  1. I thought taking rest times between manageable reps focused on strength muscle growth and training to failure trains endurance?

  2. Before you get to the gym you have to promise yourself your not a loser. Fail over and over but don’t quite

  3. Ima be honest and this has taken some time for me to realize but going to failure and doing like 2 sets per muscle 2x a week has given me the best gains. As mike mentzer says, weight training is not an aerobic exersize so why do needless amounts of volume

  4. Bro your anchor set was weak and not failure. Failure means your STRUGGLING on the last rep and should get only a partial out. You stopped when your form was fine.

  5. I just go until failure then 2-3 minute break and then again until failure for 30 minutes per targeted part of muscle

  6. Hey Mario,I wanted to ask you what is better for beginners bro split or full body workout ?

  7. no? training to failure vs not training to failure doesnt really make any diff but some may respond to training to failure better and some will respond training not to failure better
