You um or anywhere else for that matter here in Tennessee so um this one is in Canyon Ridge Subdivision but there is no HOA it’s been different parts of it have been updated or you know replaced like the roof and things like that and flooring painting um has been done so um

Your kiddos your pets um and we just have a lot of beautiful scenery in Tennessee um lots of things to do here when we when we go camping in our RV we we head off to the Smoky Mountains that’s our favorite place place besides
Our home uh so to go to so we also have the Nashville Zoo at grassme so that’s a short drive from Antioch uh it offers fun and educational experiences for the families and um see there’s various animal exhibits which We Are Family Orient family oriented and we love we
Love animals in for babies and stuff so we’re animal lovers so we loved it we carried our son here a few times when he was smaller uh and um you can also enjoy special events uh throughout the year and different holidays and I believe they have a yearly pass I don’t know I
Haven’t checked on it in a long time so check that out um shopping besides the Tanger new Tanger Outlet Mall there are um several other shopping centers including Global Mall at The Crossings and the Hickory Hol mall so you can buy clothing electronic house Electronics household things of course the one thing
That we love when we go to Tanger Outlet Mall in severville is I love the Coach purse Outlet so uh and I I know it is in this outlet mall I’ve been told so I can’t wait to go there um so we need to go check it out ourselves as well so
Let’s see restaurants so there’s a diverse culinary scene and wide range of restaurants offering different Cuisines such as your Southern Comfort Foods up to your International dishes so you can find and eat at so many different restaurants there let’s see local parks you can enjoy outdoor recreation at local parks
Like Mill Creek Greenway Park which offers walking and biking trails we used to love to go biking with our son we would do the outdoor biking extravagan excursions whatever you want to call it um with him growing up uh the Cane Ridge par Park which has sports facilities and
Playgrounds um and then if you’re a golf Enthusiast check out the Nashboro Golf Club it’s a public golf course in Antioch so if you like the Music City live music in Nashville you’re just a stone throw away from there you can be there in uh just in a short drive to downtown
Nashville um explore the vibrant music scenes visit iconic venues like the Grand old Opry um catch live performances at various bars and clubs if that is your thing you might want to visit downtown Nashville for that we don’t drink or party so we just don’t go down there for that there’s many
Restaurants and things like that downtown the big buildings our son used to love those growing up he wanted to just drive through there and see all the big buildings anyway we would walk downtown at different times um so you might want to go downtown and enjoy the music and stuff down there so
Um cultural attractions heading to Nashville to explore cultural attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and the Frist Art Center uh the Art Museum and the Tennessee State Museum all of those we’ve visited over the years because we were born and raised here um and so I
Think over the years uh for school outings even we would go to these different places um so if you like sports depending on the season you can catch professional sports games in Nashville the city is home to teams like the Tennessee Titans that’s the NFL football and the Nashville Predators that’s your
Hockey um festivals and events keep an eye out for local festivals and events happening in around Antioch these can include food festivals cultural celebrations and more so Google is your friend on that you can look that up or also go to Facebook groups as well and see what is happening
Uh in and around Antioch and Nashville and uh there’s a plethora of things that you can do here in Tennessee um so you can visit historic sites explore the historical aspects of Tennessee by visiting nearby uh landmarks like Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage and the BME Plantation those
Are Stones throw away from there as well uh so Antioch is pretty close to a lot of things it’s kind of like on the when you go into gulet fille gville you can be in Nashville in no time downtown you can you can be over in Hendersonville
And Gallatin and be different areas so Antioch is kind of in that little bubble over there um it’s an extension of Nashville um and you know close to Smyrna lever and Murphysboro even so it’s on that side of Nashville so if you like that area uh come see me I can help
