Watch very closely you’re witnessing the quickest rise to Greatness of any man in UFC history he’s got that one punch KO power when that guy was going to fight MMA I’m like hold on baby cuz this is going to be some wild [ __ ] and the crazy

Thing is it was never supposed to happen without me he wouldn’t be here without me he’ have a tougher road to the title and he would have got exposed a long time ago that’s Israel adna pursuing greatness as UFC middleweight champion but where he went wrong was summoning

Own worst nightmare he watches all my fights and every time I fight like clockwork he’ll try and put something out like I beat this guy there’s a timeline you know there’s a bad guy a bad guy and then there’s this ultimate bad guy I’ve never ever watched any of

His fights ever so at the end of the day no one knows who the he is and it Iz he had to open his mouth and he’s going to be that guy when I’m world champion when I’m a legend he’s going to be at some Pub talking some [ __ ] about I beat that

Guy one time if Izzy just shut the up he would have stayed where he was that was the impetus for p to get back back into mixed martial arts he sort of awakened the beast with those comments isra asna was talking about Alex poan Pera fuing highlight reel is like nobody else’s

Completely Unique Style very technical and very well thought out and in that interview he told two lies and one truth the first lie was that Alex peda beat him one time you’ve got to understand Alex BEDA is one of the most decorated kickboxers in history it’s not just Dangerous Power

He’s fuing sneaky he’s really Technical and creative when he’s hitting people beta kicked off his career in 2012 and over the next 4 years he decimated the competition and collected championships in multiple organizations he was beating up everybody over there dude and it was the way he was doing he was putting him

Into orbit like the power was different the style was different it’s a weird style hands down weird movement but super technical man I was like this [ __ ] guy’s terrifying it wasn’t long before he had his first meeting with Israel adna on his home soil in China I

Am Chinese it was a tightly contested battle where Alex BEDA earned a decisioned victory to snap isra adna’s four team fight win streak adisan was none too pleased by the decision and many fans argue adiso was robbed of his victory by the judges there was a bit of

Controversy cuz in fight won many people thought Izzy won that fight so naturally both of these Fighters met the following year but if you were looking for a truly satisfying conclusion you might have been disappointed isra asna was winning the fight and more notably had peda very

Badly hurt in the second round I mean it was a beating but the referee stepped in and gave beta a standing 8 count which gave beta just enough time to recover and deliver his signature left hook in the third round to knock out aisna in fight two Izzy was fighting well again

He had Hur p in the second round and then he got knocked out you might say that a knockout like this should be definitive in squashing this rivalry but far too many questions surrounded both of these bouts yo but in the fight where he knocks out Izzy Izzy was [ __ ] his

Dude up and they should have stopped the fight Izzy was [ __ ] that guy up to the point where he’s just in the corner covering up I’m shocked they didn’t stop the fight you could have maybe stopped the fight but if he goes on to knock Izzy out maybe the argument is that you

Got to let guys fight it bothered Israel adna to the point that he was mentioning Bera years later as champion of the UFC at the end of the day no one knows who the he is and while I clarified the first lie is he told in this interview

The fortunate truth of P sitting in a pub Cuts very Deep while isra asna Rosa stard him in the UFC Alex Pera was still recovering from his alcoholism in his early career had a hard life he grew up very poor in a flla and dropped out of middle school to be a brick layer’s assistant

And later a tire shop worker he was in a deadend job surrounded by people who paid him in the form of alcohol and became an alcoholic over time and it was a shame because it was around this time that per showed a lot of early promise as a

Kickboxer but according to his trainer beta’s love of booze prevented him from training for long his body didn’t hold up and he wasn’t mentally clear in his bouts however his trainer beloka Vera knew that peda had to trade one set of spirits for another you’ve likely seen

Alex P an indigenous attire before his bouts but you probably don’t realize that it was his coach who opened him up to his ancestry connecting to his indigenous Roots gave p a Revival of his mind and spirit enough for him to realize he didn’t e out alcohol as his

Crutch any longer beta became poon an indigenous word that means hands as hard as rocks or stone hands it’s it was shocking he would hit guys boom and they were just like shipping up in Flatline like with 10 o GL [ __ ] man he’s doing it to everybody like literally everybody

He’s connecting on is going night night this new and improved beta steam roll through the competition in glory becoming not only the glory middleweight champion but also the glory light heavyweight champion he just came into his own like Fighters do they come into their own and then they reach this

Point where they’re they’re a champion now and he does it in two different weight classes simultaneously he owns two weight classes in glory a simultaneous two division Glory Champion was historical it had never been done before and if Pereira has takedown defense and he winds up making his way

To the UFC there’s a lot of good fights for him yeah in in the UFC in 185 and in 205 what incredible foresight by Joe Rogan Beta had already edged his name in kickboxing history so why not explore New Horizons like do say I’m moving on

To MMA I sign the UFC I’ll be fighting metw Square Garden New York City on November 6 I hope I got all you guys support when that guy was going to fight MMA I’m like whole on baby cuz this is going to be some wild sh extraordinary

Dude that’s right Alex peda had done it all in kickboxing and was highly motivated to come to the UFC because of isra adna’s comments having somebody tell you you know that you were going to be in a bar and stuff knowing that he’s had struggles like that in his past I’d

Be pissed off too by the time Alex made the full-time move to MMA isrna had already won five World title fights at middleweight and even tried his hand at becoming champ champ at light heavyweight but was unsuccessful against yam Lovich on the other hand Alex beta

Was practically a baby in the sport of MMA barely dipping his toe into the sport while he built his kickboxing Legacy in his first MMA fight in 2015 he was predictably submitted via rear naked choke and I say predictably because he was a striker grappling was a completely

Foreign art for poan which is why in his next three fights he scored three Knockouts two of which were in the first round I mean imagine being those [ __ ] guys thinking you got some scrub with a losing MMA record not knowing he’s about to hand deliver you some potent CTE keep

In mind a 3 in1 MMA record is not usually grounds for a UFC signing but a 33 and7 kickboxing record 21 Knockouts and two victories over the biggest active start in the UFC was enough to get the UFC’s attention the second he signed on to the UFC the conversation of

Pereira’s UFC debut there’s a guy that’s in uh MMA now that the last guy to knock him out his name is Alex Pereira and he’s truly one of the most terrifying human beings bad [ __ ] oh he hits people and it it doesn’t even make sense like it doesn’t he’s the same size as

These people but he hits them it’s like he’s a heavyweight and they’re a lightweight I’m telling you he’s got [ __ ] freaky power and he was three in one when he made his debut on in Madison Square Garden and you knew that if he was able to win a couple he would rush

Him to Izzy with all the hype behind Alex P’s UFC debut poan needed to deliver Andreas madus came in with a great game plan to smother and outg grapple beta he even exposed his back but to the surprise of many beta was able to weather the storm get back to

His feet and return to his corner what’s interesting is that adna was watching beta’s debut and gave his Perpetual rival some advice through the screen cuz you know he’s going to shoot well time KNE just straight up and I guess you can say great minds think alike all the clinch and the

Gra oh my goodness Alex what talking about how good is that wow that’s what I’m telling you it’s a different kind of power you can’t stand in front of that man did you see that that dude’s made out of mahogany Alex we have been looking forward to you competing in the

UFC for a long time congratulations on a spectacular debut thank you I thought you were lying bro I thought you were lying the whole time Joe I’m sitting to you right I’m like man Joe Rogan up in here lying to me me telling me this dude this good A

Lot of people saying he might have the path to osna after their kickboxing background what were just your general thoughts looked damn good tonight got the guy where he needed him and incredible flying knee what’s the career path now right a lot of excitement around you um obviously the link DNA is

Always going to be there do you want a fast run to the title or do you want to like take your time and develop more as a as a mixed martial artist well I came here of course to be a chimp but almost taking my time evolving getting better

Every day I’m 34 years old but I’m happy to be every day getting better and better bet made quite the impact in just his first UFC fight but like he said he was 34 years old so whatever he wanted to accomplish in this sport needed to be

Done in a very short window and with a performance like that all eyes were on Alex P of course former kickboxing world champion the guy who beat isra AA twice see Robert Whitaker said about it did you see the size of the fell like why is nobody mentioning that

Dude’s dude’s a giant I did he’s a freaking giant this guy had to be getting up to 25 whenever he was making 85 I think it was heavier his hands are as big as a [ __ ] watermelon one of the fight said it was 226 I believe 226

In the Octagon at 185 his fist is like literally both mine put together facial feates are bigger his feet and hands and forearms are massive he’s like this long arms these big giant [ __ ] hammers at the end of his wrists he’s different who let this guy in bet was like this

Mythical creature we couldn’t believe was in our Sport and all we could do was speculate how this second fight was going to go it’s been the Alex be show all week in terms of how people view this fight like people think just Bruno is the next victim for this guy Bruno

Silva is an incredibly violent fighter if we’re just going MMA Bruno Silva probably wins I haven’t seen a whole lot of Alice P’s grappling I don’t see Bruno Silva ragd doing him out there plus Bruno Silva likes a firefight man I think he’s going to go out there and at least try and

Earn some respect on the feet early Bruno Silva’s [ __ ] real he’s a really good Striker it was a good fight it was like Bruno Silva tested him Alex for per although he didn’t get a finish Pera fought a very game opponent and put on a performance that demanded the respect he

Needed in this new sport we talk about MMA right A lot of people criticize my grappling my ground and I came here showcase what I do every day how long until israelit Ania has to start worrying about your name again we feel like you were brought here to fight him

The moment that he find out that I signed right here I believe that he’s already been worried about because he know of my potential he know he knows how far I can get I greatly admire P’s confidence just two UFC fights in and he fully believed he would make his way to

The UFC’s biggest superstar keep in mind that at this point isra asagna had six middleweight Championship victories in an explosive rise to become a fan favorite Global phenomenon he moves the needle like you say he’s box office people walk through the turn styles to see the last St in outside of Conor

McGregor or khabib naragov isra ad asna was the biggest name in fighting however his roller coaster to unmatched popularity was reaching its low Point as fans began to find him boring through his recent string of decisions and fans also didn’t like some other sh shout out

To the puppy the puppy it seemed like beta was destined to come in and bring new life to the osna storyline so much so that the UFC scheduled P to fight on the same card as Izzy at UFC 276 against a psychotic future Champion I mean Alex

Is a big scarying Brazilian I think we all admit that you’re at an ATM this motherucker walks in behind you middle of night you tell me what you’re going to be walking away do you feel like it is a mistake for Sean Strickland to stand with you on Saturday you know

Hopefully I could stand and bang with this gigantic scarying Brazilian fight is a really interesting fight because Pereira will oblige him in the standup yes it’s going to be like what how does he choose to fight this he’s not even a good Striker bro like what what is

Prer like dude the only reason to do that cuz you’re tall official prediction Shan Strickland versus Alex Pier guys I’m taking St you’re genetically gifted if you were a if you were a normalized human being you wouldn’t evening be here your style sucks well I’m very prepared

For this fight so whatever brings I’m ready if you want to tr strike I’m ready if you want to Grapple let’s do it 8 in reach 8ans reach head kick I think I have weapons enough weapons to stop his game to do the anti game and you know

Leave with the w I would love to see Adan versus p in the UFC I feel as though sha Strickland’s going to get the upset win and that’s crazy to say so this is literally purely just a employ by the UFC be putting him against someone who likes to strike to

Potentially get him an iy shot all signs seem to be pointing and of course both of you need to win on Saturday a potential fight between yourself and Israel aagna it seems to be heading in that direction what’s your final message to Israel as he gets ready to attempt to

Defend his title against Jared kir on Saturday oh I’m folks on my fight Saturday I still got the fight to do with strickling I’m focused 100% on that fight but I’m rooting for Israel beta was taking Shawn very seriously Shawn was treating this gigantic girthy sorry

I want to get this right gigantic scary fuing Brazilian as a joke and if that wasn’t defocused enough Strickland got into it with aisna at the press conference I mean what was it like 2 and0 against Izzy is he what was it 2 and0 did you watch the whole fight no I

Don’t watch exactly do youring job next time oh man I made the champion mail with his frosted tips and his gay little watch oh no I’ll Breck my n your face this man Alex get hey man you better focus on your guy even though he’s going

To [ __ ] you up too trust me he knows I put him on skates last time and this time when I put you on skates I’m going leave you Frozen like Elsa honestly if I’m being honest he might get up strickling if he’s not if he doesn’t

Fight with his ego he’ll get up the funny thing is that last part wasn’t trash talk it was just a word of advice it’s like hands down straight up you know and he moves in on you and it’s just like it’s so filled with Danger every step he moves towards guys you see

This like recognition of this like it’s a different kind of power that’s what I’m talking about that’s talking done it again that’s why you cannot stand in front of that man play with that dude that power is different I’m getting the better of the exchanges I’m going to beat this guy up

For three rounds and then halfway through I got caught so hats off to Alex I try to one Sean try to tell him Alex you made it a quick night of work here against Sean Strickland ranked number four in the division and you made it look easy really happy my performance

With this knockout I’ve been training hard and evolving throughout my training so I see that that you know it’s working well that was essentially a title Eliminator it sounds like both in yourself and Israel want that fight next how soon would you like that to happen whenever him or the organization wants

I’m ready to go I have no injur I’m clean from this fight going to take two weeks off to enjoy my family and them good beta showed up and easily knocked out a future UFC middleweight champion ion whereas Israel atna delivered a less than exciting performance against Jared

Caner this matchup was now more interesting than ever you’re certainly on the Champions radar right now Israel was talking about you heading into this fight well it actually makes me confused because with those two fights in in The Knockout actually he claims to be a pillow but with the big pillows already

Make him leave on a stretcher with the gas balloon on him so imagine what is going to happen on the 4 o tonight the way that he fought and the way that he showed up like really did not impress me to be honest I think his level is

Actually not the same and when we fight the third time I hope he fight way much better than he did tonight otherwise he won’t be a good night for him adna and Pera were clearly going to fight each other next and the buildup was glorious Israel adna defending his middleweight

Title for the sixth time he said this one is business and it’s personal going into your upcoming fight against Izzy this will be the third time you’re fighting him the first time in MMA they fought twice yep out of s lost both fights second time he got knocked out if

You want to see him beat me go on YouTube it’s got millions of views but that’s fascinating he’ already beaten him twice he follows him to a different sport he hunts him down where do you get the motivation without me he wouldn’t be here without me he’ have a tougher road

To the title and he would have got Expos a long time ago Alex P still knows that in the fights in the interactions he has been the person that has gotten his hand raised both times not once both times the first fight they thought it was a

Bad decision first fight I felt I won the fight a lot of people even he knew I won the fight cuz you see how hands rais surpris he surpris both of y’all look surprised I was just like we all know what happened in the last two fights I

Forgot about him I I hope you forgot as well I’m going to fight you like it was the first time I was fighting in my life second fight Izzy was winning we’re looking at a fight where Izzy might have won the majority of the round but P has

The ultimate equalizer in the left foot round two I mean like I said I would have had him out of there but I didn’t stay true to my style I was just I was younger than I let some [ __ ] influence me and I was just like trying to get him

Out of there trying to get literally just right hands so it was stupid of me you know I don’t fight like that cuz there’s one thing to fighting someone that has beaten you before but to get knocked out it’s just such a uh an intimidating figure right every time he

Even looks at Izzy you could tell he’s almost licking his chops even like yesterday at the stair down he goes look at me he made Izzy look small and I’ve been around Izzy Izzy’s a big guy and his hand are twice the size of mine the

Guy has power like no other in the UFC but I feel like Alex Pereira is not going to be able to apply that pressure uh on uh Izzy just because he won’t have the energy to sustain that for five rounds I think the fans are going to be

In for a good show this time cuz I think Pereira is going to keep true to his word and really push the pace he’s very one-dimensional he’s he’s early on in this game as well what’s his weakness what’s B’s weakness wrestling but Izzy doesn’t wrestle the pressure is on him

Cuz if he loses to me all that he been talk everything he’s going to have to pay for you know there’s a lot of people that think maybe that they thought I was undeserving including a des and his team originally he said when I came into the

UFC that he wanted to fight me as soon as I started to fight people they changed the narrative they spun things around that they said oh maybe they started to run around they said maybe I don’t want to face him again I think I kind of screwed his mind a little bit

And he uh he’s a little bit imbalan psychologically on this one he’s got bragging rights talk all the sh you want talk all this you want cuz trust me they can’t save you either when you’re locked in there with me is too good is evolving too much he his kickboxing for MMA is

Different understand what this guy saying do you really want to be here is really hard to be right now but p is he’s the most game opponent I feel I in almost every one of Israel out of’s MMA fights he has a distinct advantage in the Striking he will not have that on

Saturday nights he’s he’s one of the the top kickboxers so still still a killer but I is just going to be uh be too good for him I think I’ve accepted this isn’t like he’s not like the other guys who I fought recently he once he feels me he’s

Not going to try and shy away he’s almost kind of putting it out there like this is going to be my toughest fight and and and if he thinks it’s as toughest fight then I believe him Alex W man he’s like he’s sharp and uh he’s conition he’s strong the way he’s

Focused the discipline that he put for this he’s he’s ready to get the bell and not one but two fights you had the advantage over this guy before he caught you and now you’re getting ready to fight him Saturday night and one moment one mistake can end up costing isra asna

Knew he needed to fight a picture perfect fight for 25 minutes straight against the most dangerous Striker ever whereas Alex just needed to exploit one mistake he izy calf up multiple times in that first round with zero Telegraph it’s just top to he’s just top he was

Walking down Izzy when they were like hand fighting and he was checking these kicks like this is dangerous in every way he touched them at the end of the first and had him rocked rocked him in the first round had him in real trouble how close did you think you were uh

Getting him out of there in the first round first round is 30 seconds longer 5 Seconds more in that round give me like 3 seconds four more seconds it would have been over it could have been over 30 more seconds could not have been over yet maybe he could fin that fight beta

Barely survived round one setting the tone that this fight was very dangerous for both parties both of these supposed kickboxers you know both of you said like this is going to be a kickboxing fight and only a kickboxing fight and here we are seeing some great grappling

For you took me down one point end of the round but then I’m I took him down to the third round which was his first taked down in UFC in his UFC uh fight career Izzy was winning that fight as he was winning the grappling exchanges he

Took him down controlled him on the ground with peda you saw it with the osanna fight doesn’t really know what to do when guys are wrestling him that was a big problem when Izzy got his back and he couldn’t get out of that he fought masterfully through four rounds he did

Everything that he was supposed to do delivering 20 minutes of a perfect mixed martial arts performance is incredibly impressive but isra asna didn’t account for beta’s Corner in The Last Round the Corner in pereira’s corner that round it was like straight out of a movie one of

His trainers I don’t know who it was was like you’re losing this fight you need to knock him out in the round you have to move forward you have to throw punches and bunches you have to throw combinations let your [ __ ] hands go you’re going to be a world champion in 5

Minutes it was seriously straight out of the movie in that fifth round what was going through your mind in the last round you lose the fight like what happened my leg he hurt my uh peral nerve so that’s why my footwork wasn’t as sharp as I wanted it to be kudos to

Him for investing in those calf kicks cuz yeah it it it cost me got left he heard him oh another right all of sudden he’s two more down goes the champion P trying to CL do it the Undisputed middleweight champion believe did it again oh my

Goodness he did it again he did it again vicious vicious good good stoppage for sure Alex a tremendous tremendous fight and an incredibly quick rise to the title in your fifth fight ever in MMA you are now the Undisputed middleweight champion a year yeah he was the champ in

A year thank for everybody that’s been supporting my work thank you Jo r that since the beginning believeing me and I was all say good stuff about my work it was an honor to call your fight sir congratulations can you compare winning a UFC title to a Glory Kickboxing title

Well winning the UFC was substantially bigger even though glory is very important to me winning those two titles was something really important really big for my career but UFC Bell was Bigg proportion is it true you got a tattoo of the belts yes he did Where Do We Go

From Here do you believe you are deserving of rematch do you want time off do you want a new opponent of course um I’ll probably get the rematch Alex Pera became UFC champion faster than most of you last in the bedroom I’m coming finishing not only the man he specifically followed from their

Previous sports but a champion that fans started to dislike so despite not speaking English P now became a beloved fan favorite and we got to enjoy his personality Alex P leaned into to his emotionless stone-faced Persona does he smile does he have fun we all shout out

An emotion and then you have to do it sad angry frustrated happy he smiles yeah he actually smiles before he just didn’t smile now he’s smiled he embraced all the memes about him being the world’s biggest hater I’m going leave you Frozen like Elsa going as far as to

Hate on Izzy for his love of Pokémon they pan to like some stuffed animals and he goes and for me I’m like who the do you think you are but then he sported a Pikachu jacket on media day B just seemed to haunt Israel at a Sonia wherever he went you ran into

Pereira at the airport manager Ash is like that’s Pereira and I was like what I look I was like no way it is him we got a romantic look into pera’s relationship with Glover toera now bet started to spar fans and show was his personal sense of humor especially alongside Daniel Cormier

Trolling him with a golf club wrestling DC and sharing some calf kicks Alex Pereira kicked my leg I was like hurts we learned that beta actually has a soft Cipher bad [ __ ] sharing his chicken strips with a hungry Justin gatei no matter what Alex Pera did we

All watched and we all watched clo what the [ __ ] holy [ __ ] he’s coming that’s what she said Alex relax man I’m just trying to make a video here I need more subscribers Alex my striking is not good man I’m just a jiujitsu guy guys please subscribe so I can hit

200k and make more videos from the hospital bed beta hits like a truck but what hit even harder was the stunning realization that he knew a little bit of English hi guys the tie has come I have my first Titan defense on Saturday in Miami and guest is April 8th UFC 287

History will look at this match it’s the one that will be talked about it’s going to move the scale one way or the other it’s going to be a physical fight it’s going to be a psychological fight I’ve said as many times we have to forget all

Those three fights but I know he hasn’t forgotten any of those three fights and I think that’s going to be a psychological Factor expect my best this is the best you’re going to see yet it’s going to be game over for him take those last five rounds we saw we’re going to

Add five more to it you’re safe to bet on aagna I know um how I can beat this guy I know every time I fight this guy I’m dominating him I’m beating him and then he has this special ability to recover and put his foot on the gas so I

Have to find a way to take take him out of the driver’s seat which I will I’m not thinking about those three fights as I said he’s a former Champion a great Champion a very dangerous fighter if I stay if I keep those three fights in my

Head I’m not going to do things the way I needed to I trained for this one I’m prepared for this new fight imagine what if I get it done what if I get it done better than he’s ever done it what if I butcher him and beat the [ __ ] out of him

As a B I want Pereira to win but I think you’re the saying I don’t know why he got a little Edge for this fight a little Edge this fight like I’ve said this is my eight CH Eight Mile moment this is it one more shot at this I pull

Everything on my back I’ve done everything in my power to make sure I do the worst thing to this man this weekend prayer just has that that power that just nobody can really take but Saturday night time for talking is done I’m going to show him my fighting Spirit my mind

Says PR at this point though my heart says it has to be iy what is most important to you is it about regaining the UFC title and being world champion again or just simply be the belt I’m coming for his head the former Champion was convinced that he could finally take

Control of this Feud but really early on in this fight it didn’t look too good for Izzy beta was mutilating adna’s leg even harder and earlier than he did in the last fight if that fight would have kept going I I can’t I don’t think Izzy was

Going to win he was he was hurting Izzy bad that leg wased up already it was done Alex P landed 35 hard calf kicks early in the fight forcing Izzy against the cage at the end of round two we thought Pera had Izzy right where he

Wanted him but in reality it was Izzy who had beta where he wanted him I haunted him down and then when it was time I set the Trap only get one shot do not miss your chance to blow and man when it was my shot I landed

That prior to the fight was like if I have that moment should I hold back like Ali did with George Foreman the phantom punch but I was like nah he wouldn’t do the same to [Applause] me he got him back he got him back cl to win over

Alex he triumphed over like three things in that one moment and he triumphed over the the guy stylistically which is the most dangerous opponent for him he won in the same position that he lost the last time this is probably the greatest storyline in MMA history I still now I

Don’t know how Iz he beat that dude man because caugh him perfect he caught him that was a devastating loss for p and it hurt even more for fans who just started to get close to this humble and downto Earth Champion it seems that no one got

To enjoy the beta Title reign for very long but before we could speculate how much further he would decline we had to give props to Adisa for what is undeniably one of the most impressive and emphatic finishes and celebrations in the sports history 3 – 1 is two and

That’s two times middleweight champion honly you’re a great champion and forever doesn’t matter what anyone says you’re always a champion you’re always a champ I always respect you out there and was absolutely focused and put on a display that you know goes down in the history

Books what Izzy did tonight is he slayed a he slayed a giant you know not only in the physical in the physical tense but the a giant in his mind you know this guy had three wins over him had just knocked him out took his title this win

In particular is is a lot more about the psychology than the physical just getting Izzy’s mind right to actually walk into a Combat Sports setting down three nil and to beat this man like this I think you can argue it as one of the biggest wins in UFC

History is there unfished business now like do they need to do it again to settle the UFC Trilogy or or or what are your thoughts honestly I I think that perrera probably moves to 205 after this fight I’m one of those guys where if you

Got knocked out at a lesser weight um is it really good for you to move up and weight look I’m not a good Striker by any means but Stephen A Smith when you hit pads like you’re having a stroke you have no business questioning Alex beta’s

Next move this is as close to a super fight as you’re going to get without having a super fight this is the former 85b champion this is the former 205b Champion they found a way to each other well we talk about yovich former Champion he’s a strong guy he’s a

Complete fighter s message to UFC I want want Pera because I want something new I want something different yam bovich is a very good Grappler too so I mean he dominated Izzy on the ground and Yan you know what too Yan is very good at game

Planning oh yeah you know he’s also got tremendous power as if beta hadn’t already eaten adna’s lunch his first move up to the UFC light heavyweight division would be against yam bovich the man Izzy lost to when attempting to become double champion and the stakes were even higher than that the UFC made

It very clear that if bet a one he would be up next to challenge for the UFC Le Heavyweight Championship you know first round he put onil He did not wanted to jump but you know was tight I want to check my stand up against him and try to

Knock him out but if you know something goes wrong in stand up I can use my wrestling and take him down and on the end of the round he got his back but you saw how patient he stay second round clearly everybody saw how fatigue and

Gas Yan got from the first round for the scheduled 15-minute fight yam bovich controlled Alex beta for 7 and2 minutes and that sounds pretty damning but in two out of the three rounds Alex peda out landed Yan and arguably landed the better shots but for many fans it was a

Tossup and some fans really felt that Yan won but what did the judges Say by Split Decision Alex the congratulations on your successful light heavyweight debut and a huge huge one at that beating the former champion in yovich there was no reasonable world where Alex Pier won that fight and

That’s not chil’s opinion that’s math he lost rounds one and three this is a guy who was a former champion and was a war and I was able to show it super [ __ ] impressive he won away no one thought he would win I bet the odds of Alex Peta

Winning a a decision weren’t very high whether you thought he won or he lost the fact of the matter is beta was now Standing Tall above adna because just a few months later Izzy lost his belt to Shan Strickland that means that Beta had three wins over UFC Champions and two of

Them were the only two men Izzy had ever lost to in MMA beta’s rival was in a devastating circumstance disappearing from the public eye and saying he wouldn’t return to the cage for another 4 years whereas Bera was on his way to a legacy defining title fight UFC 295 is

From Madison Square Garden and Alex Pereira will will face the former Champion Yuri prashka this is the first fight back for prashka since he suffered that brutal shoulder injury Dom he had sustained the worst shoulder injury that they had ever seen this is a tough one

To come back to if I was to tell you a year ago these two are going to fight you’re going to have Yuri prusa’s a meaningful favorite Yuri prasa was the unorthodox finishing master who captured the light heavyweight title against beras friend and trainer Glover Tara before a catastrophic shoulder injury

Forced him to vacate the light heavyweight title now these two knockout artists would headline for the vacant light heavyweight championship how impressive is perer this guy is fighting for the UFC Championship a third time third time bro he’s only been here for three years he’s an aggressive fighter

Lot a lot of Knockouts me on the other hand I’m also aggressive fighter try to control the fight the entire time so I think that it’s going to be a very special fight for all the fans going a show can p stop all the grappling that

He’s going to bring to the table he really is an unconventional Grappler and he mixes it well whereas P we know what he’s going to do he’s going to look to knock you out he’s not taking you down he’s not mixing that up and I think it’s

Going to be tough for him I think Yi is a heavyweight that comes down to light heavyweight whereas Alex is obviously a former middleweight Yuri peras gets the job done I think he can stand with him I think he can take his best shots and I

Think he has the ability to knock him down as well and to knock him out we’ve watched both of these dudes drag themselves from deep water and find a way to win and this is so exciting I think this is a toe-to-toe fight and I think it’s a finish by one of these

Minut we did see Pereira at 205 against janovic the power wasn’t quite as significant it wasn’t quite as crushing and the struggle to go the distance I’m taking Pier you know and but I’m not ready to tell you that I think he’s a better fighter I’m just not I just think

He’s going to fight better in this particular match it’s his third time returning to the Garden he’s got an amateur record but he’s also got World Championships in two different sports he special I’m taking Alex by knockout but Yu haska will not get tired he will not

Slow down he’s fought of this weight class many many times throughout the entirety of his career and he’s a more well-rounded threat one thing that I know that almost sure is the fight’s not going to go for decision somebody going to get knocked out or submitted I think

Pera might knock Yuri out it’s such a special moment and believe me I really happy I just don’t smile much but believe me I am happy Yuri’s in there dancing and Sh Yuri’s like doing all kind of like weird stuff right and Alex is like just Stone Face Stone Face like

I’m going it one of the greatest staredowns ever I’m going to kill you is what he’s think if I’ve learned anything watching betas fights to this point it’s that you better be damn good at checking low kicks oh he’s his leg’s already hurt it’s already hurt already hurt look at

That oh my goodness he doesn’t even show you that he’s going to do it yeah he’s already got that leg beat up man Beta had Yi on wobbly legs immediately in their fight which meant very bad news for prasa you fight Pereira next thing you know he’s got your leg beat up

You’re switching to Southpaw which is what Yuri did Yuri’s not a southpaw right Yuri doesn’t fight Southpaw now you’re fighting in a fight stance that’s unfamiliar against one of the most dangerous men in the world Yuri was able to survive the first round relying on his grappling which to his credit seemed

Better than podas but in round two Yuri got a little overzealous pressuring P to the cage right hand the counter mistake right here about he was feeding those punches once he dropped on my leg I start punching I start feeling that he was AIT a little bit fading away

And I think was a was a good stop is going to do welcome to the history book and this is an amazing accomplishment for you in just 11 MMA fights you’ve claimed titles in two divisions this guy is now champion in two weight divisions he has two of the three highest grossing

Pay-per-views as a headliner in Madison Square Garden history he’s only got about seven six seven UFC fights beaten four Champions he’s beaten four Champions it’s it’s crazy to think what this man has done Alex beta acquired two UFC titles in 2 years the quickest anyone’s ever done it Standing Tall

Among some of the most legendary fighters ever but in a moment that is entirely his to enjoy he chose to share it with a man he will forever be tied to you know I never knew how to call anyone right but I think man I’d like a fight

There that’s interesting for me and it would be interesting I’m sure it will be for everyone it’s a person who somehow encouraged me when I was in a bar drinking and he said in a video that I was going to stay in a bar but he rescued me this guy also said recently

That he’ll only be back in 10,27 and so do I the way he rescued me I want to rescue this guy because he’s a talent he can’t stand still for this long it’s adna Alex beta came into the sport as the supposed villain in israa story he is Thanos literally just collecting fing

Stones Infinity Stones dude he’s got two World titles in 11 fights in two years it’s insane but I think there’s a lot more that we’ll appreciate about this era as we reflect on beta’s Career you really felt like this guy was going to come in and revolutionize the sport and

He’s really done that who the has ever won two World titles quicker than that guy I mean nobody did you ever imagine when you started your UFC Journey that you’d be two Division World Champion well not only that let’s look more let’s rewind a little bit like in the first

Few years of my career like I not even picture that I could make a living with fighting if I could even support myself just with fighting but I have great people around that motivated that boost me and I came here you know with all the success adaa and adna aren’t Heroes nor

Villains they’re ying and yang two sides of the same coin it doesn’t matter who’s Batman and who’s the Joker there’s a timeline you know there’s a bad guy bad guy and he’s going to be that guy when I’m world champion when I’m a legend as much as they were at odds they created

Each other and they both needed each other to become great and then there’s this ultimate bad guy who was just in some [ __ ] bar in Brazil and then Izzy had to open his mouth he’s going to be at some Pub talking some [ __ ] about I beat that guy one time Izzy told two

Lies and one truth in that interview if Izzy just shut the up he would have stayed where he was and now every fan there ever will be knows what the second lie was at the end of the day no one knows who he is I thank you to my patrons and members if you like this video you will love the others on my channel And subscribe because I work so hard for this one I I it was knowing always uh one day I will become our usfc world champion

  1. Idk why not a lot of people talk about this. I’m a fan of the sport and a fan of both fighters.

But how is Izzy proud that he beat Alex by setting up a booby trap? Is that the only way he could be beat Poatan? By playing possum??

If he was more humble about it, it would have been fine but he makes it seem like it’s the greatest thing he could do to him, but it wasn’t. lol I hope he don’t hate me for this but that’s just my opinion. And my wife too, she watches the fights with me haha !!

Izzy just needs to be more humble and all the ppl will love him again. Great champions out of both these guys and much respect for what they do

  2. There are no great Wrestlers at MW or LHW atm, and the few Wrestler's there are (who aren't great, as I say) they steered him clear of. So he could develop his takedown defence etc in training camp, without it being tested in the cage. By the time someone does test it, he's been given long enough to develop it.

  3. Talk normal Lionel. Stop trying to sound what you think an official announcer sounds like, just talk like you. It's so annoying bro, I believe in you more than that. But til you square it away I'm out.

  4. I get it 185 Alex is a mythical creature like TRT Vitor or Sea Level Cain but 226 at middleweight so he cut and rehydrated 41 pounds in 24 hours. Maybe he was 206 maybe maybe 216 but even 31 lbs in 24 hours is kinda pushing it

  5. Alex "cut the line in 2 divisions" Pereira had his MMA career made for him by izzy. He got to cut the line and duck every wrestler in the division on the way to a title match which favors his style. People can glaze him all they want. However, I value Izzy defending and being the best MW ever more than cutting the line. Not to mention Izzy made his career for him and then stomped him when it really mattered and put him out cold. Izzy made Alex. Not the other way around.

  6. It's like Izzy was the hero to us at first but, for Poatan, Izzy was the villain. And the 'villain' as Poatan was presented to us as, was the real hero all along. The rivalry between these two is truly poetic.

  7. Can't stand issabelle and his insufferable try hard "personality". He 100% thinks his life is a movie and he's the main character and its just So cringey and awkward to watch. I don't mind if he doesn't come back tbh, dudes a clown

  8. Bravo what a great story of two great fighters that through rivalry ultimately created this spectacular story. Thanks great vid

  9. I just found your channel yesterday and watched this video this morning and then I go to home and ufc just posted the Alex vs jiri free fight on YouTube
