these things are smoking hot re up here
what’s in the bag Woods have changed now
the irons that’s some that’s some
serious ball speed and that’s some jump
isn’t it all right guys welcome back to
the channel So today we’re going to take
a really deep dive big one into the
world of Muno irons we know Muno have
this following this um sort of
appreciation for for the the
craftsmanship the performance that comes
from the irons and every other year when
they release auno Pro Line it is one of
the most eagerly anticipated releases of
the iron calendar um this year we saw
the the new 24 series replace the 22
series Mikey uh three new irons
cosmetically to a lot of people’s eye
quite similar some badging changes some
kind of progression in where the muscle
sits on the back but you know it looked
quite similar but there were some
changes under the hood yeah I think
you’re when you have something like a 24
series you have a you know a 22 series
that was successful especially for us um
you don’t really want to mess around too
much with you know what they have I
think they they’ve got a really great
product but the two4 is definitely in my
opinion we’re seeing a lot more
customers especially in that 245 um I
think they’ve done a really nice job
with that one that’s the bread and
butter one for us isn’t it I mean I
think the uh 223 was was great I had a
set in the bag for a little while um and
I think part of this video we’re going
to touch upon cuz at the time I remember
having some experiences on the course
with 223 that I remember kind of
scratching my head and going this
doesn’t this doesn’t always make sense
or there there’s something I’m not
seeing as as uh the progression of the
performance I’m loving what I’m seeing
in these parts of the this part of the
set but I’m also not seeing it this
other part so that is going to be part
of our video I think today um and like
you said the
245 continues to evolve and to been
genuinely one of the
most unique irons in the space for how
it looks to how it performs is is
something that I think a lot of people
should pay closer attention to yeah and
I think for some of these hollow body
irons sounds a big thing I know when we
test in here there’s some that sound
like you know big old open can of
nothing and then there’s some that sound
great and 245 I think is one of the best
sounding irons out there right now in
the hollow body World y it absolutely is
all right let’s not dive all into the
tech right now let’s let’s get hitting
and we can uh we can sort of uncover the
changes as we go here cool okay Fraz
we’re going to start with the blades
move to hollow body and we’re going to
start with two two On’s pitching wedge
130 yards let’s see what you
got lovely bad little healing maybe
Michael yeah little heal take it
we got toy for you test out the
Forgiveness of
Blade really in depth it’s good need
uling roll yeah that’s that’s what we
need offset those Miss
hits feels like auno right out of the
center nice easy blade to hit I can’t
tell you how more much more comfortable
I’m with this seven that I was with that
first wedge interesting okay A bit
shapen m for me a you know I love when a
Muno gets into mid iron yeah always love
the Muno mid iron so it just feels I
just feel like I’m hitting it way more
solid it’s just everything’s better
okay good strike good
swing shots like that that give you the
false hope Michael that one day you
might actually use a blade in your life
telling yourself I don’t need a blade I
don’t need a
blade Top Line on that yeah starting to
get a little bit taste
see good strike yeah pretty
good and when you flush a a bladed five
iron your mind’s screaming do not go to
a set of blades you don’t need blades
you you can’t do
this sounded so good you can’t do this
shut
up bye me
you’re good I’m
no all right fries into the 241 little
subtle changes I think when it comes you
know blade to a blade there’s not a ton
of canvas to work with when you’re
trying to change something up but a
little bit more you know Tour preferred
Topline there’s there’s still a few guys
on tour that use you know Muno blades
and they’re cleaning up the look of that
but you know let’s see how they perform
this one looks nicer okay this one
definitely looks nicer to me
that sound very different mhm yeah just
sounds softer more
muted strikes in a better place yeah
something about that first one I just I
didn’t it it didn’t look I wasn’t
comfortable with it for sure how it
looked wasn’t that comfortable with how
it felt in the for one blade length got
a little shorter in the scoring irons
and they they’ve increased the bounce a
couple degrees as well for some better
Turf interaction so I think I think
that’s a big part of what I’m feeling
through the strike it feels way better
right okay good all right Fri into the
seven iron gorgeous um again scoring
iron I think seven iron starts to you
know that obviously splits the set um
but uh what’s the Top Line and kind of
address position look like yeah nice
I I like the it’s not really a
performance thing but I do like the
satin brush over the high polish chrome
yeah I think i’ really like that but I
really like the 22179 and this is this
is okay good really good
too that was nice
nice
swing all right fries into the five iron
um the new 241s have kind of more that
tapered Sleek look to them where you
know short IRS are looking for a little
bit more flight and then obviously more
penetrating flight with the long IRS you
see that kind of tapering throughout the
set starting to happen yeah I mean it’s
funny so the look of the hosle to
Leading Edge kind of like Ratio or that
relationship what I’m seeing a bit more
offset almost on on this five was what I
saw in that 221 wedge right okay
interesting and and that totally was
away in the 241 wedge and uh yeah and
but this is where you want offset right
literally this little bit higher a
little bit more
rotation um but let’s let’s see what it
does 20 from 241 to 245 the sound and
245 sound more I don’t know solid and
maybe they you know they’ve moved around
the muscle a little bit in the in the
fours where you know it’s exactly where
you want it behind the ball but it
sounds so much better it feels
it oh spinning those
uh in those blades nice okay FES into uh
223 um again a popular one for both of
us in the fitting Bay last season uh a
little bit of help nice some you know
some tungsten in the back um but super
super clean uh profile yeah and as I
alluded to ear when I played these clubs
this was where I was having a really
hard time really kind of like the mid
irons and the long irons the long irons
especially but I just I found like once
I hit 8 n wedge it just the the distance
dropped off
yeah it just used to frustrate me come
up short all the time so yeah I
definitely noticed that with
this pretty whole home easy striking mhm
that was easy
okay so 223 you were talking about the
longer irons you had kind of you kept up
the distance where you would want it to
see kind of like flight and whatnot um
obviously didn’t blend well with 89 in
wedge when you look down at this guy
pretty confident boosting yeah it’s nice
it’s the shape is getting a little bit
larger um which is good yeah no this is
always an iron I was super impressed
with okay cool um again yeah technology
wise you know going to the forge crale I
think that was starting to take a bit of
what the the design of the jpx was was
sort of getting and and put it into no
Pro and yeah this is where these became
quite Lively and I think really two
four3 is taking that to another level
definitely great
swing you start to see that even in the
223s the as the club get longer with a
little bit more help behind them the
sound is a million times better but you
get you definitely got a bunch of ball
speed out of it
definitely it’s a good iron Mikey you
know we really liked we really liked 223
last year yeah as I say I just think the
biggest changes and we’ll see it in a
second but I just think there was an
improvement to those short irons that
made it a more complete set I wasn’t
expecting to see something missing from
the the seven and the five but I know
there was in the FL right okay that’s so
the we
sorry and is that perimeter waiting
starts to maybe that back cavity gets a
little bit larger in the long orange you
can hear it it sounds it almost sounds
like
a a hollow construction iron yeah it FS
it it really does which is nice
especially in like a a player’s iron
like this a little bit of help in the
long
irons was
roasted it’s just I always found it was
like easy speed you stick him out 2 two
three
yeah all right into the
243 you you play 223s in the past so
talk to me about the wedge I know you’re
picky with a with the pitch and wedge no
definitely picky on the shap and this
shape’s nice obviously the back the the
muscle moves higher bringing that center
of gravity up bringing the flight a
little bit flatter I think that’s
something we should see a little bit
more ball speed retention when in the
middle of the club with the old one just
just F that cavity or that that muscle
was too shallow yeah it’s it’s it’s in a
nice spot now so I think we should see
these have a little bit more on them
right made definitely a little more
horsepower in this uh shorter iron I
mean can’t you like the two four or yeah
two 41s they’ve Shrunk the kind of
scoring irons down a little bit yeah um
and they give you kind of a little bit
that two degrees more bounce as well for
better Turf interaction but like you
said that where that muscle is now the
speed is the speed doesn’t
drop look at that oh
good what’s that coming that’s a long
pitching wedge
into the seven iron um this is where you
get that that micro slot in the in the
back of the club or the bottom of the
club just to help with uh you know
probably pick up a little bit more speed
out of it but I mean
from what they’ve done from 223 to 243 I
can’t get those numbers straight um they
you’re not great with numbers I’m pretty
bad with the numbers but um definitely
definitely a speed increase for sure
definitely no this is nice this is uh
seven Hest the seven looks identical
actually maybe if there is it looks like
there’s a fraction more offset
okay so good these things are smoking
hot Rea of what’s in the bag Woods have
changed now the
irons that’s some that’s some serious
ball speed and some jump isn’t it yeah a
peak height in uh almost 50 Toc angle 7
iron mhm I’d actually want a caddy for
someone who strikes like
that Under Pressure there after you said
that and I let myself
down oh
good that Muno irons in the bag
pretty forgiving pretty easy I think
so all right fries last but definitely
not least two four well these are the
225s um again popular iron for us very
similar kind of fly high technology like
iron um hollow body meant for that
player looking for more speed a little
bit more distance but they’ve done it in
a clean kind of classic shape y that
that’s a an iron that lots of you
confuse for for a blade totally the
Shelf appeal in the bag it really does
pass for the blade which people people
do like
that simple simple I I like the thing I
like about
225 um was you could kind of strike it
all over I know those two strikes are
exact same but you don’t sacrifice a
bunch of launch or spin or speed when
you can kind of spray it all over the
face and get away with it yeah
definitely gives you and and with the
new which we’ll get into in a minute
with the the new s of package with the m
of tungsten that’s in there 43 gram I
mean that’s a lot it’s a
lot do
it okay Fri into uh the seven iron in
the 225 again Top Line starts to get a
fraction thicker here it does but yeah
it it beefs up on the the back of the
club but the Leading Edge no more offset
by or visually anyway yeah yeah it still
looks really
clean great swing
great strike right out of the
center good sound to the 22 five isn’t
it
yeah okay FES 225 this is where we start
to see it similar to like driving iron
territory these irons I know the F the
five iron in 225 has been popular for
combo sets so excited to see what this
five iron does for for you me
too easy
peasy could be the tuxedo shoes but
pretty good
so confidence really has grown looks so
easy mhm they’re they’re really nice
irons to hit they are especially when
you get to sample them all yeah I’ll say
there there is a huge difference between
two 22 one or the the blade into the
into the the three Series right the ones
to the threes to the fives like I felt
like the the threes and fives both felt
they were giving me loads of explosive
can speed off the face um this is just
really hot isn’t it very very easy yeah
and it’s come it comes out quick but it
you still get a bunch of you know height
and spin which is
great
roasted I mean the the wedge is is
now Lively in a good way that it now
makes it’s now in keeping with the rest
of the set and the challenge for
designers is once you get Beyond a
certain amount of Loft it’s hard for the
face the the face design to impact the
ball yeah because you’re getting such a
deflected blow more Loft we add we’re
not getting that kind of nice solid
Square strike so it is very very
difficult I mean it’s Hollow behind
where that badging is basically on the
wedge to I think nine iron it is so um
definitely gives you that you know a
little bit more help I guess what you
want but I think shapewise they’ve done
a really nice clean up with
this so good very
easy and sounds great like the the sound
from from all the irons has improved
definitely okay 2 four five seven iron
this is where all that tungsten starts
to to help us so if we if we’re going to
miss it in the moving into the longer
irons all that tungsten is there to to
save you yeah and and important to I
think to mention why we keep talking
about tungsten when we are able to sort
of move the mass towards the toe it
creates a a more forgiven uh Club head
it’s a higher moment of inertia um any
deflected strike has more behind it
especially in the toe side when you
start moving away from all this mass and
the hosle and stuff and you hit it in
the heel it can lack a little bit of Pop
sometimes um sort of out in the toll but
once once it’s got this out there now
it’s way more solid
so that’s seven are in the back of 185
195 carry on that 130
ball very
quick and that’s where I think trying to
get somebody into an iron that has the
pop of a one of these stronger lofted
distance irons but they really want the
looks yeah that’s end up something like
this how’d that feel I mean it like
you’ll have caught the sound it was a
little higher in the blade than the
other ones
yeah z00 on the strike it was right in
the middle but in actual fact like up
there you don’t get as quite as much as
you do a hair La I think micro slot and
the tungsten and all these things
actually lend themselves to getting more
out of slightly lower in the head it’s
good so that’s good okay F uh again mini
driving iron is what I’m going to call
this thing looks a bit like clean looks
but we know there’s going to be a ton of
speed and a ton of ton of distance
packed in this guy
mhm pretty good strike that one yeah
yeah right out a kind
of call it right of the middle fraction
fraction hey Healy this shows
you I wouldn’t be able to tell you I
didn’t hit that one in the middle yeah
felt like it if I was on the golf course
and I didn’t have a launch M to tell me
that my conference would be saying yeah
really good strike yeah yeah 140 ball
speed 220 carry yeah 100 feet in the air
it’s not like these are coming in at you
know 80 feet and you can’t stop a ball
whatsoever not that’s all 24 degrees is
their stock Loft on this so plenty of
Loft
yep all right young Michael sorry to put
you through that how you feeling tired
glazed glazed on it yeah between the
blades we’re not expecting to see that
much here yeah I I I would say I thought
to me I felt like it I was striking the
two four On’s maybe plus evil because
the numbers will will tell you um maybe
a fraction steeper but maybe due
to that kind of so design getting
through the turf that two degrees extra
bounce on the pitching wedge yeah
certainly certainly felt a little bit
more comfortable as we move into the
sevens yeah spin yeah and that’s
interesting cuz that was the same thing
with the the wedge yeah that’s right
yeah yeah okay so keep we’ll keep an eye
on that 800 RPM difference and spin
little pickup of of ball speed half a
club definitely felt more solid as I
said get into the five um raction more
speed yeah a little more speed a little
more centered though so probably
probably that’s the reason not that much
of a difference here but on the blades
it seems like maybe a CG
alteration um on the blades but as we
said I mean small refinements across the
board in the 1 three and five series but
yeah less so even less in the the blades
all right I think this is where you know
this is where people kind of probably
will start to see some differences this
one kind of shookers a little bit yeah
it got it could get a little I don’t
want to say jumpy it’s just that there
was a a pickup in speed which is nice
yeah I why there was such a like there
was certainly no more effort going in
pick up and speed and less less Dynamic
Loft but for when you played 223s you
noticed there was a significant drop off
in 98 and wedge and you know they
they’ve clearly they cleaned that up so
that that was it right there 132 that’s
why I used to hit it 1 130 then all I’d
hit 7 out 180 and it just I couldn’t Gap
them yeah um so this this is this is
clearly uh clearly better cuz we’re
using the same ball the same the same
really everything it’s just a little bit
different in the
delivery when it comes to this is a
little bit
more yeah a little bit different here
again speed 94 versus 24 and a half same
thing yeah that’s where the slot and the
iron you know comes into play as well
all that tungsten Down Below in the
seven iron yeah and the the fourth the
two 43 is definitely a quicker iron for
you definitely and last but not least
when we get into the fives
again really really nice ball speed
little reduction spin up
maybe maybe a little lower
maybe but I used to really like the 22
three5 four I love them so you know not
not a huge win but more a little pick up
in ball speed we we’ve known them to get
a little bit quicker and in this case a
little bit less little bit less spin but
not much of a win in the same solve the
the launch conditions right more in
terms of the ball speed for where it was
struck um considering I was averaging a
little bit of a lower strike to get more
ball speed out pretty good into the uh
two five fives both quite
nice pitching wed again speeds up a
little bit spin comes down to
fraction pick up a little bit of
distance yeah me just always trying to
examine this page and see kind of what’s
moving around again just it’s this
common theme of it’s a little bit
quicker and it’s a little bit low
Dynamic that’s that’s across the board
what we’re seeing um yeah I mean that’s
that’s nine iron territory yeah um for
me which at
38 sorry P sorry 43 yeah I mean I play
my 40 I play my nine iron right now at
40 right okay so it’s not like it’s LT
jacking no that’s that’s not that’s not
what that is seven irons same thing y
big increase the nice thing is though
the the increase isn’t like they’re not
Flyers they’re not you know low spinner
knuckler you know shots you still have a
ton of control over them yeah yeah the
flight is is getting higher pretty much
across the board I mean nice there to
see spin or speed up launch up spins
down a little bit I mean that’s a ball
adjustment for sure
um last but not least in the fives they
both felt pretty good in the fives
yeah both performed really
nicely across the board almost every
single one the the ball speed was was up
a couple miles an hour yeah across the
board yeah don’t
Cy um pretty good stuff
guys there’s there’s the reason for a
video like this is there’s a lot going
on behind the shell of these golf clubs
then really the customer will ever
really know that’s the value of doing
this it’s not always just cosmetics and
it’s oh it’s a new year every second
year they come out with something new
like in the four series there’s a lot of
tech added to these irons which is which
is nice so I mean the one that stuck
stuck out to me was the
243s the minute I hit that wedge and
that wedge went 142 143 and it just had
that kind of flight to it I’m like this
is different yeah yeah this is uh this
is kind of what you know I really enjoy
playing so anyone who experienced that
same thing and I know there were some
people out there who experienced that
same thing where the wedge maybe dropped
back too much and struggled you know as
the the clubs got less lofted and the
technology started to um take take its
hold yeah then they were seeing much
more distance I think you’ll see a much
more even spread of of
yard guys there’s no more to say I mean
uh Muno we always know they make great
irons they’ve they’ve just engineered
more out of their sort of real Marquee
range of clubs the misso pro range um
the blades are still the blades classic
yeah look good feel good the the the
223s went into the into the uh auto body
shop and came out with a tuneup a a nice
little package get extra 150 horsepower
under the hood nice for anyone in 225
became a real beast in in the 245 and I
it felt really good as well feel the the
responsiveness off the face I mean some
of the ones that were just you know the
strike just sounds so pure yeah yeah and
like you said for someone that loves a
clean looking iron with a you know bit
tidier Top Line but needs the help that
245 is the one without a doubt okay guys
let us know what you think uh were you
previously in the 2022 range and you’re
you’re thinking about some of the
changes or some of the the kind of
things that we’ve talked about today and
and maybe you know that’s something that
you could do with some help you could do
with I think you need to go and really
have a word with the fitter any of our
stores that you’ve been fitting go back
and talk to them about it you know make
some adjustments maybe test it against
it maybe there’s an upgrade that could
get you a little bit more uh of a
progression in terms of the performance
so um and if you haven’t tried mzo it’s
as good a time as any 100% all right
guys good stuff stay tuned for more and
we’ll see again soon

  1. Nice recap video. I had the same experience as Ian with the 223's – though I play with significantly slower swing speed. I found that the low irons/wedges could not keep up with the mid and long irons. I even tried bending the lofts stronger to compensate but not happy with the results. I replaced the PW and 9 iron with the 243's and have been very happy so far.

  2. i have a set of 225s and its been pretty good for 2 yrs, I'm just wondering if it's possible to blend a set of 456 iron in 225 and 789 in 221, since the loft is different for these two models, dont know how it's gonna work, need some advices. cheers

  3. Great vid as usual boys. I have a suggestion when it comes to iron testing, and these new Mizzy's are a great example.

When testing different irons, I think you should test all 3 of the same clubs together. By that I mean test the PW of the 241's, 243's and 245's back to back. Then test all the 7 irons back to back, then the 4 irons, etc…

I think this would be better for direct comparisons. When you go from the 241 4 iron to the 243 PW, you have to remember what the 241 PW felt like 3 clubs and 20 swings ago.

It would be more like a driver vs driver comparison, and you get direct back to back feedback between clubs

Just a thought, keep it up boys! 🙌🏼

  4. I got fit for 241s , thinking I could strike like I did in college. I was sort of wrong ha. They’re still amazing irons.

  5. I really like my new 241 blades. Had MP20 SEL. 221 didn't look as nice as 241 does. Mizuno irons are still the best. Great video.

  6. I ordered 243 earlier this month and of course my golf trip is this Sunday and I might not get them in time.

I prob would benefit more from 245 but they are just too strong. A 7i going 185 on not the best contact is way too far. If 245 came naturally in the same loft as 243 or even 241 they would be in my bag.

  7. I started with the 225 when they came out, but the long left miss was just too much. So I switched to the 223 to calm the left miss, but as you said something weird between 8i and 7i and couldn’t get comfortable. I switched to t150s and was pretty happy but more recently playing Edel sms and sms pro combo set and I am really enjoying them. May swing back around and test out the mizuno pro line again, but may be a while.

  8. Went from MP-18 mmc to 245. Getting older and needed a little juice! There’s not a better combination of looks and forgiveness out there. Single digit hcp but why not have the extra help?!

  9. My ideal lie angle is 64.25 upright, Mizuno start at 61.5. I've heard Chris (Mizuno) say they can be special ordered at 2 degrees upright and then bent a further 2 from there. I emailed Mizuno Europe Customer service and they just copy pasted the web site back to me saying a max of 2 degrees up to 63.5. Do/can you guys (CC) bend them further.

  10. The only thing I don’t like about this video is now I have to trade my 225s for 245s. Thanks!

Joking aside, I noticed the drop off in PW and GW from 9 in my 225 set. Thought I was crazy.

  11. Have fitting booked next week to try out these irons, looking forward to it. Currently playing the Srixon previous gen ZX7 and I have a set of MP64 that I like to practice with. Looking for something with a little more pop. Hoping the 245's do it!

  12. Got fit for the 225’s by Dean at the Mississauga TXG with Accra iTour 110. Best irons I’ve ever played long, forgiving and beautiful. Hit the 245’s and they addressed on potential issue with a slightly higher spin rate more forgiveness in a smaller package. Well done Mizuno

  13. Gents love the content.
    Minor ask…
When you go from one club to the next could you show an image of the club you are about to swing?
It would make it much clearer for the viewer

  14. When comparing irons, specify playing length and Loft. Otherwise the data is meaningless without specs.

  15. I’m a 225 player and give me those over 245. 245 is just too low spin. I saw it in my trials. Mizzy is the GOAT!

  16. Can’t discount that the PW for the 243s is 2 degrees stronger than the 223s. I think the lofts across the board are stronger for the 243s. That should account for the majority of the speed gain.

  17. Can you share more details on what you experienced with gapping issues in the higher lofted irons in the Pro 223? My swing speed is about 10 mph slower than yours and I'm curious if you can quantify the distance gap problem you had between the PW, 9, 8, 7 irons. I've heard rumblings about this problem but can't find anything quantitative that helps me understand how big of a problem this could be for me. Pro 223 sets are pretty attractive on the used market these days.

  18. MP 245's arrived today after being fit three weeks ago. Super excited to dial in distances tomorrow. The look of the clubs is incredible.

  19. I went from an old set of AP2's (best irons I have ever owned) to Pro 225. Getting old after 7 iron distances drop off. I live in Thailand and they will not combo a set here (except Titleist) or I would have picked up Srixon 7 and 5 combo set. You can custom order Titleist so next set will be T150 -T200 split set. The problem with Pro 225 is distance control, flush one and it's way over the green. They look and feel of the 225 is great. I don't dislike them but next set will be a combo set.

  20. Lofts? Shaft spec? Video of the irons next to each other?

Is this channel now all about you guys having a chat and hitting balls?

  21. The 223 and 243 performed identical for me. My distance gaps were consistent with the 223 and the Modus 115 shaft. I did hit the 243 since it is the latest version but there wasn’t anything between them to buy the new version. I ended up saving $500 going with a new set of 223 with my local shop running a sale and the irons being marked down as it is. I may revisit the 243 in the future but Mizuno will be in the bag either way.

  22. Just got fitted for the 245 and should arrive in a few week. I was very impressed. I started my golf journey about a year in my 37 yrs old. Made the mistake of buying a complete set from Callaway (XR series) with graphite shafts. I definitively learned. But the C7 swing weight and the reg flex, is not helping. I hit my current 7 iron about 145-150 yrds, and in the fitting I smoked the 245 7 iron to 168 yrds with no effort. Looking forward to lower my HCP from 31 to closest to 18 I can! Thanks for the content, love to watch Mr. Frys tunneling the ball all the time and Mike fancy way of describing all you share! Would be very nice to play some golf with you all!🏌️‍♂️

  23. I own the 223's and the one thing I've always had issues with is the turf interaction, they seem to like to get slowed down and stuck in the turf. 243's might be what I need.

Edit: 22:40 What in the wild world of ball speeds… No wonder I've had so many issues with my 223 short irons.

  24. Will you please repair your pitch marks on that green , it will be ruined 😂😂😂😂

  25. Outstanding video guys. Thanks for sharing. Love the data driven comparisons.

Sure wish I was as consistent good as you with my new 245s 🙂

  26. Recently got the 243s with MMT 105s. Ive played Aerotech FC115s for years. For some reason they dont go any further and often shorter than my old T100s despite being 2* stronger through the bag. I think its got to be the shaft and me not fitting well because they feel incredible.

  27. Scratch – the blades play to weak had a 23 yard gap great smash good spin between 7i 221 and 6i 223
Hate bending irons I see the blades look a little hotter might change up 221’s for 241’s pw – 7i

  28. I just traded in the 223's for the exact reason Ian mentioned. I thought it was just me, but the short irons just seemed dead compared to the rest. If they were all as good as 5,6,7, they would have been killer!!

  29. I have the 245 and they are great. Look like my old MP blades when I was younger with all the help and really good feel at contact.
