his golf look G4S got it I have to tell you they’ve got the classic the gallanter you’ve seen a bunch of the Styles we love the new Gala van tours I wore them all week all weekend long I’m obsessed with them they got this unbel are my those are my go-to shoes the whole year I’ve been wearing those all summer they’re great so comfy they’re sick they’re so I just wore them I wore them the other day to Target because I came off the golf course and uh it was just felt so comfortable I mean the G of vours it doesn’t matter where you’re at you’re on the first te or if you’re in the uh the chip and Joanna home decor section of Target they’ve also got their gallivanter the the the uh everybody’s favorite kind of classic shoe that G4 has been doing for a long time they now got the gallivanter available in spikeless and soft Spike options because G4 accommodates pretty much everybody especially family and remember you can get a discount when you visit g4.1 per off your first order g.com forplay you get 10% off your first order their shoes are no joke just try them trust me see people at the barcol classic hundreds of them throughout the year thousands probably that come over and they say I finally listen to you guys I finally bought a pair of G4S of the best shoes I’ve ever had g4.1 forplay for 10% off your first [Music] order Phil had a a aggressive deleted tweet too you guys see that very aggressive about the B yeah about boycott or whatever yeah he uh he responded to this this flushing at golf said something about the you know that basically lives got to get their more players in these major championships and Phil goes maybe some Live players won’t be missed but what if none of the Liv players played would they be missed what about next year when more great players join live or the following year at some point they will care and will have to answer to sponsors television and then he put faao which is incredibly shocking to come from Phil Mickelson of [ __ ] around and find out and I did not think that would come from 53y old Phil Mickelson in a tweet uh but he uh soon after deleted that tweet but essentially saying like more players are going to come next year and kind of threatening being like we’re gonna we’re gonna [ __ ] these tournaments World up if like they don’t figure it out and start getting players in there and he has sense deleted that um but to come full circle back I could see Phil still getting back into that seat I feel like the you know what I mean that’s the room is less hot than it used to be I could see him he’s already kind of done a little bit of a Redemption tour in a lot of people’s minds and if he kind of weaves his way back into over the next three years or whatever into like the the the public conscious like positive stream of golf the golf world I can see him get in that seat I just don’t know if he can help himself I don’t know if he I don’t know if he can stay you know neutral I he’s he yeah he he he burns hot like the fact that he sent that tweet like that was that was unnecessary he’s basically hinting that there would be a boycott I don’t know if you’re going to get Brooks Kea and John ROM to boycott major championships I think that might be a tough conversation to to have with those guys but yeah I just think he’s kind of addicted to The Fray oh I I I think we need a guy like that I’m good I’m I’m ready sign him up now that would make the broadcast incredible yeah yeah it would uh for the cut hit oh plus 315 that’s pretty good good that’s pretty good I think we were 0 for something so far this year so um we got ourselves for four or something like that now all right with a with a plus 315 so that means we’re kind of you know we’re right there um I think we’re going to do it for Myrtle this week so we’re going to tweet that out we’re got to figure out those picks um but yeah for the cut hit so now we’re we’re on a hot streak we’re one for one um K more Kawa real quick in the news World um while kind of going rapid fire through this stuff Dan your boys back with his coach they split and then it seems like kind of right when they split a few what a year ago or so that was like he didn’t play that great and now they’re back I don’t know if you want to elaborate on that at all yeah he’s back you know this guy was his coach since he was eight years old Rick sessing house and they won two majors coling got to number two in the world remember how close he was to number one in the world when he blew that Hero World Challenge he would have been number one in the world so um but yeah he went he went with Mark Blackburn for a little while also a friend of the program go watch that video If you haven’t he’s the number one teacher in the world but you know sometimes just want to come home and I think it’s an interesting dynamic because like Victor hland is another guy who was playing incredible went away from the coach that he was working with and now is struggling so you know there’s a lot of different Dynamics why guys might leave you know maybe he wants a guy Mark Blackburn’s out there all the time on the road this guy Rick sing house is not maybe he wanted someone who was going to be at every tournament maybe there’s you know with Victor who knows could it be a money thing could it be this guy was taking too much credit whatever it might be but I’m always fascinated by the coach player stuff because there’s a lot of politics that goes involved it’s kind of the same as the caddies right right um yeah I mean I good for him feels like it’s kind of natural where people kind of return back to uh to their guys and and that’s where we at we also had a 16-year-old made the cut on the PJ tour um that a problem I mean that’s stunning what’s going on with these young kids I it took me a second I was like that’s not the same name as the kid from the cord fairy tour last week it was Kim wasn’t it Kim is it is it Tom Kim’s brother I don’t believe so I have not heard that he he looks like a skinnier version of Tom Kim he does it’s [ __ ] hilarious um I mean put them side by side it is scary and he’s a stick I mean these kids when you’re 16 and 15 now and you’re competing on PJ tour events and all these things like it’s gonna I mean I don’t know I don’t even know I can’t imagine being in high school golf right now competitive High School Golf and all these Junior programs how [ __ ] good these kids are now there’s like you have to be PGA Tour level to break away you know what I mean at like a 15-year-old age yeah yeah well it’s added some context to the you know the Charlie Woods discussion everyone’s saying oh well he’s 15 he’s 15 he’s shooting these scores it’s like well there’s 15year olds who are like basically you know good enough to play on the PGA tour yeah they’ve they’ve come up with with launch monitors and they’ve come up with better instruction and they know how to play and they’re just you know they have perfect equipment they’re just better than they ever were dude speaking Chris K Taylor Made miles Russell Taylor Made everyone is Taylor Made it’s all coming up Taylor Made these days someone brought up samne before no one talks about the fact that this guy putt croquet style little side little saddle yeah I’ll be honest I did not know that I would I would bring that up every show if I had known that this [ __ ] rolled up to golf tournaments and he putt like that so he’s pushing it he’s behind the ball there he no he’s over he’s straddling the ball dude he’s like he’s pushing it Forward yes and they said that they banned the croquet Style putting because he was so [ __ ] good at it so they literally said like all right I don’t know what he’s doing it’s a it’s a it’s it’s what’s it called where he’s just like foul on the Alle oh semipro semipro he’s like I don’t know what two fouls two fouls IA so I remember didn’t Bry Grand maybe she’s not in heaven didn’t Bryson try to put that way a couple years ago side Shadle Bry yeah you’re not allowed to do it between your legs but you can go to the side now because of sne they changed the rule oh is that right incredible how but how much easier is it to putt is my question like is it what I’m seeing in this photo I think in this photo I don’t think you can miss like a four-footer is he doing like this like he’s hitting yeah yes this is I think this is something we we got to test out as a as a golf podcast look at this [ __ ] yeah wow daily n yeah daily n Sam sne style I’m on it that’s a do you need like a different kind of putter what do you need what has he got there like a little guy I think you need something that’s much more vertical cuz the idea is like you’re standing on top of it what I would do is just put my feet like a little bit wider than the Putter and then and then it can’t go anywhere you’ve created like a bumper track for your putter okay stunning I can’t believe that [ __ ] some of those guys wins are though well I would think that’s in it too if he’s putting like if tiger could put like that he might have 300 PJ tour uh um Quail Hollow this week elevated event as Dan said uh major championship course out there as well uh I don’t know if we have any I mean we kind of talked it it’s nice it’s fun for us as golf fans that we got back-to-back big weeks on tour with the elevated event playing for a ton of money it’ll be a great field even though Scotty’s not there and then bang right into they’re basically playing back-to-back PGA Championship courses um or yeah these these two weeks uh but Quail Hall’s awesome it’s on that list of courses that tiger when he was playing a full schedule always played so I always felt like the Quail Hollow event was a big event Charlotte golf’s huge and Charlotte we love Charlotte um so going there is always cool and then and then this course this golf course is sweet I know you kind of mentioned it earlier at the end but the exemptions into the events that have no cuts and guaranteed huge pay days are just shamelessly going to the players who decide what goes on and where money goes on the PGA tour well this one’s probably not fair because to for web Simpson to because he literally lives on the seventh hole of the course like he’s a member there like he was going to get into this tournament always but he’s now four for four in getting sponsor invites into these Signature Events with no cut he’s gotten into everyone that he’s that he’s tried to get into the other three guys who got him this week and these are like you said I mean these are these are prized invites that you you get money you get points Adam Scott who’s also been on the board uh web Simpson Gary Woodland who has an incredible story no problem with that one and then Matt coocher so it’s really just like going through the top players in the world in 2014 and and giving them invites web Simpson and Matt coocher are the same person I’m convinced I mean come on are we kidding those guys have they ever been seen in the room in the same room no no chance those two no [Music] chance are you hitting the links this weekend the pros are be right there with them by getting in on all of the tea to Green action at the DraftKings sports book from the first shot through the final putt DraftKings Sportsbook has you covered with same game parlays live batting odds boost and so much more you’re new to DraftKings you got to check um this out new customers bet five bucks to get 150 bucks in bonus bets instantly that is new customers bet five bucks to get 150 in bonus bets instantly yeah we love all the golf stuff there’s a couple golf events going on this weekend as we said uh but we’ve also got hockey playoffs NBA playoffs there’s baseball every day you want to be invested in the action fellas yeah it just makes things more interesting it’s more fun um like you said you can bet on golf but you can also bet on all these all the hockey playoffs that are going on I’ve been keeping an eye on those keeping an eye on the NBA Playoffs it’s um it’s just a really fun time to get involved with DraftKings have a little bit more fun talk to your friends about it think a cook up a same game parlay do the whole thing it just makes everything that much more fun and when you seen the board well it’s uh it’s a good time because right now I’m just placing these Wagers and um I’m hitting like right now I’m hot I’m definitely hot right now you know you’re seeing like the Bruins going into over going into overtime boom you hit the Bruins I absolutely hit that um Dallas hit that um there was one more that I hit there was one more that I hit but whatever you can’t even remember all no I’m four in a row right now four in a row right now going into tonight oh the Rangers over and I just felt like the smartest person in the room cuz like you have two you know you have eigor you don’t know how these teams are going to collash and all of a sudden there’s four goals in the first period you’re like holy [ __ ] the over was five and 5.5 we’re feeling it right now um going into tonight you got um the Bruins and the uh Panthers and then also we’ve got the Knicks playing tonight so it’s fun you just sit there you got the app right there cannot wait download the draftking sports book app use the code four new customers bet five bucks and get 150 in bonus bets instantly that’s code four only on DraftKings the crown is [Music] yours how did Alistar did you get you got alist you helped with the Myrtle invite yeah so aliser uh Alistair got a sponsor’s exemption the sponsor of the event is essentially you know Myrtle Beach for the most part it’s Myrtle Beach Classic Myrtle Beach and us obviously we’ve we’ve done done a lot of stuff together we’ve gone put a lot of videos out there we work with Myrtle Beach we try to drive people to Myrtle Beach because it’s fun I’m here right now uh and then a good friend uh Sean Riley plays a bunch of golf with us um who’s very involved in kind of directing and and sort of the logistical and putting on professional golf tournaments um whether they’re PJ tour he helps with live he does all kinds of stuff you know he kind of came to me and was like Hey if if we could kind of finagle this together I think there’s a good chance we’ get Alister a uh a sponsor exemption into to the event in Myrtle Beach and I was like yep absolutely so essentially just said we’re going to I’m going to go for a few days promote it um you know showcase the fact that alar corn Fair tour guy is playing in a PJ tour he played in the Barracuda like five years ago when your boy moraa won um and he was it’s I couldn’t tell how he actually did because it just says it’s like um that one’s like a a point system it what it’s not like to score it a par so it just said he was plus 13 I don’t know if that was like really good or not I really don’t know but point is this is like the second PJ Tour Tournament he’s ever played in so he’s fired up his family’s coming in another one of his buddies is here as soon as we’re done here I’m gonna go meet those guys actually and and hang um but yeah we got our guy a [ __ ] sponsors exemption this week so I mean we’re talking about awesome golf nepotism if you will to the tour we kind of did the same thing got aliser into this Myrtle Beach event which is awesome so um he he goes out plays well this week it’d be lifechanging for our guy the Myrtle Beach classic is basically the golf uh content open because alliser’s in it who’s tied with us uh Wesley’s playing George Bryan also got an invite despite um not winning the que and Matt Atkins who did win the que I respect it I we talked about Tren I talked about this Myrtle Beach they’re doing things they’re trying stuff I love it dude if they want to run the what what an 18 handicap shooting a PJ Tour event type of thing I’m in no disrespect anybody who gets a sponsor exemption but if they want to get a real content guy in there to see to show just how hard it is to participate in a PJ Tour event my calendar is open next year at this time dude they should have you do it Saturday morning after the cut so that there’s not even people teeing off in the morning for the first few hours you go out there couple hours before anyone else in the entire field even tees off hilarious you go out there solo live stream it and you would have no effect on the Integrity of the competition you’d have no effect on anything except just showcasing this [ __ ] game where average players play it all the time and want to see how they do in a Tour event I’m in God damn we could make that happen I think Myrtle is the spot maybe next year we’ll make that happen Myrtle anything goes baby they’ll do it good for them leaning into it understanding it I think Alister is kind of the best of all worlds when it comes to a sponsors exemption in this situation he’s clearly got the pedigree he’s in corn fairy toor earned it backtack years going through Q school first stage second stage third stage gutting it out playing all year on the corn fairy tour playing solid uh and then getting the shot because he’s also tied to a brand like us that brings some exposure whatnot so yeah I think he’s kind of The Best of Both Worlds for a sponsor in this situation given an exemption I’m fired up I’m nervous for him to be out there playing he reached out to me yesterday uh and because kiz it was announced that kiz is playing this week as well and he was like is there way I could set up a practice rounde with with kiz which kind of got my juices going being like holy [ __ ] our boy’s going to play like a practice round with a guy like Kevin kizner Adam PJ Tourette how cool was that kiz obviously is the best and he was like yep I’d love to do it I think tomorrow afternoon um we’re going to go well they’re going to go out there and play golf I’m just gonna walk around with my cell phone and do nothing and kind of hang out but um very very cool huge huge week if if you know we talk about the big stars in the game all the time and live and money and the whole deal and whenever we have kind of delved into the smaller stories of what it takes to make it professional golf this individual game how lonely it is in a grind like ow is the personification of all that he’s the easiest guy to root for that I’ve ever met so yeah it’s kind of a it’s the biggest week of his life you know it’s like basically he’s playing in the Masters he might as well be playing in the Masters for him like how much it go check it out if you’re nearby go to the tournament go watch him yes we should have Al’s Army yeah go check it out what should be happening I love that yeah Al’s Army is a good one uh real quick on Liv um did you see that Greg Norman was like hinting that maybe uh in the future they’ll buy up golf courses and make them like home courses for the teams what do you guys think about that I kind of like wait what’s the idea that like Liv would buy like like you know smash would buy a golf course like they would own it oh I like it would be their home golf course and when they play that tournament that’s their home course they would um you know Make It smash everything you know from the Pro Shop to the clubhouse and then if you want to go play as a fan you go to that you know I think it’s pretty [ __ ] cool [ __ ] stadiums they’re home home vage you know it’s cool I mean if you really dive deep into like are the Saudis now just going to be buying up land on Long on uh you know oh here the United States now let’s get into it yeah well there’s not anything to get into it’s just it’s factual right that’s what it would be they just own the land that is the United States of America at the end of all this they just like mean start with golfes they’re going to buy every single golf course in America before they’re done right no I mean it’s definitely a cause for concern like I mean I feel like that like a nice entryway into just like owning land and doing whatever you want with it but at the end of the day um cool for the game I think I think it would be really really cool that idea is something that you know everyone’s always trying to think of ideas on how to make golf cool and how to make these leagues work and how to make the PJ tour work vers live and that’s something that I mean we’ve talked about it for now for three years and we’ve never brought up that like um idea or even thought about you know these leagues owning golf courses like their stadiums it’s pretty cool yeah I think it’s it’s kind of what um the Indo T tgl the indoor league is trying to do where they’re trying to tie teams to a certain place like I just saw today they announced the Bay Golf Club and it’s got like Shane Lowry and minu Lee and so yeah I guess it would be the the next sort of step in that would be all right smash’s golf course is in Jupiter and and maybe another team’s Golf Course would be in you know Scottdale or another team would be in Dallas which would be kind of cool if they had these golf courses that were in these like golf meccas where all these Pros live you set them up for your team too right like whatever just like the rider get Eduardo on the get Eduardo andari on the horn and just and just dive in yeah I don’t know I just think that that brings it more um you know full circle for the fans of like all right we we already we always say we get to play the same courses as these guys but at least I don’t know if the if the marketing and the Imaging and the ownership is the team that you’re trying to get people to root for I think that kind of works I like it I do too and I thought like if you once a month you know if you were obviously this isn’t the case but if it was if you were like the Jacksonville PGA Tour team and like once a month you hosted matches at TBC saw graphs like I was sick with that and the whole place was branded like you said like your spot then like when people did go and play there itd be so cool to get footage playing at the whatever smash gc’s like home course you’d have home fans that would be going nuts like it’s Phoenix Open version but they’re heckling and booing and you know I I thought that was when he said that I was like that is something outside the box that I’d never thought of before it’d be kind of cool if they could figure that out I got one thing I got one thing quick I’m playing in the Barcelo classic I don’t know if are are any of you guys coming this week I’ll be Springs yeah you guys are all GNA be out there no I’m gonna be there oh you’re and rigs had a boy yeah amazing my dad had to pull out last second [ __ ] [ __ ] meetings so I’ve got a friend’s dad who’s playing with me we’re playing the second or two days I almost said something nasty there mhm M yeah wish he would have pulled out before I was born right oh yeah M pull out king so I’ll be on Friday very excited very ni wow I’ve you know it’s good stuff uh who you guys got decent chance Dan you think well so it’s 50% handicap is that right 50% handicap we we move everybody off of the lowest in the field so that nobody has to give shots back so you know if you’re um if you’re a zero and there’s a plus four in the field you you’d pretty much be getting four shots or I guess at 50% you getting a couple shots whatever it would be but don’t think we have a chance guys like a 12 handicap but we’re going to have a great time sometimes that could be that’s good you know that could be combo yeah that could be he’s going to have a lot of stroke holes be good I know I’m excited for the Denver one I’ll be out there I got a bunch of family playing in that one and I’m actually going out to Denver for a while like I’ll be out in Denver for like a week and a half that whole week before and after after um playing some golf out there and try and get back out at the sanctuary it’s Hannah’s uncle’s birthday and we’re going to try and get out there on that day because dude like people that are local Denver people like the sanctuary to them we’ve played there against the Colorado Avalanche that place is like not real to like locals you know what I mean like you know somebody who knows somebody who played there yeah it’s like and it’s just it’s the coolest property ever it’s a little bit gimmicky obviously with like 200 feet drops off number one and [ __ ] but go watch that video if you if you if you’re interested in what I’m talking about this just for the Drone shots that brandan Jones got this place is out of control it’s sick oh it’s really sick uh Denver’s got great Golf and you might be able to I mean if they keep rolling you might be able to catch a hockey game little Devon I know I know yeah now Taves because I texted I texted Taves about it he’s like well where where does Your Allegiance lie now I’m like I’m looking for I want you to win another one you know I I’ll ride with the ass anyone but the Rangers holy [ __ ] shout out to draftking Sportsbook both my future picks barely made it through the first round Bruins game seven overtime little pass off the boards pasta see you later and then the Dallas Stars were down two games going back to Vegas and somehow rallied and won game seven as well those two teams still alive all the [ __ ] I took like six years ago when John tver left the New York Islanders the fact that he’s won one playoff series since he’s gone there is honestly it’s just chef’s kiss you can’t you can’t script a better leaving of your team as the captain to go to your hometown team wearing the Toronto pajamas and nothing works out I mean it’s you know my my nightmare would have been that he went there and created a dynasty he’s got such a good team around him Tonto back home nope nothing just misery and despair up north uh the Islanders have won how many during that more right more than one like six or seven yeah yeah yeah um all right yeah we got a bunch of classics coming up we got a whole West Coast thing I’m I’m going out to uh when we do gamble Sands in Eastern Washington I’m going out there for like 4 days and I’m GNA be there for the conclusion of the PGA Championship uh so that’s next Sunday because we got like a little part three tournament uh in the evening on Sunday and then hosting the event Monday and then me um a couple buddies and then our boy Ryan uh who helps us put on all the classics we’re stay until like Wednesday and then Wednesday they we’re flying to Colorado for the rain dance uh barcel Classics we got a bunch of those rain dance National where we’re doing the barcel classic in Colorado is supposed to be I think the longest golf course in America I think that’s right like 8,100 yards or something yeah I heard it’s phenomenal the C the pictures online look insane um so yeah super excited we got a lot of [ __ ] coming up I got pup Punk coming up in Chicago pickle ball coming up in Chicago yeah boys are going to be at events we’re going to be at events Louisville next week we got an event for the PJ Louisville next week that’s right are there still tickets available I know there was like five or six available last week uh Alex bush has a perplexed look on his face not sure there were only a few left yeah I’m sure they’re gone might be a couple left go on that website jump on the wait list if you need to uh so yeah we’ll be all over Louisville can’t wait for that um all right from the gallery nobody’s got anything else we can rip into a couple from the galleries huge fan of Fireball whiskey Dan’s got some there I bring I will be bringing to the classic that is oh mama that’s a good idea it’s a good idea Classics that’s a good call Everything’s a good call when you got Fireball um iconic cinnamon whiskey it’s we’re going to do actually I think in Louisville too we’re doing a little tour of the fireball Distillery so we’re going to get even more immersed even a little bit more of a intimate relationship with Fireball which is I mean you just up the anti you get things going I don’t know any group in the history of the world that hasn’t had a better time when they decide to rip a fireball shot you grab those 50 Mill Shooters throw them in your golf bag rip off that cap take them back Bang You’re just having a good time so Fireball from the gallery we love Fireball whiskey um Rob from long isle says how many 10 hand handicappers playing a best ball would it take to beat Scotty Sheffer in an 18-hole match right now under tournament conditions how what handicaps how many 10 handicaps playing a best ball would it take to beat Scotty Sheffer in an 18 hole match under tournament conditions so you got to think he let’s say he shoots 68 so that’s four call it four under mhm so I mean I think 10 is probably enough where you’re guaranteed a par on every hole you’d think I don’t know dude this guy robbed from Long Island put I’m gonna hash DK partner start the over under at 49 and a half players that seems like a lot I think that’s a bit much but dude yeah dude some of these holes out there that these guys play you’re talking 10 handicappers they just have to go out on a 510 yard Par Four that Scotty hits like driver nineiron into and they got to make a legitimate par in the hole like none of them are GNA do that and he’s birding it a lot of the time no it’s a lot I mean even when you you think about our fourman scramble when we play against a pro we’re not playing it in in nearly as tough conditions as a PGA Tour event we’re not playing it uh that far at all and it’s four of us where I think I would assume that our handicap is way lower on a in a 10 then four T and yeah we like don’t even come close I mean Sam Burns beat the [ __ ] out of us I mean destroyed us so I don’t think yeah I think the number might be close to like 20 or 30 players just ripping balls at the screen just to keep up with this guy did they say best ball he said yeah playing like everybody plays their own ball and just whoever whoever you know everybody’s got like what’s your team score on the problem is that I don’t know that how many how many 10 handicappers are making birdies on a PGA tour course you just got to get lucky on a couple part three three yeah and then the par FES like you just yeah it’s a numbers game it’s the definition of a numbers game someone [ __ ] got to do it yeah that’s yeah like depend agree if they had a hundred players they would probably do it so then you could just like go back like do they need 90 they’ll definitely do it I think with 90 but like eventually you get to a number where you’re like dude if I had 25 10 handicaps teing off on a 247 Yard part three on a tour I’m like I don’t know what I feel great about that their chance I just think you’d have to find the stats on like how many birdies can a 10 handicap make out there in those conditions and I think it might be like one out of every 150 holes or whatever so like I is that mean that the answer is like I don’t know I I just they can’t physically reach if you’re a 10-h handicap there’s something holding you back in your game that you’re a double digit handicap Scotty is 20 to 30 Strokes better than you it would be a lot I’m going to say you might need like 20 [ __ ] guys out there yeah you’d have to get lucky you’d have to like on 195 yard par three you just have to have a couple guys get lucky make it two just make somebody 100 guys stand on a tbox like if we could just get a two out of us boy that’d be big for this match also I’d like to know if they all play like or if cuz if they know that they have to do it then once the first five guys miss then the pressure starts to build even more when the first five guys put it in the piss then they’re going to really start to feel it mhm what’s the average distance of a par three on the PJ tour it’s got to be like it’s not over 200 but like it’s deep yeah it might I mean it might be there’s a lot in the 230 range I mean yeah especially at the majors is usually one that’s like 250 or something so yeah and once they get on the green that’s that’s only half the battle with the how fast these greens are six Putt in that thing so Dan just mentioned like you see someone hit one in the drink you kind of squeeze the club a little bit more you end up putting it in the drink right next to him um I played by myself the other day at Colonial Springs and that was my first time playing solo and probably over a year and just like really just going out there playing golf and not worrying about what’s going on around you and I will say it’s a really really nice like just clean reset on your game because I feel like I was just in the midst of playing a lot of matches we were doing a lot of videos obviously like just trying to play as best as you can we’re in stream song things are getting heated and then you know that can help you in one way where it’s like it’s it’s it’s making you stay focused and you want to play good and you you want to play well you want to you want to match the guy to your right if he hits one in the Fairway you want to do the same but but sometimes for me I feel like when I’m playing so much with people um I’m constantly doing like I’m doing exactly what I just said but in the wrong way like if someone hits a perfect drive I’m like all right I just watched them cut that into the Fairway now I have to try and do that or you know you’re like changing your game based off of what you’re seeing and it was nice for the first time in however long like I said probably over a year to just like hit the ball and like that’s just what happened to the ball and in my head that’s the only option that was available and it was nice to like not have to cater to any other ball flight or any other decision maybe someone chipped over a bunker and then I’m like I have to [ __ ] do that now if I put like I was able to make my own decisions it was awesome and take a cart or did you walk your did you I took a cart um I took a cart you played in like an hour and a half you played nine holes 18 hes I played 18 holes in Legit 2 hours and 45 minutes yeah but like it was more about the mindset of like um I don’t know you’re not pressing as much I didn’t watch someone snap hook one off of tea and me be like oh [ __ ] I hope I don’t do that and now you’re standing over the ball and you’re thinking about that it was nice I don’t know it just it was it was like the way games like meant to be played almost like just you and the course I mean I would say your mindset has been pretty damn good from what I’ve been seeing I don’t know it was just cool I don’t know it was nice to do I just feel like people should do it more often I know that clogs up golf courses and it’s not as it’s not as easy to do on public tracks I got lucky with being able to play on like a Tuesday at a go at a private club but um it was nice it was it was a luxury it was unbel I remember uh Trent Ryan I feel like in the last couple years you’ve done a couple rounds solo and been like man it’s actually really really nice to just get out there and play a couple holes and not have anybody around it is it’s really really nice and especially when you walk but car you go a million miles per hour faster but yeah when you’re out there by yourself Frankie is right you’re just there’s no outside like stimuli that is affecting what you going to do so you kind of get that’s really the purest form of your own game for sure it really is like over the weekend I played and like someone hit an eight iron and they hit it short and I’m like [ __ ] maybe it’s a seven and I knew it was an eight and I’m like thinking to myself if I was out there on my own there’s not even that option of second guessing that so then I knock down a seven I hit it short and I’m pissed off at myself and I’m like why didn’t I why did I just hit a full eight I knew it the whole time I’m sitting in the cart being like why did I just let that person’s bad swing affect my game and when you play solo that’s not even an option right you’re also always almost always and this is the case for everybody mostly you’re playing with people who are just at different places in their game so to even be entertaining the idea that their shot and what they did and what club they use should affect what you’re doing is asinine completely asinine you should just be like what do I think I should hit here given my own game and that’s it but it’s got me thinking oh sorry sorry no no I was just going to say if you play with anybody certainly when we all play together we’re looking at each other’s clubs like what’ you hit there what are you hitting here what are you doing and it’s affecting what you’re going to do and it got me thinking on the pro side how intimidating like you know we always talk about how tiger was able to just like influence the guys around him and just make them crumble it’s just like it happens so easily you watch a guy like Scotty Sheffer go out there and play the quickest easiest game of all time and you’re standing next to him being like well [ __ ] if he just hit that shot I have to be able to do that and then you end up pulling one Kore Kawa into the water or something and you’re like it’s over my day is over because I tried to match this guy just standing 10 feet to the right of me instead of just playing my own game they asked Rory about this at the at the Masters because he was playing with uh I think it was Scotty and Xander and uh Rory shot one under the first day and Scotty shot 600 and they asked you know do you notice that he’s like yeah well when you’re standing next to him it’s pretty hard not to notice and he said that it’s it’s tough because when you’re playing with Scotty and this was this is what always used to bother me the most when I was playing in tournaments as a kid is when is when you watch a guy and you’re like this guy can’t is not like that good and then he beats You by six and that’s what he said about Scotty he said he’s just so efficient with everything you don’t think it’s six underpar and then I’m keeping his score and after the round I count him up and it’s six under par oh yeah that’s infuriating that’s the lesson I guess play your own game God I remember thinking that must have been demoralizing for Rory that moment too cuz you’re like Rory’s grinding dude it’s the Masters he’s like got such a RP of shooting 74 on Thursday he goes out he he guts out like a a pretty Scrappy one under and it’s like yeah dude the guy who’s number one like didn’t even sweat and he shot 6 under right next to you dude like that’s kind of such a mental game and like we we concentrate so much on the physical side of it you know keeping the club face Square impact and move rotating your hips and dropping your hand getting into the slot find that slot and it’s like so much of it is just in between the ears just just playing your own game and just finding the right spots and playing smart it’s like all of it is in between your ears like you know it’s like the whole [ __ ] even finding the slot is like in between your it’s like everything is like it’s amazing when you’re just on the Range and you just tell yourself like to hit a certain shot like I’m just going to I’m going to cut this one and you can just [ __ ] do it like you don’t you know what I’m like you’re not thinking about the degree of what the face is going to be at this point in your back swing to try to get it to cut you’re literally just like I’m gonna get I’m gonna cut this golf ball with this [ __ ] ad whatever it is and you just do it yet when you’re standing there on a tea or in a hole and you’re like holy [ __ ] please let me just hit this in a way where it’s like respectable and it’s in play again then you’re losing all control over what you’re actually trying to do like you have no true clearcut pathway for what you’re trying to do and execute you’re just praying basically 100% 100% yeah Club selection too it’s just all remember remember that hole at Glenn Oaks when Trent hit that [ __ ] green and then Brock Nelson drove the green with like his three-wood I think it’s like remember fourth or fifth hole on like that blue side I think it is yeah um 265 Par Four right like in any normal world if you’re trying to score a good you know play a good round there’s bunkers everywhere you probably just hit a five iron or six iron then you just hit a little wedge into the green right you just it’s an easy green everything’s right there but you watch someone right in front of you hit a three-wood to like 10 feet onto the green and now you like go back to the cart you grab a [ __ ] three-wood or a fivewood and you’re just like squeezing the club as hard as you can you try and rip one you duck hook one into a bunker and now you’re sitting there bunker to Bunker you’re like putting for six and you’re thinking back to yourself like what the [ __ ] just happened just becau you can’t beat that person by by by changing your game H it’s such a mental game man it’s so [ __ ] crazy we legit had that yesterday at Tobacco Road you remember that hole Frankie at tobacco like the fifth hole where you putted it off the green and it oh that green is and we legit we were doing 3v3 so it’s like the group in front of us we had two threesim and they were just doing we were just doing low best ball one low best ball per group and so their strategy was they all three were going to try to just drive the green basically thinking like one out of the three of us will get it over there and we’ll be fine and we’re behind them we’re watching them all just look for balls in that huge sand pit for like 10 minutes and then we all just laid up out to the right hit two wedges in there both made them for birdie by one buddy Johnny made it for birdie that eagle we were going crazy and I thought of the exact same thing you said it’s like that actually worked out in our favor where we watched them do that and we’re like we get to just slap it out here to the right it’s so easy now we’re just going to win this hole uh and when you do that it was like it was so easy we even hit that good of like layups out there we had like three Woods they’re like one guy kind of mish hit this one and they ended up perfect wedges in and you’re like for whatever reason it’s so silly to go do what they did but it’s we do it all the [ __ ] time every time we play yeah I mean there’s that saying no laying up um but like it just feels nice sometimes to play it the correct way it really does there’s something very rewarding about want a green jacket that way you can win a green jacket that way just play it the right way just hit that iron it just feels so good sometimes to just be like oh yeah just like just leave myself with a nice 110 like you find that number so it’s so Pro it’s crazy it also feels good to do things successively on the golf course that are what you’re trying to do like when you if you take out driver and you try to drive the green like you very rarely hit it like perfect so now you’ve like you’ve hit it up there somewhere but you probably didn’t hit it great exactly how you’re thinking about it or whatever and that like seeps in now you’ve got some unpredictable short game shot you know and like whatever whereas like if you are purposely trying to be like I’m gonna hit this to 110 yard shot you hit it out there and then you have 110 yard shot you’ve now like successively done exactly what you’re trying to do yeah exactly got some momentum um great game stupid [ __ ] game but great game the worst game ever but God it’s great we got another uh from the gallery Fireball whiskey we got uh Michael says how do caddies get their 10% when wad Wednesday hits for Scotty shreer for example does he just like venmo Ted Scott 300 Grand yeah got an answer for this because my favorite person in World Golf will wil Cox is still Sun James caddy uh Despite All Odds to the contrary and what he said is basically like you set up you set up a uh like an LLC you know you set up like an LLC of yourself and then you get paid like a a check and it’s like a 1099 form it’s like a it’s like if you were paying someone you know to do contract uh graphic design work so I think it’s they have a contract with the they usually sign a contract with the agent which stipulates okay 7% for a made cut typically they get a fee for the week which are on PJ now for the big bags is about three grand maybe a little bit more 3500 if you’ve been doing it for longer and then you get 7% of a top 10 of a made cut and then 10% of a win so yeah I think they get the I think they get the check from the agent like the day after interesting that three grand or so a week I feel like that’s relatively new because I remember dwey told us years ago that that’s kind of what kiz was doing for him and but he was saying that that format was not what people did for a long time yeah well I think it’s you know it’s more of a job now it’s more of a professional like this is your guy who’s there every single week whereas before you know if you were picking up normal caddies it wouldn’t make sense to pay them a weekly thing because it’s like if we don’t make the cut you know I’m not paying you to to come again so let’s we’re both in this together but yeah I think uh and that sort of helps cover expenses you know like it helps cover a hotel for the week if in case they miss cup and now they don’t you know they don’t if you’re in a good bag you’re not really playing many events with cuts so it’s it’s a better gig than ever 160 Grand base salary for Cades on the PJ tours is a little bit higher than I thought it would have been say they don’t deserve it’s right right right right right right so it’s probably like 80 grand what do they play like 25 weeks a year so it’s probably 80 you know 80 grand 75 8 if your guys a if you guys a cut maker it’s just a ATM machine yeah exactly like two I was Will Willie Willie te typically text me as soon as literally five minutes after sunj is done putting and says what did I make this week so he loves it that is great so it’s okay so it’s whatever three-ish Grand per week played so if a guy plays 22 events a year I mean you’re looking at somewhere around 70 grand and then if it’s and then it’s 7% you said for most guys typically around 7% of a made cut yeah 10% of a win that’s pretty [ __ ] good man that’s pretty good yeah if you’re if you’re on a top 50 bag you know you’re you’re probably making hundreds thousands Scott’s gonna make over like $5 million this year yes yeah yeah that’s phenomenal yeah he’s he’s the he’s the cadd probably ever right now you know he’s this guy’s on an incredible run yeah I mean boy wow yeah I mean I know it’s a team game I know that he’s huge for him and I I don’t know if he’s the guy that’s got Scotty under his little like spell but like and if it is it’s worth every single penny it’s like Scotty’s hitting the shots man that’s [ __ ] that’s a great payday that is a great payday great gig like you know he doesn’t have if he misses it it’s not on him he makes it he’s getting paid even if he misses he’s getting paid because Scotty’s finishing in second it’s looking unbelievable wow Ted Scott it is so much money that I mean yeah it it matters but man think about these guys that are caddies that really scrape it together for pretty much their whole careers and then now they’ve got their guy like a Ben koh’s or whatever situation where it’s like that whole back nine you have no control over anything I mean you’re giving them the information and you’re trying out but you got no control over anything and over every putt it’s like you’re a fan of your favorite team’s most nervous moment of their their decade every single swing every sing F you’re like go in the [ __ ] hole please go in the [ __ ] hole like I need I need this money and the difference at that point between first and like Ninth Place in money is enormous and then when you take 7% of that I mean that’s [ __ ] brutal you got I mean I know you have control you’re part of it you’re trying to Hype the guy up or whatever you’re getting him in the right mindset but you really have no control over over the actual outcome and it 100% affects your financial livelihood yep crazy can you go sans’s caddy if you wanted to I don’t I don’t think you can I think I don’t think you can I think you have to have a caddy I think that’s a rule in PJ tour in PJ tour events because otherwise I mean yeah I would think that like if you’re a guy who Monday qualifies into a corn fairy event you know and maybe you you caddy for yourself in the Monday you it’s a that’s a decision to make do I want to pay this guy do I feel like he’s going to actually add something I I want this 7% if I win I certainly want that 10% listen I’m glad cat’s have jobs and I’m glad it’s part of the game it’s a cool thing but I think it’d be it’d be funny if there was like one or two guys every year who are just out there carrying their bags it’s like people representing themselves in court you’re just like I’m just going to do it I’m gonna do it and I’m going to take all laugh at Stu haista when he shows up to like the US Open carrying his little carry bag and like he doesn’t have a caddy on the first couple practice rounds and just like puts his bag down at the range we like where’s your CAD he like I like my my finance friend that’s just going to meet me out here God that guy’s so cocky but he’s so good it’s crazy he is I loves too I would love to see no caddy but it sounds like you can’t so but I would like to see it thinking Happy Gilmore right they made him take a caddy he didn’t know what the hell was going on even the fictional version of golf you got to take a caddy that’s right that’s [Music] right who says you cannot earn rewards if you’re staying in a vacation pumped to get out to the course tomorrow this um The Dunes Club is supposed to be sick people are kind of raving about it it’s on the water here it’s on the Atlantic Ocean I’m looking at the Atlantic Ocean out that way so I’m excited to be here positive positive update my dog was sick that’s why I missed the podcast last week uh he had emergency surgery on Friday basically woke woke up and there was a golf ball-sized growth underneath his chin like right on his throat jeez and I thought for sure that I had left a golf ball out in my chipping area and he had eaten a golf ball and that that was going to be it it was not a golf ball thank God because I would got divorced if that was the case just golf ball size he had an abscess which you know if own a dog you might know it’s like sorry if you’re if you have a dog you might know it’s like a bunch of he got it removed he’s on the men so Buddy’s Buddy’s a beast he’s coming back it’s great news all are you not allowed to own dogs you’re not allowed I I just you know I don’t like to own any we don’t like to own anything that’s that’s living oh wow I haven’t heard that one well we were we were in the hospital and uh and the the person goes are you guys buddies owners and Emma looks at me and goes parents oh wow owners I guess is not the right word damn that’s a new one yeah you gotta watch out I guess yeah yeah got you gota watch out for the you know the dogs are going to start uh picketing outside down down the streets they’re going to start an encampment there me an encampment Country Club oh man all right all right uh oh Bob Jones award that’s what our friend Tiger Woods our friend uh congrats well deserved the United I agreed the United States Golf Association has selected Mr Tiger Woods as the recipient of this year’s Bob Jones award the usga’s highest honor in recognition of his commitment to sportsmanship and respect for golf’s time honored Traditions why don’t like why don’t we just make up an award like that and give it to him like would he have to what what what’s the threshold no not every year just once what’s the threshold of like Tiger’s going to go and and and receive this and and he wants that award like he’s gotten every award in the book like why don’t we just come up with some prestigious sounding award and it’s like hopefully gets across Tiger’s desk and he’s like all right I guess I’ll accept that one like I I just don’t understand what what he accepts and what he doesn’t it’s a great question I you know I will say that the past recipients of the USGA Bob Jones award it looks like um are some pretty pretty Heavy Hitters yeah we don’t have the the history I guess yeah start somewhere but I mean Jack Nicholas he’s up there Ben kenshaw Jean sarzen Frances we met Johnny Miller Julie iner okay yeah I was always I remember he got he got the golf he got the golf writers association uh award one year and he he came to the thing it’s the week of the Masters and gave a speech and I remember everyone in the room like could not [ __ ] believe that he showed up and gave a speeech and then Scotty Scotty sheffler won it this year and they didn’t even they were supposed to get to do like a video tribute didn’t do anything you should have seen these guys freak out this guy can’t give us this guy can’t give us a little video thing I was like why would he what’s in it for him right like if we just like the podcast Association Lifetime Achievement Award and we just like Tiger Woods you won it it couldn’t hurt to at least try have a trophy made up be like are you going to accept this or not and if he says no like start giving out Awards yeah you know what I mean yeah like T does that we could have a we could have a four play Awards number one podcast in sports does it and it works true they do do that give it to I think we got we got to start giving out Awards you even start with people who we know are going to accept it so we can get a little bit of History like kizner is getting the first one he he he won that one so then in the slot it says Kevin kizner accepted this award so when we work our way up to a Tiger Woods he’s like all right there’s like a history this is like a real thing right let me ask you this what uh what do you think the process is to be able to name your award after so and so like the Bob Jones award is a that’s a hell of a name that the USGA is just throwing on this award can we can we just the Tom the old Tom Morris award and we just start giving this thing out I think there’s got to be some sort of like we should do young Tom Morris young Tom Morris award George Washington Award of broken heart there’s got to be an approval process like the pain Stewart award I’m sure that’s like you know they didn’t just throw that on there without asking like you gotta people can own other people’s likenesses that was the whole lawsuit between Jack Nicholas and um what’s his name um yeah they are you the I don’t know I don’t know that’s a good question I’m going to think about it yeah you’re the that’s a custodian I’m not sure okay I yeah listen there it seems we should name it like something extremely random uh the MEO Pereira award or something nobody’s going to accept that though he won’t know what the [ __ ] is going on we’ll get we’ll get zero people like Franchesco Molinari at Beth Paige black just no idea what’s going on the Franchesco Molinari Lifetime Achievement Award be like I don’t understand you want you want to drink wine we just thank him every year for allowing Tiger Woods to win the 2019 Masters these fans they are saying Frankie I don’t know who there’s there’s some red tape that we’re not going to be able to get through but it’s something we should think about start giving out an award dude speaking of Bob Jones I don’t know where this was brought up I don’t know if it was on this show or something that I was watching but Bobby Jones there’s a YouTube video of Bobby Jones and how he played the game of golf and there’s like a part one part two from 1931 it’s called Bobby Jones how I play golf part one 31 minutes black and white the best quality of all time like HD 4K footage of this man teaching a bunch of guys at his Club just how he hits every single shot the Niblick the uh you know all these different types he had like seven clubs and that was it and he is [ __ ] money I’m talking out of the bunker just the audio too is everything’s perfect yeah there is video this is stunning how clear is that footage really clear I know this is like and he’s just like a regular guy just [ __ ] hitting golf shots ch it to the dude when he does his little chipping routine where they’re they’re asking him like how do you chip and he’s like oh I like to just release the hands like back of the foot toe down like it’s basically a putting stroke it’s basically a putting stroke just back of the foot like put your put your weight forward he knocks I’m not even kidding he knocks like six balls to within an inch and you’re just like all right there’s just people there’s just people sitting on the grass watching him chip and they’re asking him like Bobby how do you do that and he’s like I’m going to tell you son what I do here is I throw it off the back foot and all we got to do is we got to bring it to the front this is like when I saw videos of Picasso paint you’re like damn that’s weird that that exists and now we’re g to take out the Nick and the neck here is I don’t know why they all talk that way but they did I feel like he’s only supposed to be in still shots and black and white Forever he’s not allowed to be in this video um I think if I’m going to put I know we used to do a lot of um you know like like TV homework and and we used to say like um recommendations on the show I’m putting a hard recommendation on Bobby Jones howai Golf just throw on this chipping action dude look at this chipping action you’re gonna be in awe how this guy yeah it was he was the real deal you know yeah this guy is legit look at him set that club at his chip that was insane if he had the Taylor Made qi1 and you know the our wedges and [ __ ] p770 coppers this guy would have been a problem this look how good this guy is you always wonder about what their distances would be he was using like a dog toy as a ball see yeah true oh [ __ ] this is pure look at his gol you’re gonna love it dude it’s it’s like therapeutic yeah this is also I exclusively want to swing like an old school golfer now like I don’t it’s so smooth oh the way they swung is sick the old reverse C finish baby yes it’s a aome and guys were struggling with the same issues that we are today like there’s a part of that where they’re in a bunker and the guy’s like I just can’t get it up in the air over the lip and and Bobby Jon’s like here throw you got to throw it on the front foot open up the face y even more even more with the open face and the guy’s like really feels uncomfortable he’s like just trust it just [ __ ] goes in and smacks it goes up in the air he’s like Bobby he’s like I know let’s go get an ice cream [ __ ] they leave and there he’s like I’m Bobby Jones dude yeah oh God Tiger’s gonna be accepted my award in 100 years that’s the Bob Jones award that’s it right there can’t believe they got to just take Bob Jones name put it on an award that’s insane I just want to know how they filmed that I mean I know there were movies back in the 1930s and 1920s and [ __ ] even just picture a guy behind him going with the crank just cranking it yeah but the the quality is out of this world out of this world let me ask you this was Bob Jones like a he had to be a huge part of the USGA problem probably I thought you were going to say uh like he he [ __ ] cuz he was a good-looking guy he’s a handsome cat for sure charismatic I believe I think he was a little bit of a hoad wasn’t that kind of his one of his OS there Dan I think he was like earlier in in his Bob Jones it’s a nice ring he was a he was a enormous celebrity that was one of the he had like grades and stuff and that was one of the reasons why Clifford Roberts was yeah oh yeah when he won like that was a big deal when he won and that was one of the reasons why Clifford Rob won World War II they like what do you mean I mean Ben Hogan had a parade when he won the British Open Bobby Jones like this was this was a big deal that’s what they did back in the day you did bring back parades dude you’re telling me Tiger Woods’s the master they throw a parade for him dude they should have had a parade through Jupiter that would have been electric tiger won when tiger won the Masters I’m with Rigo I think more parades for single like individual sports parades dude are you kidding me if he went through like New York City after he won the M you know he like hits The Tonight Show he hits it and then he like has a parade down Time Square I’m in yeah I love that idea wow wow there’s this one shot where he hits it at the screen watch this one watch this watch on my screen what is this Brenan Jones on the dronee dud hold on dud bro if dude 1931 watch this watch this tell me bro the thing that’s crazy about that this is 1931 is if that happened in Uhl video one look at the next one watch the next one watch this one watch this one he’s lined it up he just pulled the ball dude you’re not going to believe this one dude the thing is that would there’s a guy there there’s a guy there that’s filming he just before it is dead if a YouTube group we we being one of those filmed the video like that it would go viral like if we hit a shot like that where it just goes right over the Drone and Bobby Jones was doing that in 1934 Bob Jones was the first YouTube golfer show me right now insane man just when you think you’re like you think you’re original Bobby Jones was doing it a 100 years ago 1931 he was doing these YouTube shots dude just lacing bbb’s down the Fairway it’s like you know it’ be sick Brendon Jones if you go stand over there I’m going to lace a couple draws right over your [ __ ] face and those guys were on a [ __ ] they’re just on a ladder right what’s that guy standing on oh man that’s cool wow yeah man that’s an eye opener for sure y yeah I’m watching that video all right all right everybody that was fun time fun time catching up uh let’s go Alistar this week we got major championship next week we got a elevated event this week so all kinds of hot action going on uh we’ll be back Thursday for the second show of the week big thanks to our sponsors hit it hard hit it hard hit it hard hit it hard

  1. Trent saying he's an 18 handicap is hilarious. Almost as good as Riggs claiming to be a 4. Neither guy is sub 20

  2. The sanctuary is a mythical course in Colorado owned by the CEO of remax and can only play via a charity tournament or invite from someone who has an in

  3. Liv has been incredible to watch lately. No commercials, hot crowds and good golf. Plus it's on a free platform. Me and 6000 other people are having the times of our life watching it

  4. Denny McCarthy at Valero was a huge choke job. Shoot, what 7 under on the back to get into a playoff and dump an 80 yard shot into the water on first playoff hole. Tragic!

  5. how can riggs prove he's good at golf? he posts good shots but every video shows he misses right for the most part, just do that

  6. host a creator 36 hole tourney, horvat and good good aren't as a frankie used to say they were. francis could pretzel someone in that with one comment, DO IT

  7. You guys were dead wrong on Gooch saying “I’m not”… they literally asked him at the end if he was or not. Bunch of stooges

  8. Saudi trying to buy courses seems to me a way to try and buy tour courses and fuck the tour by purchasing top tier courses. I think China is the country we are concerned about buying up land here in the states. Some reaching is fine but we’re getting a little lost.
