Grayson Murray just won the Sony Open (2024) in Hawaii. He has a pretty classic golf swing that stood up well at the Sony Open.
He has had his ups and downs in his career and life but pulled it all together this weekend. Murray is a recovering alcoholic. He has loads of talent but his addiction to alcohol would always hold him back. “he was invincible” in his own words and drank during golf tournaments. Good on him for turning his life around. I hope he continues his success in sobriety.
