In this episode we run through what’s in my bag and why. I share some insights on some of my decisions like why I game a 2 iron instead of a hybrid, my lob wedge being a 58 instead of a 60 and what I maybe switching out this year. I also explain what pure means re shaft fittings.

Finally I also share my fantastic fitting experience with Scott Gourley @SGGT Tour Performance Fitting Studios in Scotland (https://www.sggt.co.uk/).

In my bag is:

@taylormade Sim Driver
@taylormade Sim Max 3 wood
@Srixon U45 2 iron
@Mizuno MP20 MMC irons
@Mizuno MP20 MB irons

  1. I got fitted in that shaft in my 3 wood. I have to put my shades on when i pull it out the bag.

  2. Great video. 👏. Not tempted by a 5 or 7 wood for the summer time? Especially hitting into firm fast greens. Keep the content coming

  3. The wilson balls are fantastic mate…..I play off 2 and use the wilson triad!! I've played all the other balls and the wilson ball for me personally is the best ball out there. I did try the staff but the triad pipped it for me its just a tad softer and gives a little bit more feedback.

  4. Great set up mate. I’ve just gone from ping to Mizuno 223s and love the feel on my mizuno seems to be true nothing feels like Mizuno 👌

  5. I enjoyed that Dave!
    I have the Modus 3 120's in my wedges and they're really nice. I'm actually considering changing the Nippon N.S. Pro's that are in my irons for these.
    Some lovely bits of candy in that bag
    Just as an aside, if you do shorten that shaft you may want to check the swingweight before and after. It may make no difference to you at all, but if it does…you'll have a reference to go back to 👍
