I don’t get how I hit my wedges further than him and my 9 and 8 the same distance. My 58 avg is 115 and 52 is 135. He definitely has way more speed than me as i average low 170s ball speed with driver. Can anyone riddle me this?

When is the flood
Micah’s back sewing is super controlled. Doesn’t wrap the club back behind his head. He’s not trying to rip it back fast and is only bringing it back about 3 quarter of the way. I had to start focusing on this during my backswing with my driver. Work on not bringing it back as far and slowing it down so I’m more controlled and online and then come through with power. I have to work on applying the same speed on my take away with my irons.
