okay so today I’m pretty excited and the
reason is I got myself a new golf bag
here so if you’ve watched any sort of
golf content online I’m sure you’ve run
across something to do with the brand
Sunday Golf and if you don’t know
they’re a direct consumer brand and they
have a range of different sizes of golf
bags so they have like smaller bags like
the LMA here they have a midsize bag the
El Camino and then a fulls sizee carry
bag so this is the rider now basically
the main problem with bags like those
are they’re they’re meant to be carried
right so they’re going to be a little
bit on the Lighter Side the even the
rider for example it’s a full size bag
it’s slightly I would say it’s slightly
smaller than a traditional fullsize bag
for me personally I can fit all my stuff
in there but some people like to bring
you know so much stuff like they want to
put in their shoes maybe it’s for
traveling or whatever so that’s kind of
the main downside to bags like that but
if you are someone who doesn’t carry
their bag so you use either a push cart
or you use a power cart your better
option is probably going to be a cart
bag so today we have the latest release
from Sunday golf it’s going to be their
big rig now up until this point the main
knock I’ve had with Sunday golf bags is
basically the the leg system I found
that the leg system it it’s not
generally as good as some of the other
bags on the market the bags themselves
have been they’ve been really good but
the leg system could use a little bit of
work that said the good news about this
is this going to be a car bag so it’s
not going to have legs so it’s not
something we have to worry about and
along with that since it is built for
carts we’re not going to be carrying it
weight isn’t going to be a problem and
we should have more than enough room for
pretty much anything we could possibly
want to carry or bring for if we’re
traveling we’re going to have room to
put shoes um jackets all that stuff in
the bag so enough about all that we’re
going to get this thing open and I’m
going to give my initial thoughts and
reactions to seeing this bag for the
first time but I just want to mention
three quick things number one if you

what I like what I don’t like after
using this for a number of rounds go

below so basically my first reaction to
the bag the material is just like any
other of the Sun golf bag so it’s pretty
much the same zipper system looks to be
about the same so uh this zipper is
different than this zipper but it’s the
same as the other
bags we got our Frosty pocket still oh
we see right here actually this is kind
of NE neat here we have
a magnetic strap which doesn’t come on
the other bag so that’s kind of cool and
pretty much everything looks to be about
the same but let’s get this thing set up
and I’m going to put all my clubs in and
um kind of go over all the pockets as
well on the first side of the bag we’re
going to have a few storage compartments
so this first one is a decent size
you’re not going to be able to fit in
like shoes or probably even a jacket
some things I might put in there would
be like my spare gloves might go in
there something to clean my clubes could
fit in there and then my adjuster tool
we then have this pocket here on the
side which doesn’t have any zippers it’s
not magnetic but it is a pretty decent
size I don’t exactly know what can go in
there but I don’t really think I’d have
a use for it but if you want to put in
something for easy access that’s kind of
where you put your whatever you want to
go in there third thing velcro glove
holder and that is something I do like
because I like putting taking my glove
slapping on there whenever I’m playing
to let it dry out versus putting in my
pocket so I do prefer that we then have
a large pocket that goes up the entire
side of the
bag so we got a bit of cardboard in
there we can take
out and this here is going to be a
pretty good size I’m curious to see if
we can fit our shoes in there so let me
try so that’s pretty good so we can fit
two shoes in here in the bottom and
there’s still there’s still quite a bit
of room up here that we could fit
something else if we wanted to like if
we were traveling we could easy put in
two shoes and a jacket in there we also
have two loops and I don’t exactly know
why there’s two if you do know let me
know but we’re going to have loops here
we’re also going to have a loop on the
other side for you can put your towel so
you just clip on your towel there and
the reason you kind of want to have both
like you want to have a loop on this
side then you want to have a loop on the
other side as well it depends what side
of the cart you’re on right because if
if you’re on the cart and you have a bag
here and then you have another bag here
your towel is not going to be have it’s
not going to be able to get access so
you want to have to be able to switch
your towel to the other side one cool
feature that I’ve actually never had on
a bag is this so it’s a slot where you
can put your Sharpie pen or your pencil
or whatever if you want to mark your
balls if you want to keep a pencil in
there for your scorecard it’s always
going to have a spot so that’s pretty
cool now on the front side of the bag
we’re going to have a few more so we’re
in this bottom
bag this is probably where I’m going to
keep my my balls so we’ll see if we can
fit a box of balls in
there yeah so we can fit a box of balls
in there or if you just got a bunch of
random selection there you can TOS those
in as well okay so we then have the
frosty pocket which all the other Sunday
golf bags have
and this one is wow this one’s actually
huge if you can
see it goes all the way down and you’ll
have this like shiny material that’s
supposed to be insulated it it’s not
like crazy good but it does work pretty
well it’ll keep them cold for your
entire round no problem but I am curious
to see how many cans we actually fit
down there so I’m just going to
see one two
three so we can basically fit six cans
in no problem you might even be able to
squeeze the seventh one in there so
that’s that’s pretty good we’re then
going to have and this is pretty cool
first bag I’ve actually had that has
this on is a magnetic magnetic pocket so
easy access and the main thing people
would put in here is either the
rangefinder or what I generally take is
going to be my uh my golf watch it kind
of fits in there it’s it’s a little
tight but yeah you can keep that in
it’ll fit a rangefinder no problem but I
just like using this I um when I
whenever I come home I’ll charge it
throw it back in the box so it doesn’t
get damaged and then put it in there for
next time and we’re going to be good to
go we’re also going to have an
additional pen or pencil holder here so
if you want to have a pen in one a
pencil in the other and then we’re also
going to have our last pocket on the
front which is going to be the
smellproof pocket so you put whatever in
there if you don’t want it to smell uh
it’s not something I’m going to use but
it’s good to have I guess one thing I
forgot to mention was it does have a
cart strap on it as well so whenever on
a cart you can have your strap and you
can come through here it’s actually
velro so this can pop off so you can put
your your strap around and then you can
close it there that’s really neat
actually um makes it really easy but
basically this is going to secure the
bag in the cart or the you know the push
cart or power cart so it doesn’t move
around so that’s nice to have as well
and the final side of the bag is pretty
much similar to the other side so we’re
going to have our we’re going to have
our smaller pocket it’s also going to
have a zipper
where I actually don’t know what this is
for um
I can basically only fit like half of a
finger in there it doesn’t go anywhere
so I don’t exactly know what that
pocket’s for a hidden hidden compartment
who knows we’re also going to have this
pocket which is a valuables pocket so
it’s kind of um it’s like a velvety
material it’s soft material where you
can put your phone keys and wallet so
that’s kind of what I put in there
whenever I’m playing it’s also going to
be a lot more waterproof than any of the
other Pockets so that’s why it’s there
we have another uh glove holder here and
then again we have our large compartment
so our second
one we got our rain
Hood we have
another piece of
cardboard and this is the same as the
other side so it goes all the way up the
bag and this is going to easily fit your
jacket and shoes again there are some a
couple smaller zippers just like a small
mesh I don’t know what you might put in
there but it’s very small you can put
something in there if you don’t want to
if you don’t want to lose it and then
there’s this zipper here
which is going to give you access to the
inside of your bag so if you do drop
something down you can go in there and
get it we also have another strap this
one is actually metal so you can put
your towel or whatever else you might
want to clip on there um probably like
if you have a speaker or something you
clip that on and then on the final side
we’re going to have this compartment
which is going to go down into the into
the pocket and I believe that’s where
you can put your umbrella so that’s kind
of nice it’s better than just having
like the it’s just like a little string
that goes go down to another little Loop
so that’s nicer to have we’re also going
to have this zipper she and this is
going to be a mesh material I’m sure
this is just for like ventilation so we
have one on this side we have one on
this side as well and then we have a
strap which is a single strap decent
enough padding you’re not going to be
carrying this thinging around much
anyway so you don’t need a double strap
and you don’t need a whole lot of
padding so in my opinion that’s probably
good enough and then probably the most
important is going to be where your
clubs are going to go so what we have
here is 13 individual slots for your
Club and then one kind of jumbo
compartment here for your putter so they
are going to be full length apparently
and I can’t really know for sure just
cuz I can’t fit my hand down there but
just generally looking they all look
like full length to me now when it comes
to how to organize this I’m going to
have to work on it a little bit I don’t
know what exactly is going to be the
right solution but what I’m going to do
to start is in the bottom ones I’m going
to start with my my
wedges and then we’re going to do the
irons
and then in the back we can go
hybrid wood and then finally the driver
and then we’ll take our Putter and we
can put it in the very back there and as
you can see we do have a few more spaces
I don’t necessarily always carry 14
clubs most of the time I don’t but if
you do you got your room there now one
thing I will say about having individual
slots for all your clubs the benefit is
they all go in and out super
easily which is good but the downside to
these is that since everything’s in
their own compartment there’s going to
be a lot of um movement everything can
move whenever you’re you’re going right
and they’re all going to pretty much
like Bang into each other so that’s kind
of the main downside to these if there’s
like if there’s less if there’s six five
you’re going to have some clubs that are
in you know the same compartment so
they’re all kind of moving together so
you’re not going to have Bank and all
that kind of stuff so it is more of an
issue in a carry bag not as much in a
cart bag but in my experience that’s
kind of what I’ve come to realize so
kind of whatever your preference is do
you like EAS use or like would would
them banging into each other cause you
to lose your mind so overall my first
impressions are you know pretty good
with this actually it’s got pretty much
all the features you want it has more
than enough storage for all your stuff
quality of like the material and the
zippers is like the same as the other
Sunday bags and I haven’t tried this one
out obviously yet I’ve used the other
ones quite a bit and I haven’t had any
problems with the zipper or material so
these look pretty much the same so I I
am expecting that but again it’ll be
updated in the full review if you do
want to see that and as I mentioned
before the only downside to the other of
the other Sunday bags was the leg system
it could use a little bit of improvement
but since this one doesn’t have any legs
there really isn’t a whole lot I can
complain about but if you have used this
bag or any of the other Sunday golf bags
