Here’s a Walk through ⬇️

This is my most common grip matchup. Golfers have to get their grip right if they want to play good golf. This is the matchup that I see most commonly.

This is what I call a neutral golf grip.

Please keep in mind a super important starting point on how to grip the golf club properly is making sure that you’re feeling the pinch between your thumb and your index fingers.

No gaps in between them, or like some people call them no Lobster Claw grips.

The line on your lead hand will Point your Trail shoulder, the line on your Trail hand will Point towards your chin.

Whether you have a contact miss to your golf shots, or directional miss to your golf shots, or a swing flaw that’s causing you to play Bad Golf there is a chance that if you have a bad grip that is playing a huge part in those faults!

Golfers will often tell me that they don’t like changing their grip because it feels odd at times. My rebuttal to them is would you rather a grip change that feels odd… or would you rather continue playing rounds of golf that you don’t like?

Left hand that line is going to point towards your right shoulder and then when you put your right hand on top that line is going to point towards your chin
