  1. Are you flinging it with your finger tips apon release or is it popping out of your hand?

  2. If you can skip a rock you can throw forehand! Literally pretend you are skipping a rock and flick your wrist the same way you would try to get multiple skips on the water with the rock. Try it you will INSTANTLY throw better forehands! “Skip the rock, skip the rock”

  3. This would explain why my arm and shoulder hurts when I forehand cause I
    Try to kill the disk with my arm and not rotate my shoulders.

  4. Dang, I'm doing forehand way wrong, all arm and elbow and shoulder, chest facing wrong direction. No wonder my arm hurts afterward.
