HERE IS SOME LAG/COMPRESSION FOR YOU – Trail wrist in extension but emptying out the trail elbow 🤔 take a close look at the trial forearm movements in through P6 (club shaft last level to the ground) and in to p7 (impact). If you are looking to hold the trail wrist in extension you better have a good idea how to pronate the trail forearm or you will be yelling FORE RIGHT!
