This adjustment with my off hand changed my forehand game for the better. Ty!
Open the curtains
If you can skip a rock you can throw forehand! Literally pretend you are skipping a rock and flick your wrist the same way you would try to get multiple skips on the water with the rock. Try it you will INSTANTLY throw better forehands! “Skip the rock, skip the rock”
This would explain why my arm and shoulder hurts when I forehand cause I
