  1. Looks like, at 34 degree 7 iron category, they all do basically the same thing. So, it is essentially about look and feel.

  2. Titleist guy but like the looks of the Cally – love the extra meat behind like the old Bridgestone TOUR B X-CB. Would love to game the Miura. Will stick around with my 620 CB and might give Wilson (new CB are 👌) a try in couple of years.

  3. I can't see the relevance of these iron strikes being so low in the face , on grass I don't hit it there , the only thing your testing is how it plays of an indoor carpet .
Look at any used set of blades that a proper golfer practice junkie has for sale in eBay and where the sweet spot chrome is worn away on the face is where you should be testing the clubs . Or am I completely wrong . ?

  4. How can you not include the Srixon ZX7 Mk II ??? You even called the Mizuno , Srixon and then excluded the Srixon.

  5. Please do with this players distance models, I really want to see how the new T200 compares against the rest.

  6. Hi, a bit off topic but i figure you are the best man to ask and get a straight answer. If i was to trim 1/2 inch off my 45.5 inch driver shaft would i really feel the difference in swing weight and would it change the feel? Also does just gripping down the shaft give you the same result as trimming the shaft? You hear some people say you have to add back in weight etc.. but surely changing your grip to a midsize for instance would change the swing weight just as much? Thanks

  7. Can't wait for the players distance iron Best Of (T150, P770, Pro CB, Cobra Tour…etc)

  8. Guys, just reading through some of the comments here specifically on ZX7. At 28 deg on 6iron it falls into a stronger lofted category. We certainly didn’t leave it out, that head is just intended for a different test.

  9. Great test, and great video again. I am hoping to come up and see you for a club fitting soon. I live in Cleveland Ohio. So not too far of a drive for me. Since there’s not a whole lot to do in the winter time locally. Lol. for the last few years, I’ve been making my own clubs. I’m just curious to know what swing weight you are using in your irons. Thank,Shawn.

  10. Great content, love the channel. I especially enjoyed this test as I've played a couple of your sets. I started with the original P7MC's with Modus 120 Tour S shafts but was not happy with the workability so I cautiously jumped to the P7TW with DG 120 x100 and 2 deg flat. B e s t irons I've ever owned, no contest. Unfortunately about 6 months ago (April 2023) I hurt my back and neck (translation – I have a slower swing speed and slower rotation) so I decided to try the new JPX 923 Tour also with DG 120 x100's looking for a tiny bit stronger loft and as you say some "tech" – love the thin topline too. I was quite happy with them and really liked them. I found them a little less workable which I expected since they are semi-blades but they are top notch excellent point and shoot clubs, and of course with Mizuno forging – I'd put them above the P7MC's. It's now 6 months later and my back is better so I started hitting my P7TW's again and they just reinforced to me how great the P7TW's really are. Keep up the great content on the channel. Cheers.

  11. See if you're going to do a blade test, can you please avoid mentioning they are only for elite ball strikers or tour players? Modern blades aren't like their less forgiving grandads of the 90s. They are perfectly playable and can be more of a true game improvement iron because you get the reward for a good strike, instead of always getting a reward for a bad one with more chunky beasts.

  12. Jee I haven't watched you guys for a while , Mikey looking great, you've lost some weight brother.

Really love your reviews, from Australia

  13. Shocker! Red, white and blue! 😂Mikey is the true star of the show! 😉 I’ve got the Zed X 7s so looking forward to seeing how the MkII goes. Cheers fellas great fun watching the videos and very informative.

  14. Hitting on grass would narrow it down further. The soles are all different. Would be more valuable with a less talented golfer hitting them. Good video. Thanks.

  15. Gents, I play Nike forged irons. They are players accuracy irons, but I'm getting old and could do with some help these days. If your familiar with the Nike irons in question, are there any in your list which are similar looking? I prefer smaller heads, fairly traditional lofts, but most of all spin control.. I take control over distance any day! Any comments would be much appreciated 👍

  16. It’s Titleist t100 hands down. I’m in my 70’s. I’ve played them all. I can still score in the middle to high 70’s with the T100. Irons into the green, these irons on good strikes will pound the pins 1ft to 12 feet within 150 yards.
