Buying The MOST FORGIVING Golf Club EVER From The PRO SHOP! When it comes to buying golf clubs we often look at the most forgiving golf clubs of 2024, the best golf clubs of 2024, the easiest golf clubs to hit and often the best bargain golf clubs of 2024… but where do you normally see them? in this video I look at a ping golf club that is the most talked about golf club I’ve ver seen… it ceased chaos on release and was released in limited numbers. the fact that we can now buy these golf clubs used in the pro shop shows that the second hand golf club market is on fire and there are serious savings to be had. saving money buying golf clubs is a huge passion of mine and that’s why I love these random pro shop bargains!

a couple of days ago I came here to the pro shop and we did a random Pro Shop bargain now we had to come back because there’s a couple of things in there which I just have to have a look at and Me and Bobby are going to go and test them and see if potentially it could be the best bargain we’ve ever seen so let’s get in there and let’s see exactly what I’m talking about we’ll try not to scratch everybody’s car on the way through and we’ll see because I think this could be the most talked about Golf Club of last year so guys get in the comments below let me know what do you think it is but it’s like Aladdin’s cave in this pro shop and that’s why I love going to Pro Shops here in the UK because you don’t really see them this busy in the US or this I don’t know they don’t seem as busy but we’re here at worldly Pro Shop and we’re going to just jump in because you’ve already got a club that you’re going to test we’ll leave this here for now and I want to see this so you see we’re heavily focused on drivers last time here because I’ll show you quickly what they’ve got but there’s loads of like secondhand drivers that are unbelievably priced like if you want something Mega forgiving there’s that if you’re left-handed there’s actually quite a lot of left-handed stuff as well so I’ll leave Rich’s Rich’s the head pro here by the way I’ll leave his details in the description below if you want to give him a ring and just see exactly what he might do you for for these clubs as well um I was really interested in these the Wilson Dino Powers because I mean these were so good whenever I reviewed them or if Rick reviewed them or Mark reviewed them ball speed was incredible on these and I don’t understand why they’re still so here I don’t understand why people haven’t bought them but there’s some really good Wilson stuff there’s some good irons some good drivers what I wanted to look at is over there and I can see he’s actually going on sale as well which is unbelievable loads of bags in if you want a bag Bobby can’t what is you got one of these what have you got got a Jones oh of course you have you’re too you’re too uh too trendy for any of this but loads of ping stuff and loads of demo ping stuff as well so like if you want to try them you can take them on the golf course and see EX what’s good for you but it was this cuz the secondhand Market I think is incredible and this was certainly one of the most talked about golf clubs of 2023 it’s of course the Ping chipper so the story behind this is 7 iron loft Bobby do you know what length is 9 It’s actually an 8 no it’s not it’s a 9 but I thought I’d just kid you so 129 these were new and you get for 99 quid which I think is incredible value and this is a trading it’s actually got a thick grip on there as well so we’re going to take this out we’re going to have a go with B but we’re going to do a little bit of a Twist because sorry Rich we actually said we said about how good the demo stuff is here and they actually have where is it here brand new ping demo wedge so we’re going to take both of these out and we’re going to see both for myself and Bobby who’s a three handicapper could the chipper work better for you than a standard wedge cuz especially for £99 it’s actually a really really good deal and great value or or would be better off spending big money on the latest ping way let’s go out the thing I love about this series is not often do you get to see a club that’s potentially secondhand like this ping chipper is and yes a ping chipper might not transform my game but it could well transform yours or even Bobby’s cuz we all know Bobby struggles with his short game how dare you a little bit okay F news but the big thing for me as well is you couldn’t get hold of a chipper last year there were like proper sort after and now yeah you can order one online but to be able to just kind of walk into a pro shop and see it as a trading I think it’s great and this is why I really really enjoy searching through Pro Shops and I’m going to bring this series back with a little bit of Vengeance because I’ve really enjoyed these last couple of episodes here at worldly Golf Club so without any further Ado let’s find some quite difficult shots to play from lots of different distances with these clubs and let’s see just potentially if it could help my game if it could help your game and if you want to then I’ll take you back to the shop afterwards and you could maybe give Rich a ring and buy it and you see Rob’s shocked here or Bobby should I say called him the wrong name but I’m a strong believer that the chipper isn’t necessarily just a chipper you see yes it’s 7 ion Loft and 9 ion length but even from this distance say if you struggle which this is the distance where so many golfers really really struggle and we have 105 yards now we’re both going to have a go with this and we’re both also going to have a go with the Ping 56° which is what so many golfers will potentially go with from here we’re going to see which one goes closest we’ve not had a warm-up and I’ve not played golf in a very long time so for for me which is a rarity but let’s get a couple of balls out we go with high school what a day we’ve got B sun’s coming out the sun is finally coming out what do you want to go with first uh I I think I should probably go with that first yeah and then the I have no idea what to do with well the big difference in techniques obviously with a 56 Dee we’re going to go pretty full and then get through to a finish with downwind so maybe not full with this we’re going to have to stand closer to it because of the lie angle and we’re just going to move to here and then allow it to work through because it’s lofted like a s iron I mean you could I’ve hit one of these 150 yards before so it went very much right to left but how many balls each one uh one with each one each club we going to see which one gets closest one this is about where you’d hit your t- shot to here as well isn’t it yeah yeah definitely I’ve hit that lovely just go a little not bad you say that’s probably around that looks like it’s a little bit sh maybe 20 ft away so around tour average I’ve Struck it this is the thing here I’ve put a really good gol swing on that and I’ve Struck it really really nicely out of the middle I’ve took a nice divot so I can’t do do much more with that now can I get anywhere close with a club that percentage wise we’ve not got anything to go over Ian we shouldn’t go to any of that bunker yeah but hopefully you could repeat a little bit more and this isn’t a shot with practice Rob either is it so I’ve never had to go with one of these so now you might laugh at that go on oh it took a shocking bounce it did didn’t I’m going to go one more with that as well I mean that really hasn’t done bad for how badly I’ve Struck it has it if that’s no if that’s your bad sh if that’s your bad one there we go go on then and again I’ve landed that exactly where I wanted to it’s obviously quite wet up there so we’ll go up there and see just how wet that is but Bobby over to you over to me thanks oh you going to go I’m going to go this first oh what ball should I I’ll use these two what I what have I done ah what are you doing I don’t know we will put the divits back by the way Nathan if you’re watching it will be he’s probably watching from in there he probably is what is this 56 56 I think it’s a 105 yards 105 that’s it’s a full one is it it’s a full one for me yeah got to do it every time now the lead better drill now we joked about Bobby’s short game because we all know Bobby struggles with his short game just a little okay fake news how dare you but I’d never hit a 56 from this far away cuz I feel like I’ve got to do that I’ve got to do so hard to get we don’t want your excuses Bo I want you to hit the chipper now and this is this is exactly who this club’s for people who really struggle with golf so what are you saying like a a little bit yeah just imagine you’re pitching a 9 100 yards or would you never do that either no that’s what I would do i’ never it I never h a full 56 room here yeah how what kind of weight is this like it’s well weighted it’s really well weighted it feels really I really like them personally oh Rob and again I thought me that’s who this club’s designed for let’s go there let’s see just how close we got some really good Turf interactions there as well uh and we’ll test it from where it’s supposed to be hit from yeah good lad he’s turned his hat around now as well so he doesn’t lose his job that’s why I shanked it you see you’re laughing at me now Bobby but that’s a lot more versatile than what Ping probably should have advertised you advertise it be more versatile like that rather than a chipper if it was called something else I think people wouldn’t have this I don’t know this thing about having a yes that’s exactly the word I’m looking for stigma if it was called the magic wedge no I think it was just if you called it tall wedge an a wedge but like I don’t some some sort of wedge not a chipper cuz it is it’s it’s more than a chipper more than but you look at like mine’s the closest of all of them yours is obviously the first away the um yeah let’s not talk about we not we’re not even going to mention the word but then you can see just how kind of moist is up here as well they’ve done really well to the golf course as good a condition as it is but it is no doubt it is just the wetest winter we’ve ever had so that’s why these are finished short but realistically all of mine would have run up closer than the wedge had it not being so wet if we have known it was so wet you’re probably not going to play the shot realistically but that’s one little me BBY now this is exactly where this club is designed to be used from you can see we can’t really put because it’s a little bit uneven but there’s nothing really in your way so the chipper comes into its own we’re going to do the same rules again and again 99 quid this and it could knock like severe numbers off your game if this is where you struggle from still have to practice with it no doubt but it’s literally impossible to Duff it that was a terrible strike and it’s 4T away so if we now go with the 56 there’s so many more variables now that we have to get right to get this ball close and I’m almost talking myself out of what shots I would usually play here because these aren’t cheap either so many people could potentially learn go that’s the point for the chipper and I really I really concentrated on don’t Duff it there yeah and I duffed it my turn ah I’m so bad with this gimbal by I don’t point it at you it’s all in the wrist why are the grip so long in these pings do you know yes so you can grip down it right that’s literally the entire point of you can see there’s the arrows there to help you so proper go down the shaft on it not a lot to beat no attacking an are know I just I tried I thought it would stop quick so I thought oh I’ll see if I can fly there I’m not sure that’s inside my chipper it’s not so it’s this or you lose oh better get it in then I just didn’t it hard what your thoughts on that I mean we’re going to put that back in the shops so anyone wants it just like I mean to be fair I don’t think you can it that for me is the worst shot I could possibly do with it yeah I think if you practice with it and actually learn your distances like already I’ve just learned that I’ve just not it hard enough yeah and that’s a gimme so guys thank
