how does that manifest feel height La

above in all in all honesty JB I think
it can
play um a bit bardy a bit kind of I mean
for for graphite that typically it feels
a bit softer I think it can feel a
little bit
harsh um is it going to present itself
in in height and launch probably not um
if I’m being honest you know I I do
think a little bit of speed you could
probably be a little bit slower with the
shaft not having quite as much kind of
load kick so yeah I think it’s just your
more your timing and Cadence gets a
little bit out out of kilter so I think
you only really experience what
two H stiff does when you try something
that’s right then you go okay that feels
like the club face squares up that feels
like I’m getting this shaft working for
me remember that the shaft is not
supposed to be rigid you know like a
piece of rebar that just doesn’t move
it’s supposed to load and unload like a
spring so you really never want it to
feel like it’s not contributing to the
load Mr Roy Thompson what wedge bounce
would you recommend for the for the wet
Scotland I mean I think East Coast even
though it’s wet you know with a Sandy
firmer soil you can get away with the
kind of mid to low
bounce um you know when it comes
to the the west side where we get a lot
more rain typically we have a few more
Parkland courses as well uh I would
gravitate towards much more bounce in
the higher side I think ultimately guys
it comes down to your strike location so
if we looked at this is this is all of a
sudden the W face um if you’re on firm
soil you’re likely to or or firm Turf
you’re likely to strike the wedge low in
the head that that way you need less
bounce if you’ve got it right you’re
slightly above that right whatever
bounce you’re in is right and if you’re
striking it too high in the head you
need more bouns right so high strike
high bouns low strike low bouns try and
think of it somewhat like that
way here they go now it’s unlocked
okay what was that it was stuck Andrew
is asking afternoon was recently fitted
to t1k Orange at Club Champion
Minneapolis didn’t get a chance to hit V
Ian you seem to have played both
profiles can you chat about the
difference um yeah I mean I would say
I’m more comfortable in the VF it’s as
comfortable I’ve been with a a shaft in
quite some time I always liked 1K orange
though um I always found that to be
quite nice really never played it in
anything in fact I had a 60 TX at one
point remember when we were at Bay Hill
and the guys came over brought some TXS
over from Bay Hill and to me they just
felt so so stiff so stiff yes um so I
just think the feel is a little bit
better with VF but it still plays like a
very stable shaft so it was a lot to do
with that for
me for the boys would’ love to see a
wind video effect on the ball flight
land angle ball changes
Etc yeah probably is a good one to do
just need to get outside the Sun’s
shining know the wind’s not a blowing
I’m not making it Mak it feel a wind and
T air joke too many that’s nice you too
many to about
time um let’s go down
here Mike C is thinking ditching the
range finder going to a GPS app War you
J’s a fan of for yardage info arus bed
all in in one um it’s a GPS it is it’s
got Aros CAD when you’re not playing a
tournament you can learn your sort of
adjusted yardages downhill uphill into
the wind it obviously is is gathered all
your data to tell you you know when to
hit certain shots if it’s into the wind
you know you need two clubs more not
just one uh I just think that the kind
of depth of the information you get from
Arcos the second t on I
agree
um gentlemen a softball for
you your handicap goals for the year
my handicap’s going the wrong way is it
no
um scratch but I don’t think that I
really don’t think it’s possible

why um I’m really not into it yet like
I’ve just want to play a little bit
before I like start to go to the short
game area and practice roll putts with a
mirr that kind of stuff I just want to
play that might be I mean that honestly
that I think there is a
a I think there is a bit of a a leap
that has to be taken to get to like that
scratch where you’re prepared to put
some real real graft into your game yeah
yeah there’s a proper effort and right
now for at least like I mean it’s the
first couple weeks of the Season here
you’re not there yet I just want to play
I know I just want to play plus I don’t
really want to hit off a mat outside

just want to

the lowest I’ve ever got to in my life
was probably three years ago I think I
got it to plus
two I feel look in so many ways I’m a
better player now than I was I was three
years ago
so I’m actually going to try and see if
I can I can get it lower than plus two
that’s that’s the goal is to try and get
it towards plus three now I don’t know
you know I’m not sure if if kind of my
game is good enough I think um on days
it will be but I’ve worked hard at it I
feel like I’ve I’ve kind of put enough
graph to certainly deserve getting
towards that so the lower you are the
better I get
strokes lots lots and lots of Strokes

left field Oban Koshi White
that is a left field that’s a bit left
field but I just I like I have this like
very Vivid image of of how wide the body
the midbody is of an Oban Kyoshi white
um and it wasn’t all that tip stiff
that’s a really good Fair R shaft so I’d
say something like that like a 5503 if
you’re looking to just play something
regular Flex John I think that would be
a really nice one for
you um can you Graham McCormick can you
give some some advice on how to address
Fairy Woods after changing Loft
adjustments on how to address fairywood
after changing Loft
adjustments I’m not how sure how you
would address it
different H not sure I understand that
on gram yeah what do you interpret that
as a dress like setup kind of thing yeah
I guess yeah I mean ultimately to be be
honest it depends like are you adding
more Loft therefore you want to put the
ball back in your stance a little bit
you know is that what I’m not sure like
is it is it from an open and close
perspective I’m not maybe maybe gives a
little more context in that gr we’ll
look out for um for your second kind of
part to that one but yeah I’m not quite
sure what that means maybe maybe give us
the specifics of what you’re used and
what you’ve done I like this one from
Brian just got fitted and have new
sticks outside of going out and playing
any watch outs when learning to play a
drink on with uh with new sticks most
common mistakes you see customers that I
can avoid
um we always say you know give it you
know four to five rounds with your new
clubs a couple range sessions it’s like
uh it’s like a new pair of shoes you got
to like what you’re you know you got to
feel comfortable in them uh you know
what you’ve seen in the bay is what we
you know we we promise you outside but
you know give yourself a chance to build
those expectations rather than you know
right away you’re going to hit it 350
yards with a new driver or shoot 59 with
your new iron so
just give it a few rounds and some time
to kind of feel comfortable with the
stuff um Alex is asking any genetic
guidelines for Club head speed to shaft
stiffness for a driver I think I saw
that one I think I saw that one
somewhere it’s quite is quite um go the
way Alex there you go oh yeah so I would
say Alex somewhat somewhat roughly very
roughly 75 to 85 regular 86 to
9 85 to
90 five sorry aplex sorry 75 to 85 aplex
86 to about 95 regular 96 probably to
like
106 stiff and 107 and above you’re
you’re probably getting into X and if
you end up living in you know your 106
107 you probably have to try both in all
honesty you might load an X bet and you
load a um and release a stiff so if
you’re smack bang the middle like with
that aplex if you’re 80 you know miles
an hour you probably want to be in and
around that aflex
um driver wise driver wise so I mean
again generic but that’s about what I
would say Ryan Lyn I may have missed it
in your what’s in the bag video what
golf ball are you playing
Ian I the minute kind of tinkering
aren’t you I think I think I’m tp5x
really I think so I think
so I know depends again everything
everything is a bit of a moving Target
with how much Dynamic Loft um I’d say
I’ve done most of my practice the last
couple of weeks yeah with a
tp5x
um I just found that I was spinning I’m
working really working and putting my
ball position back and getting a little
bit low Dynamic Loft and I kind of found
when I done that I was spinning prob 1X
a little more than I wanted so we’ll see
what about you prob
1X we did a test a couple weeks ago and
it was just it was good all around so
you’re on the low end of spin so
anything any gain and spin without
sacrificing ball speed is
good um tago picks or standard um
standard I would think unless I can come
up with some fancy logo so you can
customize the picks I get you head I get
to batter your head out at the golf golf
course that’ be
good Zen booy hi would love to know what
driver head ever had the lowest spin

pretty hard to beat a 430 SDR I
think that was a little Cannon yeah yeah
I can’t think of one that would be lower
spin than that no yeah it was a low
spinning

Woods are designed with with kind of
what used to be known as Smart Pad so
the lie angle that it sits on depending
on or whether you add loft or decrease
Loft it shouldn’t change the the face
angle as much as some other WS
um you know I I would definitely look at
things like you know ball position greme
try and get the ball position back a
little bit offset a little bit start
line if you can offset the start line I
mean the club face is is always closing
right so if the ball position is here
right and we hit it with a closed face
but we move it back and we actually hit
it with a square face it’s all about
position of the ball relative to the
face angle in the in the sort of
downswing Journey I would try ball
position back a little bit I think that
might help you with a little bit more
rightward

orders um and less than that if it’s
product that we have in stock so we can
turn it around and and two or under if
it’s an exotic like even R Putters we
take us a little bit longer lab Putters
just you know the the supply of those
takes a little bit longer but yeah it’s
uh we’re we’re working hard to get it
towards about three weeks turnaround
time right now that’s that’s our
goal
