Hashtag United are a one-of-a-kind football and esports club, based in Essex, England. Formed in 2016 by Spencer Owen as a group of mates playing exhibition games, we now play in the 7th tier of English football, the Isthmian League North. We won our league in our first season in non-league football and were looking good for a second promotion when the 2019/20 season was voided, but after the 2020/21 season went the same way with us top of the Essex Senior League, we were eventually awarded promotion based on PPG over the two part seasons. In 2023 we won the Isthmian League North and will now play in the Isthmian Premier!
We merged with AFC Basildon Women in summer 2020 and formed our women’s team, Hashtag United FC Women, who play in the 3rd tier of women’s football, the FA Women’s National League Southern Premier Division, after they also won their league in 2023. We also now have 40+ youth teams, reserve and development teams, an inclusive team and a walking football team…plus our esports team who play FIFA at the world’s highest level. Subscribe on YouTube for our latest football content (and watch our journey so far), and follow our social channels for the latest club updates.

Matty Wooldridge so underated, always making the right decisions and having consistent performances.
Loving the devs mic and cam 💪💪
Whats happen to jamane francis ?
Loving the more raw commentary from Devs
More of that please. Beautiful display from the tags
Sam Cornish is class! He reminds me a lot of my favorite player ever, JWL! Up the tags!
Are you doing fa Cup qualifying this time
Good to get our first win this season, with all due respect to the other team they really didn’t look like much chop at all . Hope the tags can gain some ruthlessness going forward as the season progresses because better teams will punish us more (we should’ve scored 6+) and I feel as tho the defence looks a little vulnerable at times but it’s still early days and a wins a win, good for the lads #UPTHETAGS
Well done lads!
Sam Cornish really reminds me of Scottie Pollock in the middle of the pitch, absolute class! Up the Tags!!!
What a game from the tags how far we've come this is a great starting lineup
Other team's keeper was having some nightmares today.
This is good
Last season Hashtag united won the league
Love the content, great results from the opening 2 what happened to the end of match dressing room talk?
Cornish and PK is looking like a filthy partnership . PK looks so much better this year than he did last already.
This team is looking dangerous
Where’s my boy Jermaine Francis? Higher level?
Great squad now
I don’t like the music over devs’ team talks
PK is unreal
Hashtag getting to the level I can recognise the name of one of the teams they play from FM.
You need to sign damian warchol he is a free agent you should have a look at him he played in the 1 division of poland for 2 seasons and he is 28 years old a attacking midfielder but he can also play as a striker and scored some goals in the ekstraklasa the top tier of poland so you should check him
How come your still playing in Hummel ?
If you haven’t already can you do a video of a step to step procces to make a club etc? An the cost
the two best additions this season: cornish and the dev mic
Up the tags!
Sam Cornish is levels above – get him signed up to a 12 month contract to stop him giving 7 days 😂
That was class performance, Sam looks very tidy! Love the quick cuts to Devs, another great aspect you don't normally see! Love your work!
someone tell sam that goal is called the Uganda national team goal we have had those often
Sak is a baller
yessssss
AT is not clinical at all
They should sign street Panna sv2 and ldn movements
Where is Jermaine Francis
Icl watching PK play football is so fun he just does it so effortlessly he’s like Moussa Dembele in the middle of the park
Where is jamine Frances
The only doubt i have is the goalkeeper and hope he proves me wrong
I like that the beach boys play in the colours of the beach and the sea. My ocd approves
Cornish looks absolute quality, and Toby just seems to get better every season. UTT
What a goal
Love the way PK plays, he gets across the pitch so quickly but looks like he's running in slow mo. Deceptively quick. Also how good is it to see Farai back in a Hashtag shirt 💪🏼
anyone knows what devs said at 14.30?
My god I don’t envy devs, serious bunch of players this year
for me PK been the motm, absolute baller and a solid shift on this ocasion. been consistent these games
What happened to Jermaine??
