still using the R9
I hope TM fixed the alleged face falling out or epoxy seeping out issue? with the new driver.
As Bricktop said…… 'it's like selling curry to piss heads'!
TM stealth and S2 riddled with issues, hope this one is better
Buy a year back and buy in the winter. You can upgrade each year with minimal out of pocket when sell a little cheaper than what you bought the club at since you still hold the value of what you paid vs paying full price. Have been doing this for years and Max has made several videos on how to do this. Him them straight fellas.
Tried stealth couple of times last season but M2 still in bag … but bought a PXG gen4 to have a back up , beginning to like it 😀
I personally can not stand the feel of the carbon face 🤢🤢
Are their drivers that rubbish that they can 'improve ' them on the new model literally 8 months after 'Their best yet' I wouldn't buy them again they take the piss.
People who buy taylormade drivers are idiots.
The Stealth and Stealth 2 were massive fails.. The SIM and SIM2 were in every second golf bag… There is a reason Stealth's have flooded the second hand market from the beginning.
Taylor made are junk sim2 was there best driver ever but go hit a ping or callaway
Blimey ive just bought a new PXG 0311 5 gen for £199, probably £300 less than the new TM, where have i gone wrong ? !
Sounds good, my M1 is still the shit
It’s a jewellery industry
Im still loving my cobra 🐍 amp driver!!
The stealth 2 is the best but I haven’t had a head last more then 3 weeks so I went back to my sim2 8 degree which I have hit lots of balls over 400 yds and never broke a face
September 2023 Bought a excellent condition Stealth driver with Ventus Red TR shaft for $147 US from a eBay seller that has a brick and mortar golf equipment store. If the Taylormade carbon face fails, I can sell the shaft for $90 and return to my Titleist Tsi2. I'll lose $57 which is the price of 7 pints of craft beer at a local brewery.
Why does the turnover in clubs amaze you? The club industry and especially Taylor made, have been exploiting golfers desperation for ever.
Its just a stealth with a different look.
Most golf gear is now made in The Peoples Republic of China but you noticed that when the big brands started making them there, they raised prices. There is a brand that actually makes their clubs in America and virtually know one is purchasing this brand and it is substantially cheaper than the China made brands. Odd………
People aren't holding onto the TaylorMade Stealth or Stealth 2 as much because so many people are having the face pop off or the head cracks. Almost like something has changed for the worse in their driver manufacturing process the past few years. My BRNR Mini Driver hasn't had that issue, but I didn't get to play as much as I would've liked this past year – hopefully it stays in one piece through next season. 🤞
Love the performance of my stealth 1 plus but I dislike the sound, will replace in December 2024 anyways so I can manage
stealth 2 best driver across the range
Qi-10, Chi-ten…cheaten…cheating. Interesting naming scheme.
I trade and sell quite a few golf clubs and I noticed for the last two years that the Sim 2 has been the most stable valued club Taylor Made has put out in a while. In the US market, you can catch a original stealth for around 200 to $300 and a Stealth 2 for 350. Taylormades driver has sold on the lower end for the last two years in the resale market, and their last two offerings of fairway woods hold there value even less. if I was to rank in order what clubs hold their value the best in the US for drivers it would be.
1. Titliest 2.Ping 3.TM 4.Callaway 5.Cobra
For fairway woods
1.Ping 2.Titliest 3/4.Callaway/Cobra 5.TM
Depending on which cobra model you’re going after they actually hold their value really well and the fairway wood market and are tough to find in the F8/F9 non +
As a Christmas surprise, I got this sack for my daughter to replace her Haan tote. Trust me, witnessing her excitement was priceless. It's even more incredible that she had her sights set on the exact same sack. It's a double win for us! kisluxbag
I am playing the Taylormade SIM Stealth Gloire driver from the Japanese market. I played TaylorMade from R11 to RBZ. In the last 6-7 years Callaway drivers. The shaft is what makes this driver better than the American Market Stealth or Stealth 2, Air Speeder. I was hitting a 7 wood almost as far as my Callaway driver. Hence purchase of 5 wood as well.
My Stealth 2 plus broke, face just imploded and cracked, fell off. I got a replacement head sent. Whilst waiting for the replacement bought a titliest tsi3. I then I tried to sell my stealth 2 plus with brand new head for £290 and couldnt sell it. So i have now just kept it and stuck with the stealth 2 plus even though I didnt want to. Selling the Titliest now because at least that will sell for a decent price
FYI, a sky mark on the white paint is a lot less noticeable than a sky mark on black paint.
Anyone who is a serious golfer and is concerned about money probably should take up bowling or tennis
No matter if it's the kisluxbag or any other, my steadfast belief stands that only practitioners can perceive dissimilarities in the sack's looks or the metal constituents.
The Sim 2 is the best driver TaylorMade ever produced, and everybody knows it – as evidenced by the resale market. Sim 2 of any decent spec are rarely in the used bin at the golf shop. They sell faster (and for more in many cases) than the underwhelming Stealth and it’s unwanted offspring, the Stealth 2. The Stealth was overhyped and under-delivered. The Stealth 2 was a box office bomb that NO ONE liked. People straight up voting with their wallets!
