Let’s together unlock this swing pattern from the world’s number one coach Pete Cowen and it’s all to do with how we load and unload through the ball now a lot of these things you do naturally but we all simply forget about it this is our power now for your lesson notes

Today there’s two key areas I really want you just to sort of focus on how we load this in the back swing and then on the down swing when we’re unloading how do we keep this slight angle in our wrist because if we’re looking for power

Back swing and how does this affect our arm now I don’t want you to think about the arm in the back swing at all I want you to think about the shaft angle and your arm will start to set correctly because of that so if I address the gold

Right arm extends so doing that with the golf club I find that if I grab my elbow I can really get the Sensation that I’m turning my forearm so bring it to the top as my right arm extends and working anticlockwise now if you look at that

  2. I get a little confused by this, I’m left handed but play right handed, so I naturally pull down with the left arm. Are you saying I should be pushing down with my right arm?

  3. I saw this on Danny Maude's you tube video with Pete Cowen on the video teaching this to Danny. He went over cackhanded, rotating the forearm. Using the right side and shoulder to push to the left. He emphasized the right shoulder leading towards the ground. All this gets your shift to the left side. I have never hit the ball better. I've watched many many videos from all of you who all have great tips. But that 30 minute video is by far the best of them all. I recommend that for everyone. Danny Maude.
