THE QATSPY® CASPER Muscle Toning consists of working with Elastic Tubing that forces a group of muscles to move in a full range of motion, with resistances placed on the muscles. Toning and flexing improve mental health and a person’s self-esteem, while reducing stress levels, heart rate, blood pressure, and injuries from daily activities. This Tubing Exercise increases muscle and joint flexibility that is important as we age.

Toning with flexing exercises using tubing is essential for muscle endurance that will allow a person to keep engaging in activities they enjoy even when they reach retirement years. One key sport that I like to engage in even at age 62 is golf, which happens to be my profession of coaching golf and getting people involved in this fascinating game.

Flexibility is important to the sport of golf and our health, golf is a full body workout; especially if you walk the golf course like I do. A person can get up to 8.5 to 9.0 miles of walking exercises in, without being aware of it.

Golf is an excellent athletic activity for Homeschool as an athletic curriculum, especially since schools aren’t in session now. Golf also does something much more important; it gives a person a purpose to exercise.
