  5. I tried some of this speed training at my local course yesterday and I finally felt my body doing what it supposed to with weight shift and "extension" thru the impact zone. Ironically I was hitting it straighter than with my controlled comfortable swing. I'm gonna be doing a lot more of this.

  6. Probably not the best idea for a 64 year old man who has had neck fusion surgery and two left shoulder surgeries. Maybe 30 years ago it may have worked. Although I am much taller and heavier than you at 6'6" and 245 lbs., my body has broken down over the years.

  7. My mental barrier was, if I swing hard it'll go off the planet all different directions which turned out to be false. In reality it went straighter and father 😅

  8. Great vid. However in your description, 5'7", 155lb, old guy, you missed out the most important things. No back injuries, no neck injuries and seriously fit. These are the things that prevent many older players from improving club head/ball speed. Was great to watch you break 168 though.
