No question about it, Rory has done extremely well to get 25 PGA Tour wins. However with the talent, skills and physique that he possesses, he should have secured more major championships.
It’s almost unbelievable to think that he hasn’t won a major in virtually TEN YEARS! Rory has also become too technical with his swing, as well as with his putting.
I also believe that all the really great players have always been associated with a top notch and professional caddie, and Rory has not followed that tradition! Harry Diamond is obviously his big mate, and is also apparently a good golfer, but I’m afraid he’s an average caddie, and Rory needs someone to drive him forward and keep him motivated and focussed on the course, especially in the big moments.
And for his 25th, they finished at -25
