In today’s episode, Crouchy, Chris and Notorious sit down and talk all things media days and kit launches.

The lads let loose on some of their best and worst kits over the years and why having a certain sponsor could ruin Notorious’ pudding game during the summer break.

We also hear about who were the best managers to have in your corner when it came to copping for some top draw sponsorship swag – we’re talking old school plasmas and a 10k PAYG SIM card.

So sit down and strap in for this week’s episode of That Peter Crouch Podcast

  3. Funniest ever Team Photo Shoot wearing new kit has to be Brighton when they were sponsored by Nobo and Dean Saunders is sat on a chair in front row with a huge grin and his legs apart and no underwear 😂😂😂

  4. Chris OUT such a good podcast until he chimes in with his jarring irrelevant questions you can see Pete and Sid laugh along and whatever but its clear they are just waiting for him to shut up

  5. They should still sell baggy shirts for the fans at least. It's pretty unfair that we have to squeeze into the same sizes as peak-condition athletes. 😀

  6. Crouch's first FIFA would've been 02/03 at Villa, right? 🤷‍♀️ X

  7. The imagery of ARs coming out in rhythmic gymnastics waving offside flags had me bent over silently laughing while cooking breakfast for my sleeping daughter and wife. 😅😅😅

  8. Notorious – 'charity golf days' are not 'heavy days' for goodness sake!! Jeez ex footballers have no idea what a proper days work is! A golf day is a jolly and nothing else, it's hardly work at all! Would be nice if you lot could acknowledge that now and again!!

  9. In fifa everyone used to buy Peter just because he was a baller in the box

  10. Personally I think its a very slippery slope making refs or linesmen known. They should never be celebrities. That's just due to the nature of the job. They should always be that man in black who we don't know anything about. We don't care about them. They are very odd beings. Who the fuck goes to their first football match and sees their heroes. Then hearing a crowd shouting 'the referees a wanker' and 'who's the bastard in the black…who's the baaaastard in the black' and thinks to themselves 'I'd quite like to be that bloke in the middle, with the whistle, looking like a bit of a nob, getting paid a very harsh fraction of the players whilst having thousands of people shout pretty terrible things about me. Nuts!
Saying that, Mike Dean slaughtering chickens would be an exception. A bloody great exception too
No, absolutely not. Get the fuck rid of VAR too. Just a disgrace to the game. When the player has reservations about celebrating a goal, the world is no longer a world worth living in. Absolute disgrace

  11. In reference to the German man who slated Crouchies fifa card, he must have been playing with your original Hero card because you came back stronger with an upgraded Hero card I have in my fifa team and it’s an absolute cheat code, 89 rated and bangs goals for me every game, overhead kicks from corners every time. 10/10. Safe to say you chumba wumba’d. Love the pod lads 👍🏼

  12. Did anyone else just hear SID on TNT sports, say "that goal was massive" for Harvey Elliot and almost stumble on his words? 😂 PUDDINGS IS MASSIVE ON THE MIND. 🍮

  13. With them being assistant referees my question would be: is there a career progression there, going from a Linesperson to an on field ref or is it a case of once a lineo always a lineo

  14. CHris should talk less and let the other two do theier thing. Its not That Chris Stark Podcast. HE is the corporate side of the pod. Cheers to brewdog

  15. Darren Cann is a linesman/assistant referee. He's been linesman in Champions League and the World Cup Final. You guys should get him on. I agree it'd be good to see an interview with an assistant referee/linesman

  16. Best episode in ages! The chemistry between these three is amazing and growing all the time. Seem to be at their best when the topics get more silly

  17. These have gone from a good podcast discussing things football and being really interesting to just chatting shit and trying to be funny when their not

  18. Notorious will have to feed crouchy alcohol too, coz technically i guess crouchy has a direct view over the fence. Now thats a train I want to be a part of!
