simple little Hollywood Flop Shop number
one twist Loft onto the club so turn
that Loft to point the face more at you
and with that face pointing directly up
hold that lofted face then with your
ball position get it just forward of
your zipper so like a ball forward of
your zipper little pressure on your lead
foot so a little bit more on this foot
than this foot keep the handle quite
straight so don’t get loads of handle
lean and then what you’re going to do is
you’re going to try and from here get
your body just to turn back back and
turn through the trick on the way
through is if you can get that Loft
pointing at your face on the way through
with this simple setup turn Loft on
straight handle hold that Loft little
bit of pressure left ball position just
left of my zipper turn back turn through
keep that Loft on you’re going to get
that high simple little lobber that
stops nice and quick every time

  1. We have a 10 foot high section of fence to help protect those on the ninth green from those teeing off on the 10th. That's where I practice flop shots with my 60 and my 56. Either one can clear it from just 7 feet away. Not much loft difference between the two when you rotate the faces to the sky.
