It’s honestly a little bit crazy to think about but 2 years ago today I played my first ever round of disc golf also got some new infinite drip I’m so stoked I finally got more than two tops to wear today we’re out here for a little bit of

A snow round cuz I like to play one round every year in my anniversary of when I started playing disc golf which was January 18th 2022 was at zoker Park in Austin Texas I think I’ll be able to head back there this year to play that

Course again but today I just want to play a little bit of a chill round we’ll call this super Badlands I guess it’s a 11,000 something foot course that I designed here at upper bad land I think there are two baskets at every location now because they had to pull lower which

Really sucks I’ve never really played in this type of snow so hopefully we don’t play too bad I’m really trying to shoot underpar today not sure if I’m going to use them much but I brought out an end blend tomb maybe for some approach shots it’s a interesting mold I didn’t really get

Along with it too much but there is Tomb gang out there and they want me to love it so I’m going to try it out for maybe a couple throws today maybe not putting and I also brought out a raise that disc feels really good to putt with but it’s super puddle topped

And they only have R blend right now I might try to mess around with putting with it a little cuz it’s a little shallower than the alpacas but it is also a little more overstable but I do like how it comes out of the hand ultimately I just like these as kind of

Play at the pro tour events also through getting my rating up and maybe getting an exemption which I’m not going to count as earning a tour card I’ll have to earn it the next year if I do get an exemption but might as well apply for I

Planed for one this year just to see what would happen got T KN obviously but I’m treating this year more like a training year than a peak year I think thinking about it in those terms is very helpful cuz in training I can still play events I can still do all these things

But I’m not thinking about it as a peak year which will be next year for me hopefully 20125 that’s the goal two off the top saving lives but that also means that my form I think I I’m throwing good like I think I can throw pretty consistent 440 450 maybe

But I need to be closer to 500 and a part of that is figuring out this over rotation figuring out couple other things with like my arm swing and all that and I think all this to say today is actually going to be kind of helpful

I will slip hard if I over rotate on my torso so having that Focus today will hopefully help me to feel a lot of the right feels and then I can just Implement that into all my throws hole two goes from here but we’re actually
